My doctor sent my prescription in around 10:00 a.m. I called Walgreens around 3:00 p.m. wanting to know the status. I was told that one prescription was ready but the other they had to order because they were out of stock. Was told they would receive it the next day. Friday - I call the pharmacy around 11:00 a.m. wanting to know the status of my prescription. I was told that they were still unloading and to call back after 2:00 p.m. I call and am now told that my prescription is no longer manufactured. Then how was it ordered the day prior? Was told they would call my doctor for a new prescription and that they would call me back. Surprisingly, I do receive a return phone call. I was told that they could not get a hold of my doctor, but that another Walgreens up the road had the medicine in stock. Obviously, I was very frustrated as it would have been nice to know that prior to waiting over 36 hours for my prescription to be filled. It's not like I was refilling a prescription. It was a prescription issued because I was sick. I think this may be my first 1 star review.

I wanted to make sure it could be done today, so I called; they told me that it WAS NOT refillable today, despite the app's information. The worst part is, we have no way of knowing it's not refillable unless you call ahead (you shouldn't have to, that's the purpose of the app), or if you drive to the CVS, just for them to tell you that you drove there to do nothing but waste your time. Be better. 4/10/23 UPDATE: They're withholding my medication because of "pharmacist discretion"; this means that, despite needing my medication, the lead pharmacist will not give it to me. I have evidence that I am able to pick up my prescription three days in advance, which is part of a 28 day policy. The lead pharmacist has decided that he does NOT have to follow this policy, and can give me MY MEDICINE as he sees fit. I have no say in the matter, and when I spoke to another pharmacist on the phone, she simply said she "won't argue with me". Luckily for her, I can argue all day. YOU do not have the right to tell me what medications I do and do not need. You have no right to change the rules as you see fit, screwing over anyone who needs medication, not just me. You have NO RIGHT to say you "don't feel like arguing with me" because you KNOW you are in the wrong. I'll attach the photo evidence. Do not waste your time with pharmacists that would rather stroke their own ego than help the community.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located on Alafaya Trail. It is convenient not only because it is on a main road, but is also convenient to the University of Central Florida (UCF) so I am sure that a lot of the students and faculty frequent these aisles. All in all, I will give this particular Walmart Neighborhood Market three stars. It is nothing special, however, but as I said, it is a Walmart Neighborhood Market and you can get in and out in a quick amount of time (though it is Walmart, so expect to check yourself out).

They looked in their system and it said this was the closest that looked like they had it. This is for my child so I see the hours here on Yelp says they open at 9. I was there inside the target at 8:55am ready for them to open and there was a paper sign up that said they didn't open until 10. I walked around and waited the hour. The pharmacist walked by me at exactly 10am and unlocked the door to the pharmacy while balancing her cell phone on her shoulder and talking on the phone. She opened the other counter door and saw the script in my hand. While on the phone she asked if I was dropping off and I handed her the script. She told me it would be ready in 35 minutes. I had already walked around so I sat nearby to wait the 35 minutes. Another woman, a non-pharmacist, arrived at 10:05AM and started to help take orders and hand out refills to people as they approached the counter. After 35 minutes had passed I approached the counter and gave my name to that other woman. She walked over and picked up a bag with my son's name and the instructions stapled. She rang up my prescription and then told me "it's going to be just another 5 minutes, the pharmacist just needs to mix it now." She told me I could have a seat or walk around. Five minutes later she called me back and handed me the prescription. My issues are obvious. I was there an hour before they opened because their times haven't been updated on all the web platforms. I then waited 35 minutes for what reason? If the mixing takes 5 minutes and it wasn't completed until after I can back, why did I have to wait 30 minutes first? Obviously no progress was made until I paid so why did they need that time at all? Is it because they have to get through all the other customers dropping off and picking up? So it doesn't pay to be there first because they treated me like I got there half an hour after they opened which as extremely aggravating because I was there an hour before they actually opened AND had already been to a different location the night before AND have no other option but to use this particular company. I'm beyond disappointed with how this went. No one even apologized or thanked me for my business or anything. Do better, CVS & Target.
