I've had a few hiccups and issues along the way and each time, they were great at helping reach a satisfactory solution. I recently had the opportunity to meet them in person - there was an issue with my order (they were more than willing to fix by mail bit I wanted it sooner so I made the drive). I was greeted by everyone as soon I as walked in. One of the staff members called me over and I explained why I was there. She immediately retrieved the bag with my name on it. We have been doing a lot more shopping here recently because of those two things. I tend to focus on the BOGOs and the clearance items when I go shopping at Publix. Anything else is priced so much higher than other stores in the area. I will spend the extra money for the delicious Publix cakes and cookies however! The restrooms are in the back of the store (including a family restroom) and don't forget to check out the clearance rack in the back as well!
