They received the product and told me that I will not receive refund because the product looks like it was used. I told them that I had not used it. They said they never accept any used product returns so it's impossible that I would have received a product like that. So I told them to send it back to me since I paid for it. They won't even do that. So basically I paid $27 for their product that I don't even have. Tim Vargas and Ben Johansen are the managers I guess. They clearly do not care about customer service.
