Just moved here from Southern California and had alot of muscle tension from my desk job. I was referred to Rose. Rose did an ahhh-mazing job getting those knots out of my neck, shoulder blades, arms and hips. She was great using the pressure points and deep tissue. I will defiantly be back. I am so happy to be able to find a great place near my new home. The spa was extremely clean, and everyone was very friendly. read more

Giving it 4 stars because The owners are extremely nice and welcoming, willing to accommodate us when we came in a bit early! But the 2nd time around my masseuse was not the best. I got hot stones and a facial I did not ask for ... Sad that my previous masseuse Lisa and Amy aren't around anymore. But happy to visit again another time. The owner was professional and friendly when I expressed this concern. Thank you! read more

This was an exceptional massage, thank you Lilly for your attention to detail, pressure and professionalism. We have been to multiple places not just Orlando but around the US, and on cruise ships. This was by far one of the most consistent and great experiences. (This is my 2nd visit with Lilly and 1st time rating on here) will only be asking for her in the future. read more

Why 4 stars? Because I got what I needed here. --- --- --- After a couple days of vacation at the theme parks, I then worked several long days at a conference where I was forced to sit most of the time in a chair without a back. This is basically automatic death for me, so it was no surprise that I ended up with such a stiff neck that I could hardly even move it in certain directions. I looked up where I could get a massage at 8pm on a Wednesday night, and fortunately M Body was both the closest place to me, and happened to have day-of availability. I get my massages back home from the same person every time because she is such an amazing masseuse that there's no point in visiting anyone else. But here I was, in a different city, with no choice but to roll the dice with a stranger. The truth is: she did a good job, but no one can ever top my regular person. There were some aspects of the massage that I enjoyed, while others left a bit to be desired. Especially in the first 10-15 minutes, I felt like she was trying to speed race through it - everything felt rushes and semi-frantic. That calmed down eventually. And while I appreciated the leg massage, my entire neck was inflamed and felt like a brick. Maybe I should have spoken up more, but I was hoping for her to basically just spend the full hour on that problem. My biggest complaint is that the sheets had a weird smell. They almost smelled like a dog had been sleeping on them, which would make no sense, but the odor was very much like that. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was there. While it sounds like I am mostly speaking about negatives, again I must reiterate that I was able to make a day-of appointment and she helped me feel a lot better. 3-star massage, 5-star convenience. read more

My friend and I were staying across the street, so it was very convenient. The place was clean and staff were friendly. We both had a Swedish massage and mini facial. Rose did a great job with my massage. She also did our mini facials. I highly recommend a massage from here. We were disappointed in the mini facials for what we paid $75pp for 30 minutes. It was 75% of time spent putting on product and wiping it off. For that I think it should have been cheaper. It was nice not to feel pressured to buy any products like other places I've been to. All in all I'd recommend for a massage well worth the $90. read more

Overall best massage I have ever received. I was able to book the day prior for a 45 min deep tissue massage with stones. Rose was the masseuse. She was very friendly from the time she walked into the room. She noticed right away that my shoulders and upper back were very tight, and explained that's where she would spend most of the time, to which I agreed. The pressure was perfect. You can tell she knows what she is doing, as I felt her moving knots. The hot stones were a great FREE addition. Highly recommend this place if local or in town on vacation as I was! read more

I received a fantastic massage from Rose. She was intentional and really provided so much relief. I had just come off a few days at Disney and was in need of a good deep tissue massage. Rose delivered beyond my expectations! Great customer service as well. Highly recommend! read more

Utterly amazing deep tissue massage from Coco this afternoon at M Body. I wish I lived here in Orlando, as I would have a weekly session with her strong hands if I did. Very nice place in a shopping center right near the Publix not far from SeaWorld. Really well maintained and super clean and modern. 90 minutes was $135. Totally worth it plus a generous tip for her skill and clear effort to vanquish my tight muscles and painful joints. Recommend highly. read more

