The workers were super down to earth and did not judge me for not being knowledgeable and taking a while to decide. They made good recommendations and were simply there to help. Not too overbearing, not too absent for your shopping experience. They were also quite funny. I cannot remember their names but there were 2 people working 4/26 around 2PM. I'm shy but enjoyed their input. Their prices are actually a bit lower than everything else in the area. A lot of head shops up charge to heaven and back, this one seems pretty reasonable. I spent under $65.00 for everything in this photo + another elfbar not pictured. I'll be back if I like these products! read more

Climax Smoke Shop - (21+ ONLY) 5 disposable salt nics, one 0% no nicotine elfbar, an herb grinder, and a rolling tray - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I went there to get a vape and was received by the most disrespectful clerk. The place is nice, but if it wants to make a penny, they need to fire that one lady with the nasty attitude. She's calling her manager, says lies so she doesn't have to work. Won't come here ever again and will tell everyone to avoid this place as long as that clerk is working there read more

Went into to buy some Delta 9s and was told they didn't have them since they were illegal. Don't like being lied to as the FL State website clearly has that 9s are legal at .3%. Won't patronize this dishonesty, nor should you. read more

This is not the first time that the price tag has been different than what was charged for me. Unfortunately this time I had brought a friend who had made this purchase. After bringing the discrepancy to the attention of the cashier and manager, I was blown off with an excuse that the warehouse was at fault and that there is nothing they could do. My friend and I spent over 80 dollars in total together. These problems seem to be reoccurring. There are many other smoke shops in the area and I plan on going to one with integrity from now on. If I could rate zero stars I would. read more

Climax Smoke Shop - Receipt and sticker with price discrepancy. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I've never left a bad review for a smoke shop lol, Sold me a product that was COMPLETELY empty and tried starting out saying that it was "company policy" all sales are final yet y'all sold me an empty product? there was nothing in it?. Employee was so h!gh it took her about 5 minutes just to get out that it was a "long process" i waited for about 20 minutes for her to call someone and push 2 buttons while on my 30 minute lunch break. I can see why they are hiring. home girl was nice but dude take your business seriously. read more

Great smoke shop! Every time I have been in, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!! Have to specifically thank Kiara. She is absolutely amazing, she is literally sunshine. So sweet and great energy!! read more

Overpriced, cheap glass, horrible selection. This chain is nothing more than a glorified hookah shop. The owners buy cheap product and rebrand it with their own private labels. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff! Edison was so sweet and helped me find my new favorite product!

One of the best smoke shops around. They have a lot of inventory as well as not too over marked prices. Alex the manager took well care of me many times in the last 3 months or so. Jay also always gives good advice and helps with what's better most times when I'm buying the wrong item. Overall, they are nice and work with prices Thank you!! read more

Me and and my friend wanted to both get new pieces so we decided to check out this climax, The clerk didn't say anything and had us each buy a piece individually. Once we were done with the transaction he mention "you guys could have gotten buy one get one half off if you guys paid together " for our 300$ purchase. We told him "you should have told us before we bought this" and he replies with a smirk on his face "you guys never asked". Overall I found my experience with this place negative and the people who work there are unprofessional yet alone selling cheep product. I would reccomend you take your business to new galaxy or the proper pipe read more

Bayli helped me get the cutest piece after breaking my pipe. She was extremely helpful and super friendly!! Definitely recommend you coming in and asking for her when you come to the smoke shop :) read more

Really love this shop. The staff especially is amazing and helpful and accommodating as possible. When I first walked in i was in love already with the vibe. The floor feels like your on the moon, so that was definitely an experience alone. They had a very good selection. I've been to a lot of smoke shops and never seen one with such a variety of inventory. read more

DO NOT buy elf bars or any kind of disposable vapes here. I got an elf bar that was shorting within 5 minutes of me leaving the store. It was burnt and lost the flavor after it shorted out. Called them to ask about returning or exchanging it and was given a lousy excuse about upper management cracking down on returns because a lot of people were coming in to make returns. Maybe think about why people have to come in to make a lot of returns... and do something about the products you are selling. Very disappointed and have been a frequent customer for years but will NOT be returning. Do yourself a favor and get your nicotine somewhere else. read more

I have been a loyal customer to this shop for many of years. Lately, I have been buying packs of mango sticks and half the time they are outdated- and more dry. They taste awful and don't hit as hard. I try giving the store a call back to explain the situation and they provide no help at all other than that there is "nothing they can do about it". I have told them I am a loyal customer to them, but I will not be returning anymore. read more

