I had already seen neurosurgeons and doctors, and I was told that my options were surgery, burning the nerves, or learning to live with chronic pain. I am 50 years old, and at that point my world felt like it had completely fallen apart. I could not bend, drive, walk normally, sit, or stand without severe pain. My daily life was controlled by constant pain and electric shock-like sensations through my nervous system. I cried all the time because I felt hopeless and did not know what else to do. I went to Gary's office after someone recommended him to me, and I can honestly say he was a blessing in my life. After the very first session, I was able to walk with some discomfort, but without the same chronic pain I had been living with. By the time we completed the process, I was able to walk normally again and I no longer had the pain that had taken over my life. The cherry on top is the cold eucalyptus towels that are in the mini fridge and it felt so good after being in the sauna.