I think the place was very clean. The environment was welcoming. I just had an issue with the massage over all. I just kept asking for more pressure x4 times and it wasn't it. I didn't mind at first but towards the end of the message I was irritated that I was still in pain, when I was leaving to pay I left no tip. Because I still felt tightness in my body and just sore. I honestly felt like I wasted $90 and didn't want to tip for a subpar experience. Be honest would you tip, if you still feel tightness, soreness and aches after an hour massage with 3/10 pressure? At the end when I pressed no tip the lady's attitude changed from friendly to agitated, she got obviously annoyed and asked if "I'm sure I don't wanna leave a tip and why I'm not tipping." I didn't ask for a tip or Bonus when I joined the military. Why would I tip you on a subpar service? I really didn't want to leave a review that would mess up the 5 star they got going on but if you want friendly customer service make sure you tip or they'll give you attitude out the door lol. Didn't leave a tip but definitely leaving a review! read more

I really enjoyed the massages here! My mom and I came in after walking around Disney for days and it was such a treat to end our trip here.

My husband and I had a couples massage last week at it was one of the best we ever had. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the place was immaculately clean. The masseuses that work on us did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend this place. read more

Today I called around 9:00 am to book a last minute couples massage if possible. We were able to book a 10:00 am appointment. The place was clean, welcoming and we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Our massage included deep tissue with stretching, hot stones and a little Thai massage mixed in. If you haven't had a massage where they use their feet; you totally should! One of the best massages we've had ever. read more

Lily was wonderful! She really listened to what I needed for my massage and tailored everything perfectly. It was not only deeply relaxing but also very therapeutic. I left feeling so much better and would definitely return again. Highly recommend! read more

Great service and great prices. Walked in no appointment. Right away was greeted and tended too. It was 60 mins for my daughter and I and 90 for my husband. After days of walking in the park it was much needed. 2- $90 and 1 -$135 which ate pretty great prices compared to luxury spas in this area. The location has lots of parking, super clean and inviting. Definitely recommend and would definitely come again. read more

BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! Hubby and I were on an anniversary trip at the parks and stopped here for a couples massage before heading to lunch and home. I would definitely recommend! The ladies (Coco and Rose) were very kind and respectful and did an amazing job! Both of us had the correct pressure applied and they targeted our respective requests as far as areas of concern. Some places say they will and spend like an extra minute or two but these ladies were serious about it. I didn't feel rushed or left sitting for too long like at some places. If I was local, I'd be a regular. Would give bonus stars if available. read more

Visiting from Texas and needed a good massage. Called up and had an appointment setup a couple of hours later. The lady that works the front is very sweet and friendly, she got me setup with Judy as my masseuse. I get Thai massages regularly back at home (not regularly enough) so I'm familiar with a legit deep tissue or sports massage and Judy delivered exactly that. She put the hurt on me, but in a good way. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but she had me close to tapping a few times. She knew where I needed work the most and so she spent the majority of her time working the problem areas but without neglecting anything else. She's strong so let her know if she needs to lighten up, but if you can push through it, that is the best way to get relief. The price is very fair also. Highly recommend Judy and M Body Therapy. I'll come back the next time I'm in the area. read more

Tonight instead of going out for dinner, my fiancé and I went to the strip mall massage parlor across the street from our resort. It was super clean (and a legit massage parlor). Maybe a little pricey compared to other strip mall parlors, but I think it was worth it. We did the Thai massages, and I also did the foot reflexology. Let me just say - my masseuse did things to my feet that made my entire body go melty and fuzzy - he basically turned me into a puddle of relaxed mushiness. I had to apologize when we left because he made me make sounds that shouldn't be heard in public. I'm not sure I've ever made some of those sounds before. Omgoodness. Best. Massage. Ever. read more

I made a same day appointment for a 60 minute massage after experiencing muscle and nerve pain from a 12-hour day travel day- the front desk person was extremely helpful and nice. Rose was my massage therapist and I CANNOT say enough good things about the massage and Rose. She listened to me and worked hard to help alleviate the muscle and nerve pain I was experiencing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the body and pressure points and did a fantastic job- best massage I have ever had! Rose was my angel that day and the next day I was able to go Disney for a 12-hour day with no issues. Thank you Rose! read more

I was in desperate need of a massage and used google to find the nearest place possible and was lucky enough to have M Body Therapy pop up. I have been coming to this area for vacation for years and this time was having severe lower back pain after working around my house prior to leaving on vacation. I made an appointment on line for a deep tissue massage and reflexology. I was assigned Elizabeth as my masseuse and she was fantastic. Upon arrival, i filled out the questionnaire and Elizabeth went over everything including areas i was concerned about. She then gave me one of the best massages i have ever had. She used several techniques, including stretching, acupressure, and walking on my back. The entire place was very clean and the massage room was lit perfectly and gave off the right ambience for relaxation. I look forward to returning next year. read more

