She plucked my eyebrows without asking and I am so pissed about it. They might not grow back and they are now uneven. If they do grow back it will take months. I did not expect a facial to pluck my eyebrows. They are also overpriced. The lady is nice but geez. I didn't realize that my brows were messed up until I left. Don't touch clients' eyebrows. I also realized I still had black heads I could get out as soon as I got home. I have never felt uglier coming out of a facial than I did before going in. I have never regretted getting a facial until now. Huge disappointment for $230 cash. read more

This place was amazing. From start to finish, the experience and customer service and everything overall was wonderful. I choose the hydro microdermabrasion without extractions. There were various things she did such as cleaning, steaming, massaging my face with two cool objects, she did a mask, and some more steps. She did a great job explaining the steps each time. I felt so rejuvenated and pretty much brand new! I felt my wrinkles slowly diminishing, I loved it! The rest of the day you should be makeup free. But the next day you can wear makeup and it will be completely fine. The next time I applied my makeup, it went on so smooth, my face looked flawless. Getting a facial every now and then really helps the skin to breath and keep it from becoming too clogged up. Especially if you wear makeup daily. I've never had any form of skin treatment performed, but I began doing research about local Orlando skin spa treatments a couple months ago. I was greeted by Amy Runyan, my skin therapist, who gave me a full consultation for my skin type and went through my options for possible treatments for the problems I wanted to work on and improve. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She always made sure I was comfortable. After the treatment, she gave me her business card and her e-mail address in the event that I had any questions between visits. I just moved into the area from LA and was dreading finding a new esthetician. The main component I look for in a good facial, are the extractions. Amy gets everything out and is very pleasant to talk to. This place is great and I can say that getting my wife and i a massage at skin studio was the best choice. Brenden was great. He made sure the massage was perfect in every aspect. The deep tissue massage was relaxing and he made sure to focus on the areas that I have pain in the most. I have been going to Brenden for relief from a herniated disc in my neck for almost a year. His deep tissue massage does the trick every time.
