Went to this location on May 17, 2026. I knew exactly what I was interested in looking at and two employees were chatting in front of the Kérastase display. After trying to reach around them to look at a product one of the employees said he is a hair specialist and then went to the other corner of the store to continue his conversation. This Sephora is my favorite location in Central Florida! Not only is it always well stocked, and they periodically give Cast Member discounts, but the crew is always very attentive! From hair care, make up, body lotion, accessories- this location has everything you can think of and they make sure to have well trained staff. The workers aren't interested in upselling the most expensive product, they all know what would work best for your skin type/needs. I was about to spend $38 on one cleanser before I spoke to a worker about my skin concerns and they suggested a $12 product that has worked wonders! My cousins & I always look forward to our visit it to this Sephora. Plus being located at Disney Springs we can go straight from the store to our dinner reservation in less than 5 minutes! read more

I do not understand the hype around this place. It is just a normal Sephora. Nothing different than your Sephora at home. I get it if you live in a very rural place and maybe don't have a "local" Sephora...sure. but for most people this isn't going to be special at all. the other way I could see stopping in is if you forgot something you need for your daily routine...sure, go stock up. I think tourists assume that there is going to be special Disney centric items that are specific to this store only, and yes, while that occasionally happens when there is a new movie release, and Disney collabs with a makeup brand, those will also likely be available in your local store too. There isn't some permeant special Disney line offered at this location only (for example when the live action Aladdin came out, Disney did a collab with MAC. They got it in this sephra and there were some events but those were geared towrds influncers in Ortlando. The MAC store a few doors down also go this, AND many MAC and Sephora's across the country also got the full line - it was not something that was only sold at this Sephora) This location is ALWAYS incredibly busy. Like hard to move around busy. I will say that as a rule they do have most items fully stocked and the staff is very nice and attentive considering the high traffic (I would say more-so than at other retailers in the DS area...I'm looking at you Zara and Free People) It is a "good Sephora" bit it's just nothing special and I don't understand why it is constantly packed. That's all. Just know it's not going to be any different than your Sephora at home. It is skippable though. read more

