Goodfills is an adorable shop in College Park near the Packing District where you can get bottles, boxes and refills on body washes, dish soaps, and purchase all sorts of healthy and environmentally friendly and sustainable home and body products! You will find them at the local farmer's markets and Pop Ups which is where I first met the Eco-friendly folks. I bought body wash and natural deodorant that really works! They told me about their store and since I had desperately run out of my sweet pea body wash, I popped in on a Saturday to meet the delightful and knowledgeable Komal and Maria who helped me select soaps, dental tablets, and lotions. They have so much more, like Plant Paper toilet paper which is so much healthier than regular TP!! They have laundry and household soaps as well as shampoos and reusable kitchen cloths. You can bring your empties and refill them! I fell in love with everything!! I must admit I was intimidated to come to their shop but now I feel right at home!

I love their bergamot all purpose cleaner and lavender essential oil refills!

The owners of Goodfills are good genuine people and they're doing the hard work of bringing sustainable products and refills in a way that is convenient and accessible for the community. I love seeing their truck at the Audubon Market on Mondays in the Stardust parking lot (5-8pm). It feels like they completed an already hyper local and sustainable market - bringing home and body cleaning products and more so I can easily grab them along with produce, bread, milk, eggs and other groceries. We are so lucky to have them! I often buy shampoo bars, dishwasher detergent, countertop spray, laundry essentials and more from their truck. They even have bamboo toothbrushes, Swedish dish cloths, essential oils and metal measuring scoops. They also will bring additional items if you reach out to them before the market! I've been to their brick & mortar location as well in College Park. It's hidden on a side street but it looks like there's a lot of new business popping up in the area now - including The Gnarly Cuban and Prairie House Coffee Roasting. There's even some cute thrift stores around the corner. I see this area becoming an extension of Edgewater Dr./College Park and all of the amazing local businesses in that area.

I was able to get a round of great goodies that are eco friendly from the good fills van that was parked at the jungle room in college park for an Arbor Day event. I scored some me great personal care items and I am thrilled to try the Ocala locally made bug spray this summer! Thanks to everyone involved for putting on such a wonderful event!

    Dish soap. Smells good!
