I scanned all of the items and all of the coupons. When I tried to check out the system glitched and called for the manager. She reset it and walked away to help another customer. When I mentioned I had a Nespresso package to the worker behind the counter, they seemed unsure about what they were looking for and appeared a bit lagging in their efforts. This significantly slowed down the process, making what should have been a quick pickup take much longer than expected. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up packages at Walgreens, the lack of efficiency in this instance was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
