I preformed a quick test with her in the drive way prior and it seemed fine. The next morning we left early for the airport and upon wheeling into the terminal the front left tire started vibrating. I slowed and it started again. I mentioned it to the Delta Airlines agent and she attempted to fix the issue but to little surprise, wasn't able and went out of her way and offered us a wheelchair as we were just going to be back that night. Upon returning, I mentioned to the clerk and I asked for a refund. She refused and I even offered to push her but she insisted on pushing me, a whole 145 pounds. The chair wheel started to slightly vibrate but not as terrible as when my mother was in it but she refused to acknowledge it. I pointed out the wheel and she slowed and told me to put my head up and completely ignored the situation. She continued to refuse my refund. She insisted it was a brand new chair. Horrible customer service and I hope they fix that chair before somebody else rents it and has a terrible experience!

One competitor said I was too big for any scooter that would fit in my car, the other had what I wanted, but it wasn't comfortable. I was worried when I stopped in to Florida Mobility, a mom and pop looking shop. Loads of merchandise CRAMED into a small strip mall shop. But I felt instantly comfortable talking about my unique needs. Maybe it was his limp, understanding why I wanted a 3 wheel, not a 4. We sat and talked about my ideas of transporting it and he told me his experiences and set me straight. I said I liked the Buzzaround best, but liked the larger seat on the huge model. Next thing I know, he said I can pay an upgrade fee and take it with the extra big seat....I now had a perfect scooter, one that doesn't exist in any catalogs. He then made me take it apart and put it together, so he was happy with my knowledge of it. OK, it's a little mom and pop store, but I was treated as a friend. I recommend them 100%. The 2 lousy reviews are why I wrote this. This store deserves a try, it's NOT a huge chain, it's just a couple of caring people, solving mobility problems for regular folks!!
