I always forget to review places that aren't restaurants so here I am! Plus I was told making a review will get me 10% off my next purchase! The store is in a good spot but has a small parking lot as the store is in a small plaza off Colonial/Fern Creek. The inside is very clean and easy to navigate. The man who was there working was very helpful with all of my questions. I went in only for a stem/bowl part for a water pipe and ended up getting a whole new water pipe! Kenneth was amazing!!! We are new to the area and we're looking for a new vape place and this place was spectacular. Kenneth was super helpful and very informative. We will definitely be coming back. They have a large variety of CBD, Hooka and Sheesa, as well as vape juice and coils!!! Update: we bought doggie CBD treats because one of our pups has separation anxiety and the other is terrified of baths and nail trims, we figured if may help them. Well, yesterday there was a huge thunderstorm and lightening struck outside of our apartment and our dog without anxiety is terrified of loud noises, we came to find. So, I have her an extra CBD treat from what I had given her a few hours earlier and it helped calm her down from shaking and panicking. It was the maple bacon flavor. Updated review: Well, if I'm honest, I was probably writing emotionally, and should have taken a few minutes to relax before writing the first review, and star rating. Very quickly after my review went up, the owner Tim did reach out to me, in a very kind, and professional manner. I explained the situation a bit further, and said that the store, and products looked great, and perhaps the staff member was just having a bad day. With me being new to the industry and the pricey nature of cbd and vape products, I wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered properly, which just didn't happen the first time. Either way, he did ask me to come back, and offered a generous discount on my first purchase. I'm very glad I did go back, because Pam, the staff member there today, was very helpful, and knowledgable, going so far as to offer to show me how to properly set up my vape pen, even though I had bought it at another shop. I didn't have it on me, but the gesture alone I thought was a nice touch. I asked about other CBD products, and she seemed to have a lot about the products, and how to use them. I would definitely recommend coming here for first timers, or anyone wanting to try out vaping or CBD products. I do still think the prices are a tad high for certain things, but overall the experience was a night and day difference. Cheers! read more