It is one of the highest profit locations for Sephora so they almost always have more product than other stores in the area. However, the store is often overcrowded with tourists, which can make navigating the aisles and finding what you need a challenge. Additionally, it can be difficult to find staff available to assist you due to the high volume of shoppers. They have one of my two favorite Sephora beauty advisors working for this location. If you see Chantel, she is the best and very knowledgeable. She can help you find what you need or discover something new to love! If you are a local, I don't recommend going to this location unless they are the only ones that have the product you need or if you're already at Disney Springs. A tip for parking is to park in the Lime garage if you only need to go to Sephora so that you can be in and out as quickly as possible. I wish the store was bigger though, it is always so packed in there and it is very difficult to walk around when you were holding a basket. You can also forget about bringing a stroller in there, leave that outside with a friend or family member. They have a great selection of products here, and the staff was extremely helpful! I love that everyone that works here it almost seems excited to be at work, maybe it's because it is at Disney! They have a wonderful fragrance selection, they sell Chanel, Tom Ford, Gucci, Joe Malone, dolce and Gabbana and more! They have a wonderful selection of lashes as well, especially the ones by Lilly Ghalici. Once again, this store gets very crowded, but the employees are super friendly and helpful! Horrendous experience in Sephora Disney Springs with an associate who's name is Erika but goes by angel. Very rude and disrespectful at point of sale. Mocking clients and laughing in their face it was the most discriminatory and inappropriate behavior I have seen in a retail environment. I love coming to the store every time I'm in Disney Springs! On this visit, I was looking for some makeup and hoping for quick tutorials on how to to complete my Maleficent look for Halloween party. Jessie was amazing with helping answer all my questions, and showed me the products that I needed. Nicole was incredibly patient by giving me a mini-makeover, teaching me how to do wing tip liner & smokey eyes! I've been to this location a few times before the pandemic and every time it's a pleasant experience besides the usual busy rush. This was my first visit during the pandemic (I've shopped everything online) a d I was happy to see normal mask precautions. The employees are really nice and helpful. Today I went close to closing and it was empty to my liking. Everyone was kind and helpful. Shout out to Miss Lorena and her coworker that helped me find the right coverage for this crazy 50th disney anniversary weekend. The cashier was also very nice. I'm a HUGE makeup nut. This is a LARGE Sephora store, and sadly their nail center is lacking. Because it's in the Disney Springs area, it is busy, they have a lot of employees on staff and they are more than willing to help you. sadly many of the folks are not that polite and just congregate in the busy isle ways making it hard to get around. Perhaps the magic of Disney has touched this store, because EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. I'm hoping that the lackluster staff members at my go-to Sephora store can take notes! The store is a decent size (a little bigger than the local rice Village location), nicely laid out, well stocked, and VERY clean. I almost felt like a wide-eyed, innocent first time Sephora customer again. It almost brought tears to my eyes. (Or, maybe the almost tears were due to exhaustion after spending the weekend in the Florida heat, who knows). I had actually gone in to pick up something I'd forgotten for my trip, and ended up in the store for over 30 minutes drooling over new products. I eventually walked out with my purchases, along with a couple of new product recommendations. And tons of samples, which always makes me happy. I feel for the makeup artists trying to make the best of slinging eyeshadow in a pandemic. We don't want to get that close and neither do they but the staff at this Sephora branch are taking precautions and doing it in style. It was fun beauty class with Bryana and Raul. They set up such a beautiful makeup stations for each participant. Bryana taught me new techniques in creating smokey eyes. Micheal is the Freaking Amazing. I can't say enough about how he made my trip with my daughter in Amazzzzzing. Upbeat, Happy, and Ready to Have a Great Time helping us find Just We Needed. This may sound crazy, but the Disney Springs Sephora is by far the best in the area! I've been to this store on several occasions and it's the same every time. A little busy, yes, but I'm always greeted at the door and there are always plenty of beauty experts available to help me find what I'm looking for. They are always super friendly and eager to help. I don't always get that when at Millennia or the Florida Mall locations. Another plus is that they always offer great recommendations and always have the products I'm looking for in stock. The registers are always staffed so there is never a long wait. For me it's worth the drive for such excellent service and while I'm there I check out a few other stores at Disney Springs. read more

I was thoroughly impressed by how Sephora is handling business during Covid. Emily at the door was very friendly and professional. She let me know how things would be handled once I entered the store. Upon entering the store I had an employee assist me with my shopping. I was only in for a quick item. At the register the queue line was spaced 6ft apart with indicators and the counter was sanitized between each customer. It was a great process and I felt very safe. read more

It's a big location that gets very busy due to being in Disney Springs but still tops other locations in my opinion. This time I had Robbie help me out with creating an every day look that I can dress up or down depending on what I'm doing. He did a great job of creating an easy to do and effortless looking job on my face. I bought everything he recommended. I really cannot express enough how friendly everyone is at this location. I was offered help many times and Robbie made genuine conversation with me when I told him I was a nurse. This sephora location is by far my favorite. Sadly it is way too far for me to frequent. The cast members were excellent. They didn't hover too much but they were extremely helpful. Sometimes cast members can seem a little intimidating and not very friendly or helpful, but not at this location they were wonderful. My mother got a mini facial and the cast member that helped her was amazing. She took the time to answer questions and helped her look for products that suited her needs. She also rang her up without her having to stand in line. I will visit this sephora whenever I return to Disney springs. read more

Walked in here on my honeymoon to take advantage of the 20% foundation offer which also included tinted moisturizers. Had a very nice associate named Lauren walking me through the entire journey and I ended up picking up 2 items instead of 1. Once I hit the register, I was told the tinted moisturizer I picked up wasn't on sale but still decided to purchase the items anyway because of the great experience with Lauren. As I was walking out, I verified that the marketing did say tinted moisturizers were included in the 20% off offer. I showed a manager my receipt and the marketing and told her it was confusing and she replied, "yeah" and handed me the receipt back. From a store manager's perspective, it's disappointing to lose a customer rather than just honoring a promotion you agree is confusing. I ended up returning my purchase. read more
