Emma helped me find the best foundation color match for me and was very patient and genuinely helpful as I checked my skin tone in multiple lightings. She also helped me shop for a product that would reduce the visibility of my pores. I'm thankful for the help, and left with a sample of foundation, skin primer, and a leave in conditioner that I had my eye on. They sell wonderfully scented soaps, perfumes, colognes and candles for both women and men. The scents were fairly simple yet very pleasing to the noise. They are coming out with a new Pomegranate line to reflect our country's newest fruit obsession. I would have to say their almond products were my favorite. I've always been…read moreafraid of doing anything hair-removal-related to my brows because I'm very fair with blonde hair and had a "why take hair away when I have so few brow hairs to begin with?" Meanwhile I had serious bold-brow envy (Why can't I just have Khaleesi brows please?). I used a variety of brow products each morning (ka-brow, Anastasia brow pencil, and gimme brow), which looked great but took forever to do. Enter benefit brow bar. I'd taken their recommendations for products before which made me trust them, so I decided to go for it. The brow tint did SO much for me- it wasn't too intense but just made the hairs I didn't know I had show up. I was afraid it would look unnatural, but not at all! In fact I was surprised how much the shape of my "new brows" look like my sister's (who is brunette, blessed with beautiful natural brows). This also was a lot faster than I expected- maybe 5 minutes? The brow wax, on the other hand, wasn't such a good fit for me. It was actually less painful than I thought it was going to be, and they did a great job describing the after-care and covering up the redness. But I broke out a bunch and had a lot of irritation afterwards (but my skin is very sensitive, so this wasn't totally unexpected). I'll probably skip this in the future. Note, the brow bar is located near the front of the store, so if you're weirded out by getting your brows done NOT in the salon area/in front of random shoppers, this might not be for you (or you might want to book your appointment during a low-traffic time). The friendly staff responded with in 24 hrs and sent me a packet of information on the procedure I was interested in. I currently live in Atlanta but have family in Orlando and so wanted to get my procedure done there. Dr. Rotatori was very flexible in being able to meet with me during hours he didn't normally have reserved for consults. This was nice because I could only be there certain days. This posed a problem with other doctors who were inflexible with my circumstances. I was very impressed with Dr. Rotatori's bedside manner. He comfortably answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. He also described the procedure in detail--including pre-surgery and post-surgery expectations. I am very active and he clearly defined what my limitations would be after surgery. The surgery center he uses was very nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. Now for the most important part, the results. I LOVE THEM! I am still healing but they look great! My scarring is very minimal thus far and should improve even more with time. I was looking to go up in size significantly but not look over the top. Dr. Rotatori listened to what I wanted and didn't push me to "go bigger" like some doctors do.
