If I could give 1 star I would. I initially went in to change my child and grab drinks. Was totally turned off. I asked if there were anymore baby changing sheets for the bathroom. Women laughed and said no we've never had them. DISGUSTING, so every mom who has changed their baby has used it. Wasn't properly wiped down why i wanted the sheets in the first place. I Always use Walgreens as my main Pharmacy. The staff is very nice and take the time to know their customers. My meds are ready at the counter whenever they see me. That's a plus in customer service. It's gotten a bit pricey in 2026 just like everything else, other than that no complaints. read more

We are in our 60's and the Walgreens in Winter Park (store 10951) will not let my husband purchase wine without me showing my ID along with his ID. I didn't have my purse/ID and the clerk told us she would NOT sell him wine without me ALSO showing my ID. The manager told us that was Walgreens company policy that EVERYONE in the party show legal ID for any alcohol purchase. We left the store without a purchase, we also left all our drug store purchases behind (a $60 lost sale) The MOD Kevin told us that ZULY Perez has enforced this policy. We have been to many other Walgreens and this has NEVER been requested, we were told this is NOT Walgreens policy. This will need to be straited out or we will NEVER SHOP THIS OR WALGREENS AGAIN. read more

I'm moving to the area, and I needed to find a nearby pharmacy. I checked this Walgreens out because I was in love with the exterior. I know, I should be concerned with more important factors when choosing a company to handle my medications but let's be real this building is so pretty! I purchased a couple items my first visit and everything was well stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I filled a few perscriptions my second visit and everyone at the pharmacy was also very friendly. When I picked up my meds I was visibly suffering, my face was broken out and swollen from my allergies and eczema and the pharmacist didn't look at me differently. I know this may not seem important to some, but I've suffered with eczema and allergies all my life and have had my share of rude comments and people staring at me. I felt very comfortable here. This is now my full time pharmacy, can't wait to move and get settled with my routine here. read more

Rosemary the pharmacist was wonderful. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She even made sure to greet every customer while she was very busy to make sure everyone felt welcome and acknowledged. There are a lot of pharmacies in the area to choose from, however I will definitely be back to this location based on their fantastic customer service! read more

I love this Walgreens location! The exterior and interior look really nice, and it's one of the cleaner locations that I've been to. Items in the ads are always in stock, and I like that I can still grab some cheap clearance items here whenever I go, unlike other locations where I feel like clearance items are gone by morning. In my experience the employees there have been friendly, although they sometimes have personal conversations in front of customers. Overall, this is definitely my preferred location in Winter Park. I just wish it were one of the 24-hour stores. read more

This is a great Walgreens location but at a busy intersection in Winter Park (1792 and Fairbanks). I use this store for all prescriptions needing to be filled and if you're extra lazy, they have a drive thru for drop off and pick up too! On my most recent visit, I needed to pick up a quick card and gift card. It's a nice one stop shop- their gift card selection is ginormous and features a lot of major retailers including restaurants, gas stations and department stores. They do tack on a small fee to Visa/AMEX giftcards so be aware. You can also pick up food/snack items, toiletries and other random items if you're in a hurry and just because it's so darn convenient! The cashier was very personable and would greet regular customers. She was pleasant and quick with my transaction so no complaints from me! read more

Poor service, extended wait times, they do everything they can to keep you from speaking to a pharmacist. Walgreens generally is a very poor pharmacy. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. CVS is much better. read more

My doctor called in my prescriptions and it took them TWO days to fill them. I ended up having the prescriptions transferred to a much nicer Walgreens. I've never had to wait two days to get back medication. None of it was on back order. Their just lazy. read more

Hard to find help if you are in a hurry. The pharmacy section accepts most insurance plans - although my plan was discontinued because of a breakdown in negotiations between Walgreens and Express Scripts for Tricare. This has nothing to do with Express Scripts that might partner with other insurance companies but this did it impact military members and retirees. I hope that in the future the two parties are able to work out their differences because I'm prefer much more Walgreens over CVS AZ local independently-owned pharmacies do not want to bring on new patients. This became evident after the change with Walgreens as I search relentlessly for a new Pharmacy. I now use Target and they are able to fill 99% of my prescriptions on the spot being the rare exception when a medication needs to be ordered. If Walgreens accepted Express Scripts for Tricare then I would give them five stars. read more

This Walgreen has gained an amazing team member. He use to work at Firebirds and now he has joined this great location. I walked in and saw him there I was so happy it made my day. He works really hard and he told me he is trying to get on the management team. Great job on recruiting a new member. There will be no disappointment there. I will for sure stop here more often. If there is anyway possible to call the District Manger to this location to tell him how amazing the new recruit is, can I have that number? read more
