I am filing this complaint to report a serious violation that happened during my massage. The therapist repeatedly touched me sexually throughout the session. He focused on my inner thigh areas in ways that were absolutely not appropriate for a professional massage. He pressed his erect genital area against me for majority of the massage. His hands touched my vaginal lips several times, at least 3 times and he brushed his hands across my breast sides more than once. He also held my hand down and held my hands in a way that felt intentional and controlling and too intimate. None of this was consensual, and none of it was part of a legitimate massage technique. I want to be absolutely clear: I felt violated. This was not an accident. This was sexual misconduct and harassment and assault. I paid good money for this experience and instead am leaving feeling distraught and scared. He spent the whole massage panting and moaning under his breath it sounded like and he kept touching me inappropriately. He should have never touched my vaginal lips repeatedly and he should not have pressed his erection into me making me feel him being hard and he touched my breast. No client should ever experience unwanted sexual touching from a massage therapist. I am reporting this because his behavior was predatory and malicious, and I expect this to be taken seriously, investigated immediately, and handled in a way that protects other clients from being harmed. They don't honor Groupon vouchers first off got one as a gift and I couldn't even use it. Also they expect you to call to get an appointment but they never answer and when you call to much they end up blocking your calls. When I called to make an appointment they agreed to honor the Groupon price if I purchased with them directly. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us. Pros We were a couple minutes late and they did not take that time out of our massage. They were friendly. We did not end up paying full price for our couples massage. Cons Pressure was not enjoyable. Very light. Often using dry hands, which just feels like friction. Very little oil was used. My husband asked multiple times for more pressure without a noticeable difference. They did not massage our neck or quads. My therapist walked away/out of the room a couple times. Not a big deal, but with all the other things it was definitely noticeable. Walking out we felt no different. Great spot for a massage. Kinda less formal then any other massage I've had but still really good. We did a couples massage and were both impressed with it. We got hot stones and hot towels which we didn't expect but felt great. They did a little scalp massage which was GREAT and ended with a foot massage. Since I don't get massages much I would have appreciated more guidance about what to expect and they didn't ask about any sore areas, however when I mentioned my bicep hurting, she did give special attention to that area. Nightmare. Location is next to a bar where you can hear ALL of the noise. Music, pool table, loud voices etc. This is not a sanctuary or serene location. The staff looks at you blankly and wants pre-payment. All I wanted was a good post golf massage. The lady who started my massage took off her shoes and her feet stank as she walked on my back. I bit back my bile and forced through. Then the doorbell began. I was switched off to other workers and left for 10 minutes at time. On the third event I just left. My husband and I booked a couples massage. The woman who booked us was very accommodating and was able to give us a discount because we couldn't use our Groupon. The staff was very nice and the facility was very peaceful and clean. As for my experience, I pretty much just got rubbed not actually massaged. My neck was massaged very well but my mid/lower back are problematic and my feet because I am pregnant. These things were not touched.. I suspect maybe because I'm pregnant she was scared to actually massage me but I would rather have saved my money than just be pressed and lightly rubbed (as you would a child's back). So ultimately I got a neck/shoulder and scalp massage. My husband on the other hand loved his experience. He said the guy who worked on him really knew what he was doing and got into his problem areas. He left feeling very relaxed and loose. I can attest to this as he snored about halfway through lol. I would go back if I had someone who will actually massage me. Again everyone was very sweet but I'm in a lot of pain and I needed a good massage. Woman then without warning pulls my underwear all the way down and proceeds to work on that area. She gets up and opens the door and walks out with my naked body exposed. One of the worst massages I've ever had. Not enough lotion and no technique. My hour massage was only 45 mins. Once I got done the lady asked for a tip and I wrote down 10 dollars. She told me that wasn't enough that she needed at least 20. I explained to her why I only tipped that amount. She then called me cheap. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I just got the most incredible deep tissue massage from lily. I have been having so many issues with my neck and back, so I needed someone strong to get all of the knots out. she is a godsend! I'm so disappointed in my overall experience. I paid $80 for a 60 minute massage, but only received 45 minutes total. To top it off my massage therapist left the room 3 times in the middle of my session to attend to the door. I thought she'd make up to me at the end by giving me some extra minutes, but boy was I wrong! At the end, I honestly didn't feel like tipping her. I've worked in the business, so I understand the importance of receiving a good tip. But you have to earn it by doing your job or at least providing the 60 minutes service per agreement. This place is a scam. I'm a local but tourist's most definitely should be aware. I bought a Groupon for 3 and nowhere does it say anything about making an appointment, so when I was told I had to I asked to reschedule and the lady at the desk told me to call the number on their business card which I told her made no sense if I'm already in the building and I can do it then and there. She then told me if I pay an additional $70 she can take us asap. Ok so "there's no availability"but if I pay there is all the sudden room???? That makes 0 sense. I spoke to the manager from the desk lady's cell phone (which is also weird to me) and the manager suggested I cancel my Groupon & pay there at the same price if I want to get serviced asap. I told her no I already paid it makes no sense to cancel and pay there.. she said it's because "the Groupon appointments are all booked" super sketchy. I scheduled a 2 hour deep tissue massage. When I got there, a man came in to do my massage. The room was very hot and stuffy and I was having a difficult time breathing. I asked 3 times for a fan. I was told they didn't have one. Ridiculous! The massage therapist was constantly wiping sweat off my back between massaging. I asked twice for more pressure and still didn't get what I asked for. After 20 minutes, he left the room and was speaking to another customer. I was very annoyed as I waited and after 5 minutes, a lady ("Amy") came in and touched me. I looked up, straining my neck to see her and tried to understand her broken English. Basically, everyone there was confused as to which client was supposed to receive which service. I had to tell her 3 times that I was scheduled for a 2 hr deep tissue massage and then she left the room for several minutes. She returned and told me she would finish my massage. She did a very good job. With the deep tissue massage! However, I truly only received 1-1/2 hrs of the massage I requested and paid for. When I tried to pay with my credit card, I was asked to pay with cash, so I did and I tipped 15% on the 1-1/2 hrs I received what I asked for​. The receptionist asked me for a bigger tip! The nerve! I felt bullied and told her I didn't have any more cash. She said she would put it on my credit card and would add ONLY a $1 fee. Oh my word - so UNPROFESSIONAL!!
