They're open late and very accommodating! The hours listed say 11pm closing, but they still take you in at 11pm. We often come late. This is not a fancy schamncy spa, but I enjoy coming here for a relaxing foot and leg massage. They have 5 reclining large chairs in the front and 4+ rooms for full body massage. I've only gotten the foot massage in the front. For the foot massage, they soak your feet in hot water and give it a good rinse before your massage. A hardworking group of people and so nice!! I recommend this place! They even have phone chargers available and outlets near the chairs. Ask them if you can plug in your phone and they happily allow you to. read more

GF and I went here for a foot massage after 5 days of waking in theme parks. The massage were great and the staff is friendly. No smell or weird odors. Staff were very friendly. Pressure from the massage were great too! I would recommend this place for all tourists that need a relaxation after a long day of walk. read more

Staff was good and space was pleasant. My husband and I went for foot massage after walking all day. Relaxing. read more

HORRIBLE! Do not go here! After a long couple of days of walking the parks, my mother and I were in need of a foot massage. We are from NY, and get a lot of foot massages there, and there was a glaring difference. To name the one good thing: the massage itself was wonderful, but let's face it....if the only reason we went to get massages was for the massage itself, we would use a machine at home...we go for the experience! So now on to griping: the foot massage area is not separated by a curtain or anything from the front desk....and the whole time I could hear the owner/hostess talking, answering calls and opening and closing the front door to sound the incredibly loud and irritating door bell! Second, the lights in the massage area were kept on the whole time....there was some music but half way through it stopped....which only made the sound of the YouTube videos and Chinese television all the more irritating. Also the nonstop door opening and closing with loud door bell became even more obnoxious given there was no music to drown it out slightly. Finally, and definitely the worst part of this place, are the employees or family of employees that were there. Sitting in the chair next to us, was an older Chinese female who clearly either worked there or was family of the owner. She was talking on the phone the whole time, getting calls with a loud obnoxious ring tone, and then began to watch a YouTube video. We asked our massage therapist to please ask her to stop so we could enjoy our massage and relax....and he did, several times....I guess she just didn't care. Which made it an even worse experience. I had to inform them, they are not doing me a favor...they are providing a service for which they charge in advance, clearly I know why now! They even had the audacity to tell us that if we wanted to relax and have quiet we should have paid more for a private full body massage! If you want to have a relaxing foot massage, please do not go to this place. Worst massage experience I have had thus far! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. An older man did my one hour massage and it consisted of shaking. I asked for deep tissue. When he rubbed my neck and moved up to my hairline, I said no oil three times and sill got oil all in my hair. He rubbed my face and I said no as I had makeup on. So he ended massaging my face by pinching my nose (WTH?) I should have left when I walked into the room and there was a strong odor of curry or food of some sort, but I had already paid. Worst massage ever! read more

Joe has amazing hands! It was truly the best massage I have ever had! I have them monthly for my legs and shoulder. Wish I could take him home to Illinois with me! read more

The man and woman who run this massage parlor are amazing. I wish I could take them to St.Pete. They would make a killing in St.Pete. We made an app and they were ready for us on the minute. Iv never had hot stone treatment before and massages will never been the same. read more

Long day of outlet shopping....decided to find a place for a foot massage. Read the Yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. So glad we did!! My friend and I decided on the 60 minute aromatherapy foot massage. After a soak in a hot bucket of water ....the ladies doing the massage used lemon scented oils and went to work. It was pure heaven! Their English language is limited but it didn't matter....they did a great job! We plan on going back!! read more

Don't believe their 4 star! My friend paid for an hour and was let out after 40 minutes. After i notified them, they took him into the room for another 10 min and let him out early again. You do not get your full time for what you pay for. I terminated my service after 15 min. The massage merely consisted of lightly constantly rubbing back up and down. They are not trained on any of the massage techniques they list. After repeatedly asking for better service , my masseur made a point to go all out and cause severe pain and thus the termination on his service as his conduct was so unprofessional. I have been to many spa, to compare other spa, this place need to improve their massage techniques. I was visiting Orlando and pick this place as they were open past 8pm. Don't choose this place if you are looking for a good massage service for your hard earn money!!! When they ask to pay upfront, you can figure they cannot stand by their service! read more

