The Good- upon arrival the welcoming from the staff was good. A staff member showed us the different massages, times and pricing on what they offer. Massage was ok, the gentleman doing my message would on occasions through out my 1hr massage ask if the pressure was ok (if it was too hard or too soft) which was very great. The BAD: the stones used on my back were VERY HOT(but maybe it was a personal preference of not liking it super hot.) The VERY BAD.: once massages were done on my wife and I , before leaving I was going to tip each person but literally a worker (assuming manager) literally confronted us (literally ) a second after getting out the room and requested tip which was funny because I had cash in my hand ready to tip each person, so I then gave a generous tip on the 2 staff members but manager was not satisfied and literally requested $20 on each person. I then said no, that not how that works lol but she refused to understand the meaning of tip. She kept saying "you need to give more..more ,you need to give $20" lol so expect someone to request a certain amount of tip in there lol read more

Could be the best massage I've ever had. My therapist, Carol, was excellent. I needed work because I've been traveling non stop for the past 6 months. Incredibly tight so I decided to get the 2 hour massage! I was so relaxed after that I had the best nights sleep in quite awhile. Great massage after a long day of walking. Would have been 4 stars but honestly the end killed it. Price point is catered towards tourists for sure I get that (for a strip mall massage parlour) but at 80 bucks for an hour and HIGH pressure tipping at the end in addition just ruined it. I didn't want to tip to be honest due to inflated pricing. But was forced into it then guilt shamed for adding only a $10.00. My wife and I got away for a weekend together and decided to get a couple's massage. We reviewed the reviews online and liked what we were reading so we booked a 90-minute massage. This business is located in a rundown strip mall with minimal parking. It is tucked in the alley and cannot be seen from the street. Upon arriving the first thing we noticed was how warm it was in business. We were asked to wait about 10 minutes for them to get the room ready which was no problem. They took us to the room and we shared the same tiny room. The therapy room was just as hot as the waiting area was and was uncomfortable. We did hear the air come on but only stayed on a few minutes then turned off and it was extremely hot again. There was not enough room for the therapists to move around the tables without bumping into them which made it very frustrating. My wife stated her therapist paid attention to details and over all had a pretty good experience. She stated the therapist used the right amount of pressure but did not spend enough time on the important area's that she had pointed out that were causing her issues. The therapist I had seemed to be one of the owners or the owner. Our massages were interrupted numerous times by text messages, cell phone ringing and the therapist speaking to one another throughout the entire service. At one point, I stated to the therapist I was ready to cancel my session due to the horrible massage and service being provided. My therapist actually left the room several times to answer the phone, take appointments etc. I requested a deep tissue massage but that is the opposite of what I received. She failed to apply any type of pressure and as a result the massage was nothing more than a slight back rub, no massage at all. My therapist did not massage/rub my chest, arms, upper thighs, etc. and when she was interrupted she forgot what she was working on when she came back and skipped over numerous areas. My 90-minute massage ended up being a 75-minute massage at best. The endless ringing of the cell phone and noises from receiving text messages and the therapist endless chatter made it impossible to relax and enjoy. I cannot recommend this business and would encourage you to choose another business who can provide you the attention you deserve and the service you pay for. read more

This place looks modest from the outside, but the massage experience was phenomenal! Inside is clean and professional. My family and I are in Orlando on vacation and I came in to relieve back pain (no doubt due to hotel beds and long lines at theme parks). I could barely walk when I arrived! The place is in a peculiar location, in my opinion. I've lived off of Vineland for 3 years and have unknowingly passed it every time. I was skeptical...even when I went inside I thought it was a little sketchy...but the massage was nice. Carol was very friendly, did an excellent job and she was very thorough. Unfortunately she walked out of the room in the middle of my massage TWICE, which was really annoying. Once was to help her co worker and the other time was to actually prepare and retrieve the hot stones. I felt cheated of my hour and the price definitely was not cheap! My small team and I visited Sakura after an incredibly difficult week on our feet at an event. The location gave us a slight moment of pause upon arriving, but ALL FOUR of us came out relaxed, smiling, and re-energized! All of our therapists seemed to have the gift of knowing exactly where to go deep, and each of us had an experience of pain relief from various long-standing issues. It was absolutely magnificent! So - if great massage is what you are looking for without a lot of bells and whistles, this is it! Just push past any reservations you have about the exterior and go get taken care of.
