Overall a very good experience, I went in expecting the worst after reading the only review this place had. (A bad one) but came out with a very positive experience! I also had the Groupon deal, they didn't ask me to pay up front ( it's a Groupon it's already paid for) not sure why the other review claimed they asked her to pay up front when she also claimed to be using a Groupon. Strange... Anyways, the lady was quite polite, spoke to me in English, asked several times during the massage if everything was okay. I was a bit cold they offered to adjust temp for me. The place was clean, sheets smelled good and the place was bigger than I expected. I was about 20 min early to my appointment they got me in right away. The massage was good, quite relaxing. They also give you a small bottle of water at the end which was nice. As for tipping, they didn't say anything or demand a tip. There was a sign in the room stating tips are required ( that's a bit tacky) but they never said anything. I did tip of course as I do anywhere for good service and they seemed appreciative. I would definitely stop in again someday. read more

Terrible experience and I didn't even make it to the massage room. A waste of an hour traveling for my appointment. This is a Groupon place, but it's wild because the type and length of the Groupon massage isn't even listed on their packages. Rude, unhelpful, misleading. Would never recommend this massage center. And a $3 charge to use a credit card? It's 2022- assume your own costs of doing business, or at least call it as cash discount. read more

It was ok. I go to a lot of Asian massage places and my therapist was either crazy soft or using knuckles a lot. Again, just ok. It got the job done but I know I'll be bruised tomorrow. It is weird that they make you pay and tip prior to service. read more

Wonderful experience! I went with my friend from out of town. One of the best massages I've ever had.

The massage itself was great but their service needs little bit of improvement. We felt a bit rushed in the beginning. Since the masseuse also works in the front, we were interrupted a few times due to other incoming customers. read more

Orchid Spa Massage - Prices as of December 2017 - Massage Therapy Near Me - Orlando, Florida

We used a Groupon while on vacation at Disney and it was great! The staff were very friendly and we had no issues using the Groupon. The massage was great. They used great pressure and asked a few times if the pressure was okay. We got hot stones and got towels towards the end and it wrapped up the whole massage nicely. They really spend a lot of time on your back, which my fiancé and I really liked. Overall great job! read more

30 min foot massage for $30 for the win! Best way to end the day after walking around at Magic Kingdom all day! Highly recommended!

Wow what a amazing experience I had a couples massage we both had men massaging us it was the best massage ever

I was in Orlando for some training and decided to get a massage. Excellent. The price was reasonable and the massage was excellent. Very thorough. Found the huge knots in my shoulders and back. I feel so much better. I will plan another visit when I can. Not a fancy place but the massage was great. read more

My husband and I visited a couple of weeks ago for a couples massage that we booked through Groupon. It was easy to make an appointment, the staff was friendly, and the massage was good--especially after a week walking around theme parks. Everything was very clean and there were COVID safety measures in place. I will say wearing a mask face down is the only thing that was a little difficult, but still manageable. The next time we visit Orlando, I wouldn't hesitate to come back. read more

Me and boyfriend went in for a couples massage and were greeted by a friendly staff. The place is very nice and clean and the massage was very relaxing. The price was great in comparison to resort pricing. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

Poor massage, they insist on a tip. Wouldn't go back if you payed for me to go. Answered the phone and did a few min of it one handed while talking. read more

The wifey and I are staying at Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa. I love coming to massage parlors like these. They aren't afraid to give you a great massage. They don't ask questions they just have a natural feel for your body. Highly recommend you check it out! You won't be disappointed read more

I had a very bad experience here, this lady was not gentle at all and was hurting my back with her nails and idk maybe she had a bad day, she was very mad for some reason! I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I called to make a same day appointment and thank gd they had a female to give me massage. The place is nothing extravagant and massage was ok. The masseuse who gave me a massage was in a rush and I didn't really enjoy it. I would find another place to go for the money I spent. read more

very disappointed with the couples massage we got. I actually stopped mine. Would not recommend to anyone

Like another reviewer said, we were asked to pay up front and a tip was demanded at the end. Also, they asked to see my id, which is not unusual when using a credit card. However, I noticed that she was quickly writing down my information from the card! I asked her to scratch out my drivers license number. She replied that she needs it to ensure that she gets paid. I looked on my credit card app right there and told her that it went through. She showed me that she scribbled out a number on the paper but I'm not positive that they can't still read it. There were 3 of us. Two were very rough. Slapped and scratched. Horrible! read more

My husband and I got a couples massage. He thought it was one of the best ever and I thought mine was good, but not great. When I asked about the pricing that was showing on yelp, the representative called her manager and asked for a lower price and they agreed. So all in all I think we got a good massage for the price. We also found the employees to be very kind and that the made the experience much more enjoyable. read more

I honestly wasn't sure if I got a massage of just got beat up . There were times where I got hit so hard I was left without air, same for my husband . I actually left in pain like I got ran over by a car . I won't be back nor would I recommend to anyone . This defiantly was not worth the money or the pain I'm in . read more

I had a massage today with hot stones which i purchased through groupon. The masseuse was gentle yet with strong enough pressure that he managed to hit a lot of sore points and relax the muscles! I definitely felt a difference in my body when I left! I would definitely go back to him again. I felt very relaxed when I left. The place is nice and clean and the people were very professional. I definitely recommend if you need a quick massage! read more

Clean and nice place, the problem was that it was loud from both other customers and employees. Masseuse was also the receptionist so there were many disruptions and interruptions. Lastly, masseuse had nail a bit too long which were felt during the massage strokes. read more

Totally rip off!!!! I paid for an hour massage with table shower and at the end, the lady, Chinese whose around 40 years old stated to me I did not mention table shower and time is almost up. First of all, I get Asian massages all the time. The 60 minutes massage is 60 minutes and the table shower which is around 10 minutes is totally separate. She then whispered to my ear, for extra $40, she will give me a happy ending. I said, I came here for therapeutic massage, I did not come to play as I have a wife at home. She got pissed off and ended the whole session... read more

By far the worst massage I have ever had. Purchased a massage on groupon. I arrived to my scheduled appointment. I was escorted to the room by one masseuse, and had the massage by another. I asked her to send time on my shoulder. She nodded as if she understood, and said OK. She spoke little to no English so it was impossible to speak with her, also she spent virtually no time on the shoulder. Go anywhere but here! read more

Terrible experience. We had a $100 coupon for a couples massage that included a 60min massage + 10 min in the sauna, which we never got. All the staff was very unprofessional. To begin, they asked us to pay upfront which is unusual. Then, during our entire massage, the therapists kept speaking amongst themselves in their native language, preventing us from fully relaxing. Also, the "full body" massage was not really full body. My feet were killing me and the therapist didn't even bother to touch them, after I asked her to. Once the massage ended, the therapist blatantly and shamelessly demanded a tip right then and there, before we even left the room. We are great tippers usually do not too less than 20-25%, but that just did it for us. Do not recommend, very overpriced, don't waste your time and at the rate they're going, I highly doubt business will go well for them, though I wish them well. read more
