If you've been to one Bath & Body Works , you've been to them all. They have body sprays, lotions, oils, candles, hand sanitizer, soaps, body scrubs, body butter, wallflowers etc . in every scent you can think of and even ones you cannot. The scents are hit or miss when it comes to longevity and could be a bit pricey for the quantity but they always have deals and coupons that you can't beat. If you aren't already enrolled sign up with the app and you can usually always snag a daily deal. Currently they have the summer scents out which are my favorite. What sets this location apart is definitely the customer service. There's always someone at the door to greet you and offer assistance. They always tell you about the daily deals and recommend new scents based on what you tell them you like already. Susan helped me today and she was amazing. read more

Another nice Bath and Body works store. This one is at the mall of Millenia. We were greeted at the entrance and were looking for room spray, which was located on the other side of the store. An attendant helped us try some by bringing strips of paper to spray and smell. My dad really likes cherry blossom, so he decided to take that. Checkout was a bit busy, but it didn't take too long to pay and finish. Most of the staff were very friendly, and the store was clean. Bath & Body Works is a standard, especially during the holiday season(s). I visit various store locations, but my usual go-to is the Millenia location as I can visit a few other stores afterwards. Staff are usually kind and are quick to greet you upon arrival. There are always staff members around to help you. The store(s) is usually well stocked. If you are someone who is a creature of habit (like me), you can simply just order your go-to candles and products for in-store pick-up. That way, you can beat the crowd and avoid some of the long lines - especially during their candle sale season(s). That is typically what I do and it's out great for me for years. I am a huge fan of Bath & Body Works. I especially like their candles and mark my calendar every year for the Annual Candle Day Event. I usually stock up for the entire year and toss in extras as gifts. This year they extended the sale to three days to make up for social distancing. They are also limiting customers to 18 candles per person. I also like their hand soap and make frequent stops throughout the year to keep my home well stocked. The scents are wonderful and they clean and soften at the same time. The staff at this store is friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked with merchandise and very clean. read more

Such a huge fan of this place everything smells amazing from the candles to the lotion and even the body washes. My personal favorite is to get the stress relief candles and body wash for the shower really makes for a nice relaxing day especially after a stressful day. My favorite candle has to definitely be marshmallow fireside it's great almost all year round I even have the plug in for it. The staff is always so friendly especially David in the millennia store. Somehow I always go and he's there and he's always so friendly and helpful and I almost leave buying a little extra because he has such good taste. Can't wait for the Christmas stuff especially the pine plugin since I have a fake Christmas tree it makes the house feel like I have a real one. Pretty standard and nothing huge to sway one way or the other here! They have all the usual offerings and the merchandise is kept really well stocked and organized every time I have visited. Staff is usually quick to greet and offer help. A couple of times I've been in and not been greeted, but it's usually swamped, so no biggie there. Went in with one of the thousand emails to they send me and was told that I couldn't use I, even thought their was no expiration date on that. Josh, the manager could have let me use it. But decided not to let me bc of the annual sale. It was the coupon for the "free item". That's fine I couldn't use it but the manager was no help. The customer is always right subject here, is not true. The cashier was more helpful than the manager, Josh. He was immature with his looks and tone. If he was professional about it, it would have been another story but he just rubbed me the wrong way. To the point where I'll probably end up going to another bath and body works because of how rude he was. You guys should consider new management. Josh clearly can not handle guest issues. I stopped shopping at B&BW a long time ago.....not really sure why.....I guess my addiction to their scents and cool bath and body items wore off. Stopped here on a whim recently since were were in the mall and it happened to be the last day of their big Semi-Annual sale. Wanna see women going out of control like they're stocking up for a hurricane??!! COME HERE during their big sales! I was browsing the bins and bins of deals and marveled at how much has changed and that none of the scents are what I remember. Didn't see my beloved cucumber melon.....now they have all sorts of fancy scents and products I was not aware of. Some a little too strong for me but, luckily, there is something for everyone. I ended up stocking up on containers of handsoaps for our kitchen and bathroom since they were marked 1/2 off the original pricing (and thankfully no testing on animals) . The store also has reusable mesh shopping bags available which I personally think contributes to the binge shopping here. Luckily I knew better and kept it under control. The line was rather long but moved quickly since they had several registers open. The girl ringing me up was friendly, efficient and loaded me with coupons for my next visit. I probably wouldn't come here regularly unless I was looking for a gift or something specific. Also, if you have bad allergies, you may want to steer clear. The scents are really strong and could cause a severe sneezing reaction. You have been warned. read more

They have pluggable fragrance sets like wall flowers, oil warmers are great for those who don't prefer pluggables. Room sprays that can add an hint of delightment to any room. They also have something called scentportables that you can use and carry with you to place in the car, by a trash can or anywhere that needs an extra burst of a freshness. B&BW are known for the assorted fragrances for the body like creams, lotions, scrubs, perfumes, body washes, shower gels and bath soaks. Additionally there's Foot and Hand creams and scrubs available for those who want to pep those tired and achy appendages. Oh Yeah don't forget about the Hand and Kitchen moisturizing soaps in a pump. Men haven't forgot about you either: their are shower gels, lotions, deodorizing body sprays and cologne available for you also. This season B&BW new scent is Caribbean based. The newest scent is called "Endless Weekend" which is a blend raspberry lychee sorbet, sun-kissed magnolia and vanilla sandalwood. A Trio set is on sale for a steal at $12, which includes a shower gel, body lotion, and fine fragrance mist each available in 3 oz. Ladies this is something special you wouldn't want to miss! I love this location! The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful without being pushy and store is always clean and well stocked. Bath & Body has always been one of my favorite places for hand soaps, bath products, body mists and items to make your house and car smell great and they do some great sales throughout the year. In the past I have been to stores that run out of items or have a limited stock, but this store truly raises the bar. read more

Hello train wreck! I came in to grab soap, that's it, but I was in there for 15 minutes waiting to check out. I thought I was super lucky to find hand soaps for only $3 a piece. I was not lucky to find only only person manning the cash register. The line extended through half the store. A second cashier was brought out but it seems the first one was new so while the second one was ringing someone out she was also helping the first. A manager got a third cashier from the back and she took some people which helped the line go down considerably. Once the phone rang, the third cashier disappeared and did not return. When I finally got to cash out I was with the second cashier who then started to tell me all about their staffing issues. I'm glad she apologized and recognized that the wait was long but I probably didn't need to hear about staffing concerns. At least I got 3 soaps for only $3 a piece. read more