Great massage! They really take their time and it doesn't feel like you are being rushed. I got the chair and foot massage for 40 minutes and it was amazing! After long days at theme parks a good massage was needed! Great service! read more

Had amazing service. Did the 30 min foot and back massage and left so relaxed. Customer service was great and andy did a amazing job. Definitely going back again soon read more

This place was awesome. I get massages regularly back in cali and they're more pricey than I'm used to for an hour massage but is standard price for the area. I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate a group of 6. Soon as We got to the spot, we were serviced immediately. We all opted for the combo foot massage and full body because we needed the foot massage more from all the walking we had been doing at universal studios and Disney. The gal who worked on me worked my knots out and it felt great. I could have asked for deeper pressure but I'm glad I didn't because this was very relaxing. She even massaged my buttocks . read more

My wife and I got the one hour reflexology service and it was fantastic. The massage therapists went above and beyond by adding a neck and head massage. When we left, we felt very relaxed. I highly recommend this place! read more

I am giving 3 stars because the massage was good.. but a little uncomfortable.. small towel in a utility room..no nonsense.. no frlllls...but this place is not a spa... very smelly.. wonder if they know? Used Groupon but the prices at the salon were lower/different from the Groupon prices.. not very honest. read more

The BEST massage EVER! Here for a mini vacation but feel like I've been gone a month! There was not one muscle left knotted. It has been years since my body has felt this way! Received an hour long Swedish Massage but he had to dig a bit for those stubborn muscles that wouldn't give. Now I can really enjoy myself without the painful muscles. Thank you! read more

Absolute fraud. This has actually NEVER happened to me before but I had to walk out after 20minutes of my massage. Forget that the sweet old man worked on 1 foot for 20 minutes the lady at the front desk refused to honor a groupon because she said even though it says 90$ service, they only get paid 21$ and there for I would have to cancel the groupon and pay them direct or i would have to have a 60minute service maximum. Mind you this place costs $50 regularly for 60minutes. Where would the actual 'deal' be? Nowhere. She begged me to stay and let them do a massage. I did even though I felt it was unfair. I thought 'if the guy is good, no big deal' I paid full price but would have done that any other night. He had a firm hand and it was going pretty good. Until 20 minutes went past and he was still only on my pinky toe. LOL! Straight up disappointment and fraud. Do NOT BUY THIS GROUPON. Dont go unless you want all the lights on, blasting spa music and 2 people sitting next to you eating Top Ramen read more

After a full day of walking and waiting in lines at the parks the foot massage at Onsen was just right. We got a 30 minute foot massage which included soaking feet in hot water. We walked in and were seated promptly. The seats are large comfy recliner chairs. It's a relaxing experience. read more

I would like to point out that the majority of the positive reviews for this business were 2 years ago or older. All recent reviews are in line with my experience. Was in the area for a trade show and really need some relaxation and foot massage after a very long day at he convention center. Searched and called a lot of places and was really looking for the best rated establishment for the best value. I have frequently visited reflexology spas all over the country for many years. Have paid anywhere from $25-$45 for a one hour session. Typically this includes a combination of foot, legs, head, shoulders, back and glutes. When first walking in to the place I immediately notice the smell and how unappealing it is. To me it didn't smell like curry as stated in another review, it was a very funky smell, may have been coming from the fish aquarium that didn't look like it was very well maintained. In any case, It made me question whether or not I wanted to continue on with the appointments that we made. There were three of us ladies together, and once we got called back to start our appts, I need to make sure we were on the same page with what was included in the massage which were communicated would be $40 for an hour. The lady working there said that if we wanted to have "combo" then it would be $70. There was a language barrier for certain verbally. Through put the session, the door bell dinged over a dozen times over and over. I do not understand why there would be a bell in a massage business especially that loud. There was no relaxing music placing until about 15 min into our session. Our therapist began conversing and it is one thing if they need to briefly communicate but this went on and on. Finally, I spoke up and told them that it had been a very long day and would prefer if the speaking would stop so we could relax. All masseuses had such different flows and technique. Mine was mediocre at best, another male massage therapist was very intuitive and great at what he does! There were clients talking loudly amongst themselves and one on speaker phone. I had to speak up a handful of times to express the frustration and disappointment. Do not waste your time or money here!!! It my be conveniently located but not worth it. read more

Massage ended early. Didn't get a full 1 hour 30 minute massage. Unappreciative of the tip that I left.

