Cute soap, pirate soap, gardeny soap, flower soap, bug soaps, kid soaps, soaps with sayings, soap with rainbow colors, unicorn soap, blah blah blarghhhhhh Now I have an active dislike for spending so many dollars for soap. I buy it in bulk, the awful, green smelling stuff that comes in a pack of 12 for $12.99 that gets shoved under the bathroom sink and grows old, because I forgot I already bought soap and buy more soap at Sam's Club in bulk. Soap gets old too, you know. It gets old and brittle, and some have a slimy sheen, kind of like myself, as I age. I sure did love "mental" shopping in here, however. It was super fun. They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Plus, this is a service base business so it's always good to leave a tip for the person who's taking care of you. Overall, I would say this is an excellent place. If you're looking to get any type of waxing done and they carry a variety of products as well they go along with the different services that are provided.

I'm not going to harp on it too much because I don't feel as if I've ever been "passed aside" because I may not have the certain "look." I honestly think the customer service is lacking here because it is always jammed packed with customers and no matter how many employees are working, there just never seem to be enough to go around. I see them all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I think if the store were larger, then they would be able to accommodate more employees to meet the needs of the many customers. While I generally only wear Chanel makeup, nail polish, and use all Chanel brushes (the exception being my concealer which is Benefit), I do cheat on Chanel every now and then with MAC. They have some pretty amazing shades when it comes to nail polish; I especially like many of their limited edition shades. I also use MAC eyeliner (it goes on like butter). I use my Chanel eyeliner during the day, but MAC eyeliner goes on darker so if I'm going out for the evening, I usually use my MAC liner. I also prefer the MAC liner over Chanel if I'm going to one of Disney's waterparks; the waterproof lasts all day and never runs. I can be in water all day long and when I leave, it still looks amazingly fresh. The Chanel works well in the water also, it doesn't run; however, it doesn't seem to last as long as the MAC does. The eyeshadows are brilliant and I even have one of the customizable palettes which holds 15 of the "magnetic" eyeshadows. I purchased these a few years ago while I was in the process of switching all my makeup to Chanel (unless you are wealthy, going completely Chanel is not a one day process). I wear the shadows occasionally, but not very often; they are so bright... I just feel I'm too old for them most of the time. I also have a few of the paint pots and a few glitters; again, I rarely wear because of the brightness. I prefer the more natural look of Chanel. But.... even though I'm now a "Chanel makeup girl," I still hold onto my MAC because every now and then it's a nice change to brighten things up and not be so natural - a little glitter never hurt anyone :) I never do pass up the opportunity to pop in this MAC store when I'm at Millenia to peak at the nail polish shades. Shhhhh... don't tell Chanel... it's our little secret! And while here, please do try to give the employees a break if the store is slammed (like it usually is); try to imagine yourself in their shoes trying to help everyone at once. We were all given only 2 hands, after all :)

Dear Bloomingdale's Customer Relations,…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment with how my gift return has been handled and with the customer service I have received throughout this process. I received a pair of Tory Burch sandals as a birthday gift from a close friend. Since the size was incorrect, I followed Bloomingdale's return instructions and mailed the item back using the prepaid return label provided by Bloomingdale's. The original gift receipt was enclosed in the return package, as instructed. After weeks of trying to resolve the matter, I was repeatedly told that Bloomingdale's could not locate my returned item. I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer service, explaining the situation over and over, yet no one was able to provide a satisfactory answer or resolution. I have now learned something even more upsetting. Instead of issuing the merchandise credit to me, the gift recipient, Bloomingdale's refunded the value of the item to the original purchaser--my friend who gave me the birthday gift. This mistake has put me in an incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing position. Not only have I lost the approximately $200 merchandise credit that rightfully belonged to me, but Bloomingdale's actions also risk damaging a personal friendship. My friend may now believe that I intentionally returned their birthday gift, which is both hurtful and completely contrary to what actually happened. This situation was created solely because Bloomingdale's mishandled my return. I trusted Bloomingdale's to process a standard gift return correctly. Instead, I have experienced poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and an outcome that has caused both financial loss and unnecessary personal distress. I respectfully request that Bloomingdale's immediately investigate this matter and issue the appropriate merchandise credit to me. I also ask for an explanation of how a properly submitted gift return was processed in a way that refunded the original purchaser rather than the gift recipient. I have always expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care from Bloomingdale's. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. I look forward to your response. Bloomingdale's has been around since 1861, opening their first location in New York City. This world has definitely changed so much since 1861 and we have seen a shift to online purchases in the last few decades, so it is good to see Bloomingdale's still here on the Mall at Millenia. This Bloomingdale's has a good selection (which you would expect from a department store) and the store is clean and well-maintained.
