This is a nice big location that had some products my usual go to B&BW didn't have in yet. I'm a fan of the everyday Luxury line. I love being able to smell all the different scents they offer and that there are always new ones. The staff here was pleasant and not overly pushy like some locations. read more

Was in the store today and in Line but only 1 person behind the register while in line a lady stood almost in my purse like give me space. So I Finally get to the register after 10 minutes in line and the lady behind me give me again no space so I left the store didn't buy a thing that's why I dnt shop here nobody wants to work hate them read more

They are doing an absolute great job at this location! They're only open at 50% capacity and they definitely try to social distance. However, the customers do not do so inside. I love that they allow you to take your own bag and fill it up and they will use that same back to check you out. They have remodeled the entire store and it looks absolutely gorgeous! There are a lot of friendly faces ready to help you to find your treasures and to make sure that you do not leave empty-handed. They are fully stocked and even with sales, you can always find something. Today was a great day, they had a lot of district managers there and one in particular a gentleman, he was very sweet and kind and he helped me with my finds. I like that they scan your coupon so you don't physically have to have it, just pull up the barcode and they will scan it. It was a great experience today! read more

Bath & Body works is great for candles and lotions. On this occasion I entered during a 75% off sale in search of after christmas sales. The place was packed with shoppers just like me. I was handed a basket upon entering, nicely explained to the sales and where to find the items I was looking for. The smells in candle places can be overwhelming but not on this trip, maybe because of all the people. The displays were plenty, the variety mind boggling but the lines were horrendous and we made our way out without purchasing a thing. Will try again some other time. read more

Bath & Body Works is extremely popular and their products are a great gift or something for yourself. They run regular sales, offering good discounts, but be warned, even with a good sale, you still will walk out with considerably less money in your pocket (or with more charges on your credit card). A few popular items are the three wick candles and the great selection of body lotions and creams for both men and women. Issue every time I do an online pick up order. When I arrive I let them know I'm just there to pick up. It then takes about 30 mins or more to get me my order. In all honestly, it's as if they do it on purpose. Which from a business point makes sense. Make them wait and see if they buy more. But as a customer I ordered online for a reason. If I wanted to look around I would just buy the stuff at the store. I like the convenience of running in and back out. Do a better job and stop being shady! read more

I love this location of Bath and Body Works. This is usually where I go to purchase my favorites. The staff is always supper attentive and exceptional. They are eager to help you find something you like. Just recently, I bought the "Coco Shea" products. I love them!! They help moisturize my skin and keep me smelling wonderful! What I love about B&B in general is the fact that you can sample almost everything. I like to be able to smell and feel the texture of my products before I buy them. You can also use Coupons on almost everything too! The exchange process is also really easy as well. I have had to exchange some of the lotions that I purchased; they were already used. The woman at the counter was understanding and gave me a new bottle. This Bath and Body is in a busy busy shopping center. As with most they do not have a lot of room. The staff as with most locations are very pleasant and attentive. I do notice that their selection seems to be more limited than it has been in years past. Perhaps it's the size of this location or maybe the company is just reducing their selection. As an example, 2018 Easter did not have the same holiday themed items as last year. Basically, there were a few candle or plug in things but that was about it. Still, you are likely to find a deal and they always seem to have some sort of coupon. The staff will definitely help you out even if it's to direct you to their website to place an order on something they do not have in store. read more

This Bath & Body Works is located in the Waterford Town Center and is a well-attended and well-staffed store. Not as well-stocked as they could be but with great coupons and great sales, I'm pretty sure they sell inventory pretty fast. This is not my first choice in location simply because they've been out of stock of my favs one too many times for my liking, but it's convenient and they employ kind and helpful staff. Tip: They no longer have paper coupons so make sure you're signed up for emails for great coupons and random deals. read more

This has to be the absolute worst store location I've ever been to and I've been to many. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, Shantel King in specific. The store manager, Mary Erwin was disrespectful to me and many other people in the store. Extremely disappointed that as a store manager it's possible to act the way she does. If you would like to have a pleasant experience I would definitely recommend going to another store location that is not far from here because this one is absolutely horrendous. The staff here is always friendly and eager to help! Don't buy the product at regular prices and DO signed up through e-mail to learn about their deals. They have about 4 different rotating deals in which basically every product has a given time every few weeks were they will reduce their prices significantly. Trevor was super nice and very helpful great customer service. He greeted me and my friend at first and then asked if we needed any help. We mentioned a deal we saw online and he pointed us to a section and said there was more in the back. We then started looking at the candles and he came back up to us cause he heard my friend say "it's not as strong as I expected" and he recommended 3 different candles all which were extremely strong and was exactly what my friend was looking for. I called and asked what time they closed because it was the day before New Year's Eve and they said they closed at 11pm so I went and when I got into the store at 10:12pm they said they closed at 9 even though there were still customers in the store obviously the employee was not trying to let anymore customers in so even if they closed at 9 why were there still customers you should've stopped letting customers in at 9. read more

This was a nice store. Set up nicely and more spacious than others I had been to. They had a specific product in stock that another store didn't have so that was a nice find. They did give out coupons only to certain customers, not sure why, I didn't get one for the second time and not sure why or how they do that, but that was a bit of a bummer. Employees were helpful and really friendly. One employee, with a clipboard, who I assume was a lead or manager, seemed annoyed that my mom asked her about a coupon. It's a few days after Christmas so I have had my yearly fix of Bath & Body Works. I always give a lot from this store and I receive it too... yippee! Around the holidays the store gets packed, but it is always well staffed and they try to keep things moving. The sales are good, but you have to be smart about them. Always have a coupon. They always have a sale or promotion going on, so it's best to combine that with a coupon. Good products, good smelling stuff. I like it! read more

I went to Bath and Body Works the other night with my sister-in-law. They were having their semi-annual clearance sale. The store was packed with people. There were fragrances and and lotions and hand soap and candles everywhere. Some of them on sale 50% off, some of them on clearance for $3.95 a container. The store is overwhelming. There is so much stuff in there that you have no clue what to pick. And it's really hard when you spray 10 different fragrances on you to decide which one you like. But that being said, all those ladies that were in there buying stuff; they absolutely love the store. They absolutely love spraying themselves 10 times with 10 different fragrances. They need to have all the newest fragrances and lotions and hand soaps and hand sanitizers. Not to mention the fact that they have to buy all these cute little containers to hold the fragrances and lotions and hand sanitizers. Nothing against the store, but is just not my thing! I love this bath and body works! The staff is always exceptional. I ran in quick today because of their huge 50% off sale they're having and best of all their three wick candles are $12 today! Best thing ever as I am obsessed with their candles. I am even more obsessed with their fall fragrances. So I couldn't pass up a $12 dollar pumpkin candle today. Anyway the main reason for this review is for the lady who helped us, Jackie. She was hands down one of the most attentive and kind workers I have ever met at any store.
