I won't mention her name because I wouldn't want my name mentioned. Anyways we waited a very long time. My appointment was at 1:00 and hers at 1:30. It was already 3:17 and we got really frustrated and stood up and told the reception (the gentleman) we were needing to leave and that we will reschedule and his response with a mouth full of pretzels was oh ok I'll let her know?? Obviously either of us could have been correct, but I am usually one that pays close attention to detail so I feel like I would not have missed that - and either way my biggest issue is the lack of professionalism to argue with me in front of other customers about how I had been to this location before. Update Oct 4th - In response to the doctor's review below...I did choose to wait for over an hour and a half to see if Diana would fit me in. There were 2 separate times where she was on the computer for 20 minutes, not treating me and not treating other patients and when I asked if I could be seen then she said she had to fill out her post treatment documentation immediately. So after almost two hours of waiting, I decided not to waste any more of my vacation day sitting in this (albeit very nice) office being talked down to and ignored.
