I could've died after procedure performed by Dr. Devol in April of last year. I had lipo with fat transfer to breast. I ended up with cellulitis in right breast, in and out of hospital for 2 weeks and 4 weeks of heavy duty antibiotics at infusion center. When they tested fluid from abscess it was fecal bacteria. I will say Dr. Devol kept in touch with me but air sculpt center was a joke. Couldn't have cared less. Do your research and make sure you go to a BOARD CERTIFIED SURGEON! read more

I had my waist and flanks done with AirSculpt plus skin tightening, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results so far! I'm only about 10 days post-procedure, and I already love the way everything looks. I can't wait to see the final outcome in a few months once all the swelling is gone and everything is healed. Having a board certified FEMALE as my surgeon, I think made the biggest difference. She's better in tune with what procedure best compliments my skin tone and physical structure. I got a lipo fat transfer bbl almost 2yrs ago, so time has passed to see the results. There are barely any difference in my before and after and it's truly disappointing. $18,000 for nothing. My butt is deflated looking and i'm still insecure in a bathing suit, shorts, etc. I got this surgery done to have a butt and you can't even tell i did. i will NEVER be going back there and i told anyone i know that was interested to never go here as well as they see my results are terrible. I am in a full dissatisfaction and great disappointment about the plastic surgery performed in my abdomen, among other body areas, at Elite Body Sculpture in Orlando, FL.  Time has passed since my surgery was done and as of today's date nobody from that clinic has answered my pleads for a resolution.   - [ ] Pursuing a flat stomach and seeking contouring other body areas, I believed, and I trusted, that the body contouring clinic, was the best choice to perform the 'cosmetic" procedure.  Their advertisements and marketing offered Airsculpt's technology which benefits were "natural looking" results, "tighten skin", 24-48 hours downtime and some more.  Their website also mentioned that this technology would remove even the stubborn fat.  By then through to the present time, my body (full abdomen) speaks and shows by itself the results of their promises.  pictures enclosed of before and after. - [ ] I paid $9,000 for the Airsculpt's technology.  I should have known that time in advance BEFORE the execution of the surgery, and not after, that in order to achieve my expectative, it was required to include another treatment called "Renuvion".  A treatment that, neither their staff, nor the doctor mentioned to me during the evaluation visits that were more than 2 or 3 "naked body" evaluations. I understood that Airsculpt "itself" would do it all as promised.  Prior to the surgery, there is a page to sign, the "Informed Consent Liposuction" with option boxes to select the procedure wanted.  Because I was absolutely unaware about this Renuvion stuff, I of course, did not selected it; rather I selected the one previously discussed in said evaluations.  - [ ] Surgery was performed by E. D. at Orlando location.   Since day one after the surgery, I noticed there were fat bumps and bulges, loose and untighten skin. My belly just got deformed with noticeable protuberances around it; results are unreasonable. But despite the doctor, the nurse and other related staff agreed to my observations, since the first post-surgery visit through the last 6-month visits, I was told that it was too soon to tell and wait to the next visit to see better results.  I diligently attended to all my follow up post- surgery visits.  I could only talk, once, to the doctor directly in person about this issue and express my Inconformity and discontent about it,  because she never showed up again at the following visits.  During the conversation with this doctor, I requested to her for a re-do or a second surgery, other remedies and options as well, including a full refund in a worst-case scenario, in order to compensate. The doctor argued that I never requested for the "Renuvion", the treatment is done simultaneously with the liposuction surgery.  Attributing the reason why my skin look not tightened, loose and sagging was because I did not request for "Renuvion".  So, I realized then that I have been misinformed or not informed at all, by Elite Body Sculpture / Airsculpt in Orlando. Due to such experience, I can infer that Airsculpt's ads are confusing, moreover, not real. - [ ] When I inquired her about the fat bumps and bulges around the belly, she had no comments about it and denied me a refund, instead and upon my request about what options did I have, she referred me to another clinic for a tummy tuck at my cost.   And what is worse, Elite Body Sculpture denied the release my own medical records, so I cannot go to another doctor or clinic, or simply keeping it to my records and references.    Request was done in person by me, more than two occasions, without success. Elite Body Sculpture did not ever offer me a happy medium, denying any wrongdoing from their side. I feel they did not proceed in good faith. - [ ] As the present time, my abdomen still looking ugly and embarrassing, and a body to be shameful, unable to show with pride, lowering my self-esteem.  