My wife and I took a vacation to Orlando and found this massage place and decided to give it a try. We did a deep tissue couples massage and it was amazing! Both our massage therapist were very experienced and helped our bodies feel rejuvenated. We will definitely be back before our vacation is over. Thank you Pure Massage Spa! read more

I've been getting massages for 20 years. This was the best massage I've ever had. Thank you! Did 13 hours at Disney World yesterday and another 11 hours today. The massage was very needed! Post massage, I feel like I could run a marathon. read more

I am struggling to find anything appreciative to say about this business. I have no words. I genuinely avoid leaving a negative review for any business, especially local businesses, but this particular experience at Pure Massage Spa left far too much to be desired. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend experience was turned into a painful one. We booked a 90 minutes customized massage for me and a 30 minutes chair massage+ 30 minutes foot reflexology massage for my husband. The lady who provided the massage services for me didn't even ask which type of massage I would prefer. Their website says one can choose from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sport, Therapeutic Massage or combination for the customized massage option. She did whatever she wanted to. She was rough, pretty hard handed and I had to request her to reduce hand pressure several times during the session. At one point during the session, my sinuses got so badly congested that I could barely breathe. I needed relief from a nagging pain in my neck and shoulders and the massage not only did nothing to help my condition, it further aggravated the pain for me. The only saving grace was that she helped me stretch my back and limbs but her method was extremely painful in the moment. I was sore and definitely not relaxed after the massage. My husband had another weird and painful experience with his sessions. They literally brought out a massage chair to the tiny reception area and wanted to start his session right there! This was unexpected as when we spoke with the lady at the reception over the phone earlier, we were told that since he's opted for the chair/seated massage, he will be in a different room than mine. What we weren't told was that the 'other room' is going to be the reception area! Anyway, my husband requested privacy and they ushered him into one of the rooms but couldn't fit the massage chair in there. What baffles me is that why would a business try to provide a service that they don't even have enough space for? Since they couldn't fit the chair in said room, he was asked to lay sideways on the massage bed. The guy who provided the massage service for him apparently just kept poking and nudging him hard throughout the 30 minute duration till my husband had had enough of the painful experience and asked him to stop. He said that the foot reflexology session was the only good experience he had. All in all, the massage experience at Pure Massage Spa was far less than desired for both of us. Never going back. read more

My lower back pain has been getting worse by the year/month/day. It disrupts my sleep and the quality of my life has declined. I tried a chiropractor and he turned out to create more back pain. I quit after 4 sessions. I have had massages before but never really cared for them. Too hard for me. But I was hurting so badly today that I booked an appt with Pure Massage Spa for 30 minutes. Best massage I have ever had! Julie was awesome. She listened to my needs and targeted my pain. I will definitely be returning and asking for Julie!! Thank you Pure Massage Spa!! read more

I've had a headache for over a week, and after one session at Pure Massage, it's completely gone. She focused with such care on my neck, back, and head, exactly where I needed it most. My husband, who lives with chronic pain, said this was one of the best massages he's ever had. We get massages about once a month everywhere we travel, and this experience easily ranks in our top five. The space was incredibly relaxing, spotlessly clean, and the staff were so warm and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! read more

I was here for a conference and needed a massage and some cupping! I cannot say how amazing this place is. The front office personnel was so kind and friendly right from the start. My massage was done by Chloe and this woman knows what she is doing! She constantly asked if the pressure was ok and her cupping was almost instinctual. She knew where all of my sorely needed areas were. I am so thankful I found them! read more

After 2 days at Universal Studios and a day at Aquatica both my husband and I were feeling it. Managed to arrange a massage here before our flight out and it was brilliant! If I could pick where I lived off of how amazing my massage was I would and I would move in right next door to Pure Massage! Chloe worked on me and she addressed all the trouble spots and got all of me feeling great. I've had a lot of massages and the combo massage she gave me was top tier!! Kevin and Mia worked on my husband and they were both great according him, he too left feeling refreshed and fixed up. Can't recommend them enough and was even recommending them to the front desk clerk when I was telling her how Chloe was able to fix everything that had been hurting. She saw me limping out and smiling and walking normally on the way back in after the massage. Much thanks to Chloe, Kevin and Mia!!! read more

One of the best massage experiences I've had. The therapist was professional, attentive, and clearly knew how to target tight areas--especially my shoulders and lower back, which felt much better afterward. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout the visit. I had a 90-minute session with hot stones, and it left me deeply relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely come back. read more

Best Thai/deep tissue massage I have ever had. My session consisted of vigorous techniques that helped with myofascial release and any tightness I had. My therapist, Lisa, was very knowledgeable about body and anatomy, she knew where I held all of my tension and found knots in my legs I didn't know I had. I wish I lived closer so I can come to this location regularly. I'm so happy to know there is a good place to get a massage whenever I'm in the Orlando area. read more

Moved here from Miami 8 months ago and been looking for a smart massage therapist that really knows how the body works / connects, and has a great Flow. Finally found it here. Super clean simple place that is responsive, has reasonable price and friendly attitude. Very professional therapists; Annie, Helen and Mia (the best). Easy to coordinate appointments (I did by email). Plus for locals they have a repeat customer incentive program. Parking is abundant, safe, and it's right by the Winn-Dixie grocery store. Bring cash to avoid the credit card fee. This is finally the massage place we had been looking for. We are now regulars. Thanks Mia & the Pure Massage Staff! read more

My massage was wonderful. Relaxed my aching neck and shoulders and avoided my back where I had recent surgery.

Amazing massage! Went in for 90 minute body/foot massage and it was fantastic. Easy to make an appointment and reasonable pricing.

If you want a no frills exceptional massage, this place was great. It's not located in a huge resort, so it's not bougie, it's at the end of a strip mall, but my masseuse was great. Price was spot on, not inflated. We are traveling, but if I lived here, I would go back read more

By far the BEST massage we've ever gotten and the price was very competitive! The young ladies were great. Great atmosphere

After 3 straight days at the Disney World parks, my husband and I were in need of a massage. We found this place through a quick Google search and were able to book a 60-minute couples massage for the very next day. The morning of, our lunch plans got pushed back so we called to ask if we could push our appointment back by 30 minutes. They picked up the phone quickly and were able to accommodate our ask. When we showed up, they pointed us to our room, gave us time to settle in, and started the massage on time. It was everything we needed. The cherry on top was the addition of the hot stones for no additional cost. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great massage for a really affordable price. The next time we're in the area, we'll be sure to book a massage! read more

Place was very good. Aching after flight and many days of Disney. Massage hit the spot. Perfect pressure and very good massage

I left here feeling worse than I arrived.. The therapist rubbed real fast and kept going over the same spot- including my bones (shoulder blades, spine, etc) which was painful. The first 20 minutes was her rubbing her a blanket and I nearly had carpet burn. The next day- bruised and sore. Real sore. read more

On vacation and went in today for a 2 hour massage. One of the best massages I've had. The place was clean. The only thing was my massage therapist was the only therapist there and she did have to leave the room once to answer the door when someone came in. However, she did such a phenomenal job, I can't hardly complain. If you want a really good massage, I recommend Pure massage read more

in town for a convention, found this place on yelp. Service was excellent, will comes back if I am back in town.

Nice relaxing massage, pretty decent. Found his place next to Winn Dixie on Apopka Vineland Rd. I went there after working out at the gym because my quads were sore after squatting and leg presses. They know what they're doing as the massage therapy help relieve the soreness. I wish this place was closer to where I live and wished they had sauna or hot tub. But I'd probably come back again. read more