First massage ever for my daughter and me, and it was incredible! We booked last minute while visiting Orlando and couldn't be happier. I had the acupuncture massage, she did deep tissue--both were amazing. Huge thanks to Coco and Vicky for making us feel so comfortable and cared for. We're now committed to monthly massages thanks to them! Highly recommend M Body Therapy--ask for Coco and Vicky! read more

My husband and I both had 90 minute deep tissue massages. Lisa and Rose were fantastic.

Amazing massage service here!!! I booked the couples massage package for myself and my niece. This establishment is kid friendly and allowed 2 female masseuses to service us together in 1 room. We were in Orlando for vacation and I wanted to treat us to something nice and spa-like. This fit the bill perfectly. Couples massage package price is affordable. Customer service here is outstanding. They listened to our needs, allergy concerns, etc. and adapted accordingly. Tip your masseuses well, they deserve it! I definitely would recommend and return here myself whenever we are back in town. Thank you! read more

Found this place after having run races at Walt Disney World. If you're used to deep tissue or sports massages this is the place for you! I tried both the Thai and Deep Tissue massages needing to keep my body loose and ready for the next day races. My girls and I had a wonderful time getting massages here! They were so nice and accommodating.

This place was impeccably clean and the staff were so well trained. We had coco and jason as our therapists and they were both fantastic. They catered to our needs and checked in with us throughout the session. Their pressure was perfect and they made the most out of our 60 minutes. What a great session! I booked online after looking for a massage place that had good reviews. My partner and I had reserved a couples massage. We had 2 of the best ladies that did 5 star work on us both. Lisa and Vicky are HIGHLY recommended. Also Coco the owner is a pleasure to talk with. M BODY THERAPY is top notch!! A must do in Orlando. read more

We booked a hot stone couples massage the morning after our last day at the parks. We'd walked a total of about 25 miles over 2 days and could barely walk the morning of our massage appointment. We were greeted by warm and friendly smiles upon arrival and were taken to our room. Coco took care of me and Suzie took care of my husband. I was nervous about getting my feet massaged because of the huge blisters I had on my heels so I told Coco to avoid my feet altogether and she obliged - but I ended up asking Coco to massage my feet anyway and to avoid my heels if she could. That was probably the best decision I made - my feet felt SO much better. My husband agreed with me that this was THE BEST massages we'd ever gotten (and we've gone to some really great spas including a pretty amazing one in Europe). They both could tell how tense we were in certain areas and adjusted the intensity and used hot stones in those areas that we think made a world of difference. Best of all, they didn't chat the whole time like some places do so we got to enjoy a very relaxing and peaceful hour of heaven! Thank you, Coco and Suzie! Because of you both, we are able to walk more comfortably today! read more

The 5 star reviews do not lie! My husband and I were absolutely beat from 3 days at the parks. We came here for a couples massage with Lisa and Chloe- it was absolutely incredible, hands down the best massages we've ever had. I wish I lived in the area because I'd come back all the time! read more

Coco was amazing! Out of town and husband surprised me with a deep tissue massage. Super clean and great technique!

They took out knots we didn't even know we had. We did the hour long, deep tissue massage and we feel so relax and loose. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Orlando. If you need a massage, this is the best place to come. Also paying in cash is cheaper than to pay with card, so def bring cash read more

The place is unassuming, located right next to a Publix. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Koko, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. My masseuse, Cindy, did an outstanding job and made me feel completely at ease. She offered excellent recommendations based on my preferences and encouraged me to provide feedback if my preferences changed during the massage. Getting a massage can sometimes be an awkward experience, but they made it incredibly smooth and relaxing. I visited from out of town, but I definitely recommend this place! read more

Everywhere I visited, I like to check out their local spa. I usually get deep massages from men/women. Judy had to be one of the best that I've ever had. My girlfriend likes medium pressure. Chloe was her therapist. She absolutely loved it. I would fly back to Orlando just to get their services. 10/10 for sure!! read more
