Again, nails good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere great. Here is the issue. Add ons. They charged $5 for "shape". Umm, you have to shape acrylic!! You can't just leave it! Charges of $15 and $10 for color and design! So the $50 set was $80. Yes, you should pay for the design, I have never paid more than $10 more - ever. And they didn't tell us, until we rang out. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Lots of products and bells and whistles - stones, towels etc.... But very little nail work done and the "massage" part of the pedicure was like she was petting a cat. Relaxing, but nothing resembling a massage. Staff friendly. Super clean. Nails came out good. Pricey with hidden add ons and be clear to tell them exactly what you want with your pedicure or they go through the motions.

I took off a star b/c I Went a few weeks back on a Saturday morning. Super busy! Waited 45 mins (even though I had an appt) and got an ok pedi/mani. However the mani was done while I was in the pedicure chair meaning I needed to cross my arms for painting and it wasn't a great job. So that visit (not Happy) only gets 3 stars. I'll be back but only on weekdays!

The nails are way too thick and wide. Many of the fingers are a completely different size than the other hand. I somehow feel uglier than I did when I walked in. I was then charged almost $60 for gel that I didn't request. It was a $5 up charge to change the shape to coffin, even though the nails were hardly altered and are still extremely wide. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in the service. Edit: not 12 hours later and my fingers feel like they were slammed on by a car door. They hurt so much. Extremely upset.

I called in advance and asked if I needed an apt or could I just come in, they said no worries come in. I get there it's nice inside, nothing over the top just simple. I was greeted and I asked who was the best to do my eyebrows was told who, but then was told but pick the first available. No I'm picking who I want to - especially when your machine gave me an option to pick someone. So whatever I got the person I wanted and while she did a really good job, she did try to upsell and I told her no. The vibes changed quickly. Anyways I go to pay with my Venmo card and with my Venmo card every transaction sends me an immediate text and email. So I go to pay and I get my text and email and the guy checking me out said it didn't go through. I literally show him the phone, I'm showing you it went through. He insisted it didn't go through. I had to be at work soon, so whatever i knew I would contact Venmo and handle it- so I pay NOW with my bank card and that worked as well. So I was charged twice. Because he did say sometimes Venmo will say pending and not complete, and I agree this does happen but I knew they were being scammy. So contacted Venmo and here is this review. Just careful with this place. I'm still trying to get my money back. I also screenshotted both successful transactions, so if anyone wants to lie I have the proof. It sucks because my eyebrows did look really good but I much prefer to take my business somewhere else where they don't scam. That's why I'm going 2 stars and not one just to be fair because she did do a good job on the eyebrows they just have shady practice.
