Each items I've been able to where at minimum a month (I don't go past a month - posted pics). I purchase different hair products and skin care items from them (loving charcoal soaps, cleanser and masks at the moment). There is always people walking around asking if you need help. Some of the other reviews mentioned workers being on their phone but honestly they can work and still pick up their phones every now and then while being productive...I work in an office environment and do it too; just not recklessly. At the end of the day I've been all over for a decent place to get products from since I'm not the order online type of lady (instant gratification) and this place has comparable prices, a large variety and is very consistent for me as far as service goes. She shared that she hadn't actually worn the wig and that she had just bought it the day before. She included the receipt to show the date and the gentleman was abrupt with her and consistently told her he wouldn't exchange it for her. I understood that they probably have a policy to keep things safe but the woman didn't seem to be irrational (even when he wasn't really listening to her explain). I just noted it because I felt like - that clearly was a mistake on the behalf of the hair company and yet instead of helping her out so she could be happy - he just essentially told her to get over it and that didn't seem cool.