Husband and I came here after five long days of continuous walking at the universal parks and it was one of the best couples massage we've gotten in a while. My husband loved the deep tissue massage he got and said the pressure was just what he needed, and I woke up to myself snoring during the massage. It was that good. We felt loosened up and refreshed after our 60 min massage. Wish we had this place close to where we live! We will definitely be back when we visit Orlando! read more

I booked a reflexology massage. The gentleman doing it was using incredibly too much pressure. It was actually painful!!! I asked him four different times to please do it lighter... he did not. There were other employees in the room talking back & forth, I couldn't even relax! Then other employees came into the open room and began slurping their soup, it was disgusting!! Horrible experience for $80!! Ugh!!! read more

Bit of a communication barrier, but the massages were great. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Good location near the theme parks, so if you need something to do after a long day at Universal, go to Onsen. read more

We had a few hours to kill so we decided to try this place out. There was no wait which was great but we soon realized why. The ladies are nice but are charging way too much for the service that they give. This place is old and not the cleanest. The massages themselves were not the best either. Definitely wouldn't go back. read more

Small little shop right on the strip. Very clean rooms. Masseuse was very professional. The deep tissue massage for an hour was completely relaxing. Included rub down as a warm up, elbows and knees to grind out the kinks, walked on my back to really crush the tension, then oil for relaxation, and finished with a hot towel to clean off the oil. This place is very professional. Nothing shady. Will definitely come back. read more

It was a bad experience! I ordered for an hour massage but looks like they only serviced me about 55 mins. I talked to them about this, but they were disregarding me. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Most relaxing foot massage I've ever had. After the madness of the holidays this place was the perfect place to unwind and de-stress. Staff was friendly and courteous. The establishment was clean. Over priced. Very uncomfortable tables. My fave actually went numb. No soothing background music. I could hear conversations in the next room. The massage was a deep tissue full body and out of the last 10 massages I've got this was by far the worst. I only gave 2 stars because the guy was nice, otherwise I'd give zero stars. read more

The massage pressure was a bit too weak in my opinion. I asked the lady to make the pressure a bit stronger and she did but then she would revert back to the initial pressure she started with. Overall, if you're into light-pressure massages, then this is your place. read more

First off, I am a small business owner, so i never write bad reviews unless deserved and this has nothing to do with the services of the business but the business practice. I had an $80 gift certificate a friend had bought for me in October of 2018. I walked into the business, and was greeting and I asked how long have you been here and the lady replied 7 years. I then pulled out the gift certificate and she said oh we can't take that we are under new owners. Well as a small business owner, I know if you buy or take on another business you take on there debt as well and they should have honored this, if anything as a good gesture for repeat business. I suggest you don't buy gift certificates from here as i am afraid you will have the same thing happen to you. read more

Horrible experience. If you're looking for a legitimate message do not go here!!!! I have sciatica that was acting up on vacation and i asked to get a deep tissue message that focused on my hip. She replied "okay okay" and I think those were the only words of English she spoke. She messaged my neck for the whole 60 minutes, afterwards I find out she has no idea what a "hip" is. She spoke so little English she had to call someone and made me speak to them to translate what I was saying. I wanted a refund but the lady kept trying to physically pull me back into the establishment after I left for "10 more minutes no money". I was all set. Now I am in excruciating pain; but hey at least I got a $15 refund. read more

Excellent! Visiting the area and a friend of a friend suggested this spa. Dennis was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
