First, I want to say we are very experienced in receiving massages. We're even members at a spa at home, so we get massages regularly. With that said, my husband & I are in agreement that this was the best massage we've ever had!! Our masseuses were Cici & Oxana. They were fantastic! We both walked away so relaxed & refreshed. After a day at an amusement park, they are exactly what the doctor ordered!!! Thank you ladies!! Oh & let's not forget the receptionist who was super sweet & even wished us a happy anniversary! We will definitely return next time we're in Orlando!!

This is a Groupon place, but it's wild because the type and length of the Groupon massage isn't even listed on their packages. Rude, unhelpful, misleading. Would never recommend this massage center. I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment.

They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

Wife and I both were looking for a good quality massage, but didn't necessarily want to pay for the higher priced "spa services" where we were staying. Found Mobile Massage by Juliana Pallesi on Yelp and saw outstanding reviews. Made appointments through Yelp. Juliana was very prompt in responding and we had two sessions scheduled within a matter of a few hours. Rates are 60 minutes for $90 dollars and 90 minutes for $125. A very competitive rate. She also sends an online form for you to fill out listing the areas you need to have worked on. Juliana brings all her equipment with her and brings it all together to provide a great experience. She is a skilled therapist who uses a variety of tools and techniques to work all the knots and stress out. She uses hot packs, deep pressure, cupping and the massage gun. Hot stones are also available for $15 more. Definitely recommend you use Mobile Massage when you need to get rid of those aches and pains.
