The employee is supposed to assist you personally, and there are no paper strips for you to be able to assist yourself with sampling. This would be fine, if not for the fact that both times I arrived there was someone already being assisted. The employee the first time looked at me like I was an utter annoyance. The second time, last week, the male employee (different person) looked so harried that he threw a stack of paper strips at me and said "whatever I'm having a weird day" because he wasn't supposed to do that but there were at least 4 other people in the shop. I don't dress to the nines when I've gone there, and I don't feel I should have to in order to be treated with respect. I don't plan on returning because I can buy the same products online. Such a shame, I wish they would improve their customer service.
