Raw rotisserie chicken

Absolutely horrible! If you would like semolina get your rotisserie here. Presented to customer service and seems as if no one cared or notified the kitchen.

Not much you can say about Publix since most of their stores are very clean and easy to navigate. This particular Publix is close to the house so it is the one I go to most. The best part of Publix is their BOGO. Publix usually has every register open in the afternoons when I typically shop there.

The produce doesn't always look the freshest and they never have enough registers open.

It's easy to navigate, clean and plentifully stocked and even when the deli line is 3 deep waiting in line, they are cranking you through.

The staff is still very friendly, courteous and helpful; however, over the years their produce is hit and miss with regard to offering FRESH vegetables. I couldn't tell you how many times I purchased produce and had it going bad in just a couple of days, and had to return it. They are notorious for discontinuing great products and claiming they don't sell enough, but they have a wide variety of weird food that never gets discontinued and items I would never buy. Their meat prices are outrageous! Now, I must say their buy one, get one deals are wonderful! They have a great deli. The seafood department is just ok. My husband and I have been to many different Publix locations, which by far, is way better than the one at the Winter Springs Town Center. Oh, by the way, the name town center is a joke! It's just a glorified shopping center and the parking is atrocious! This location is very convenient for us as we are only about two and a half miles away. We'll stop in for some bread, milk, eggs, check out the bogos, but here is a good example of their outrageous meat prices. Both Publix and Aldi's sell Perdu ground chicken. Same weight, same packaging, but Publix sells it at a much higher price than Aldi's! The same goes for many other items that Publix sells, and Aldi beats their price. At Publix, their ground chuck is anywhere from $5 a pound and up. At The Fresh Market at Tuskawilla Rd and Red Bug Lake Rd, you can buy great ground chuck EVERY Tuesday for $3.99 a pound. You can also buy beautiful chicken breast every Tuesday for $3.99 a pound. Well, I could go on and on so I'll end it here. Not all Publix stores are great.

I honestly assumed they were more of a prestige grocery store like Whole Foods but the prices were comparable, if not cheaper, than Publix or Sprouts. The store itself is really easy to navigate, which made the whole experience feel quick and stress-free. You're not wandering around trying to find things, everything just flows well. What really stood out was their meat and seafood options, which had assorted seasonings, looked fresh, and were well-displayed. I bought a nice cut of salmon for only $10. It's a boutiquey grocery store where you can grab high quality ingredients without the hassle or crowds like you find at Trader Joe's. I plan on shopping there more frequently, especially for their hot food deals.

It's like old school Whole Foods (pre-Amazon). It's what you expect from a health foods store. Unique items, a deli and pre made food section, produce and bulk goods. I'll pop in grab a few items to throw dinner together later in the evening. Once in a while I stop in to pick up lunch if I don't feel like dining-in anywhere and just want to chill in my car with some music. The sushi, salads, and made-to-order sandwiches have never let me down. Staff are always friendly and the store is kept clean and orderly. This location is very busy and parking can be a PITA but I've never had an issue getting in and out in of here in a reasonable amount of time. On my most recent visit I stopped in to pick up a couple bags of Giovanni Rana Spinach Tortellini (Family Size on sale for $6.99) and Basil pasta sauce for dinner. I also decided to purchase some sushi for lunch. I went with the 10-piece Wednesday Crunchy CA Roll for $5, not bad. It's much cheaper than eating out at Bronx House. When you're on the run it only makes sense to get something quick like this. Plus, I don't recall ever receiving an old or yucky sushi item from Publix, so it's a win all around. This Publix has always been good to me, so no major complaints other than traffic but you have to expect that when coming to this plaza, it's been crazy for as long as I can remember.

Having worked retail for over 40 years, I make a point to always be pleasant to the cashiers. For some odd reason, the employees working the registers at this store don't speak. This morning the bias was quite obvious. I said 'Good Morning', handed my recyclable bag to the woman on the register, I only had two items, so it was a quick transaction. Not only did I not get a 'good morning' back, my items were left for me to bag. I find it ODD that the hispanic gentleman behind me got a warm welcome, but for whatever reason, I did not. I don't like to use the term 'discrimination' but that seems to be a common practice at this store if you're a different race. I won't be shopping there again. There are plenty of other friendly stores in the area!

This is in the old Albertson space that's shared with L.A. Fitness. Parking is convenient and available. It's about the same size as Altamonte, perhaps a touch smaller. Yes they have meats here too (unlike the smaller Longwood store), but about the only meat I've purchased is beef shank, since they look OK and are a bit more reasonably-priced than grocery stores. This location also has a few more ethnic choices (other than Hispanic): you can get king mushrooms here, for instance. The only thing that I don't like is the check-out lines, which feel more cramped. I've only visited during non-peak hours; I can't imagine how chaotic it could get when they're busy!