I will never recommend air sculpt to anyone. What can I say other than, Welcome to the local BUTCHER! The experience was absolutely terrible, communication was terrible, it's a money grab sceme with huge promises, fancy terminology, lots of fluff and unskilled "doctors" and management. My body was used as an experiment by Dr devol and her minions... now I'm left deformed, scarred, mutilated and in pain. They attempted a 2nd surgery to fix the mistakes and malpractice made the 1st attempt, which only turned out worse and infected (which they asked me to please keep between myself and her) smh. Now here I am over a year later, devol has left, another doctor was supposed to fix the mess (or they were going to refund me) and now the manager at Orlando branch is ignoring me, and making excuses as to why they cannot get me a resolution. Over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PAID AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN PROVIDE A RESOLUTION FOR THE DESTRUCTION THEY HAVE CAUSED. take it from me, look anywhere else but do not trust, use or visit Airsculpt Orlando. What an amazing experience I had at the Orlando office. The front desk staff is amazing and Stephanie was so sweet and very kind when I first checked in on the morning of my surgery. Tiana was my nurse and she was absolutely amazing for all my needs during my procedure, I am pretty sure I have made a new friend for life!! Dr. Cazorla is an amazing doctor, she was very comforting and talked me thur my entire procedure. I cannot thank the staff enough at Elite Body Sculpture Orlando for the amazing experience. I signed up for laser liposuction in my abdomen, but was given the old fashioned version instead without warning. When I asked about it after, the response was "You signed the consent forms". Yes I did. The half-dozen, small print forms they give you. I trusted them. Also, laser lipo is more expensive and I was told they would not make adjustments. During the procedure the doctor jabbed me near my leg, causing my leg and body to jerk up involuntarily. He ran out of the room. Came back 5 minutes later and never said a word about what happened. I have no idea what he hit (a nerve or muscle), but I have had pain of various degrees in my hip and leg ever since - 8 months. Also, recovery is stated as 2-3 days. I was very uncomfortable for 2-3 weeks. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND you trust this place. I am the victim of the old "bait and switch", and I don't think they should continue business as usual without, at the very least, a bad review. I thought about taking legal action, but didn't want to go through any more grief. read more

Not worth the time, pain and most importantly $17,000 that was paid in full! Just because they have multiple locations across the United States doesn't mean they didn't pay for the great reviews or social media people to back them. Was not given proper pre op or consultation until day of surgery. Instructions only after you've been given Xanax, Demerol and laughing gas. This is not a few days down time after. Was not given a choice or heads up on how much fat would be transferred no they decided that. Fat narcosis is what I was told by dr. in left cheek before even looking with extreme pain. Response ya it happens nothing they can do it's painful and takes months. I informed them of being tired, in pain and unable to eat with response at time that's just you! Out of every surgery elective or not this has been by far the worst experience! Edit to original diagnosis from dr of fat narcosis. In fact is was not instead was an abscess/infection in one of the entry points that I was left with suffering for months. Several trips to er and still left with a hole and dent in ass! Months of pain and antibiotics with no resolve. Update for November 8th: we flew to Atlanta location October 22nd to see about revision. While I was hopeful about having this situation resolved was told before they could only do scar revision for the original infection site that I need to break up the all the scar tissue first. Was advised to do this by using Thera gun which we did once when we got home. We used lowest setting and for few minutes. Here I am now 2weeks later with massive bruising and another infection in the scar tissue area. I'm also on vacation in Hawaii currently! Thankfully I at least have a great general practitioner at home that was able to call in antibiotics here for me since the Atlanta office has refused to do that in the past because they couldn't see me in person. I'm hoping that with all these continued issues caused from this to get a refund from months of pain, suffering, misdiagnosed and overall disregard of the situation! My surgery was done in April of 2021. The original dr is no longer at the Orlando practice regardless this is a national chain and promote themselves with being the best. Charging a lot more than most yet giving mediocre results as well as no follow up or concerns for after care. The only resolve I can and hope to receive is a full refund to hopefully get fixed by somewhere more qualified! I have now spent thousands more with ER visits as well as travel to their another office only to be left with more complications. I have cried way too long and try to hide it my pictures. The physical, emotional and mental pain have taken a toll on me as well as my family. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cazorla and the staff at Elite Body Sculpture. I ad a previous surgery that did not go well, and Dr. Cazorla did an INCREDIBLE job fixing it. Elite's manager also made sure that I was taken care of and got me in to see the doctor quickly. Dr. Cazorla made sure that I knew everything that was being done, made me feel comfortable about having another surgery and eliminated all of my worries during the procedure. The results I saw right after was a night and day difference. (I had upper and lower stomach Lipo, inner thigh Lipo and up a cup). At my 2 week follow up appointment, she was there again making sure that not only I was happy with her work, but that she was as well. Then, she let me know what at our 3 month follow up visit, we would both be critical of her work and make sure that everything looks perfect. I was lucky enough to have my back bra roll done a few days ago and the experience was beyond amazing. I was extremely nervous and scared but the staff made me feel at ease especially Dr. Rollins.