So... I'm not a smoker. Well, to be truthful, I used to be a smoker, but I quit about 22 years ago. There were always things I missed about smoking... the social aspect, the smoke, etc. Yes, I'm pretty sure I have an oral fixation. I was hanging with a friend who was smoking a Blue e-cig. I said "hey... can I have a hit?". He said yes and I did. Wow! That was cool! My next question is do they make them without nicotine? Sure they do. I thought about it for a few days afraid of what my partner would say to me taking up a new "habit". I googled "smoke shops orlando" and found Climax Smoke Shop right in my neighborhood. So, I will admit I'm a little nervous going in because I just don't want to look stupid. I had drug my partner along (he didn't take it that bad) with me for moral support. Once in the store (cool vibe by the way) a nice guy named Ken offers to help me. I don't know the right name for what I want, but he's nice and chill and doesn't make me feel stupid. He shows me the disposable vapor cigs (without nicotine) and he also shows me the regular e-cigs that you use liquid to fill a tank. Seriously, this guy is really nice and cool. He seems to be having fun watching me try the different flavors and keeps offering more. I pick out what I want and pay. He even took the time to show me how to fill the e-cig and how to "lock" it so I won't accidentally turn it on. Cool guy. Cool place. I will be back. read more

woah, so i never really enjoy head shops because i think that they are tacky as fuck and everyone in there is super tacky, this was not the case. I came in looking to purchase a piece (i usually order online) the sales clerk who was a short girl with even shorter hair is what made this sale happen, i was a lil reluctant about purchasing the piece after looking at it on my own, but she talked me into getting the bio with the 3 hurricanes over the soft glass piece i was looking at. she was very estastic, charming, and super knowledgable. i felt super comfortable with her in the atmosphere and will gladly come in and purchase more. anyway props to this shop for giving me the first non tacky headshop experience of my life read more

Climax smoke shop is the BEST smoke shop I have ever been to!! Me and my husband were there for about 1 and a half hours, and the person that assisted us his name is Bret and he was incredibly nice, patient, extremely knowledgeable about the things we asked about. Me and my husband left with 2 vapors & 3 liquids we are extremely satisfied! This is our one stop shop from now on, we highly recommend this place & if Bret is there you are lucky. If I could give this more stars I would!! I LOVE this place. read more

I heard about another smokeshop writing fake reviews about climax. I'm here to dispel the myth. They are great! They have THE BEST staff ever! I've become personal friends with everyone that works there. I go to at least one climax location everyday, and I'd never go anywhere else. Everyone is so knowledgeable about all the products, and they'll help you find EXACTLY what you're looking for. I always leave there feeling happy that I brought my business to climax. If you're new in town or are looking for a smokeshop, go to climax. You'll be happy that you did! I'm part of the climax family, and I urge everyone to become a part of it as well. Don't read the negative reviews...they are fake. Believe me. CLIMAX IS THE BEST SMOKESHOP ON THE PLANET!!!!!!! read more

Climax Smoke Shop - Me and Faith with the ice grill homes... - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Orlando, Florida

This place has been selling me the same disposable device for over two years now, I am a frequent customer with a phone number in their system with a credit attached. I come in like usual and out of the blue the guy asked me if it was my usual, because I come in often and he knew what I was purchasing. He then asked to see my id and I show it to him and he then told me I was too young after literally asking me if it'll be my usual. I guess I just lose all my credit, screw this place! read more

If I could give them a sixth star, I would. Going Far and Beyond Great customer service, the people at this business really stepped up to the plate when they found out that my grandmother had lymphoma. Because of them we were able to fundraise extra money that we didn't have possible for chemotherapy. Every person that's in there is just the salt of the earth read more

Climax smoke shop is one of the best smoke shops in Orlando. I've lived here for 5 years and am upset that it took this long for me to find it. The prices are nowhere near the prices of other smoke shops and they even have a cool rewards program. My first time there, Juan was extremely helpful and even gave me some great restaurant options when I inquired about good restaurants around the area. My 2nd and 3rd visits, I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex who helped me find a water pipe at a great price. I would highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone around the area! read more

Great shop with zenful atmosphere. The staff have good energy and attentive customer service! Will be returning soon!

I visited this shop today and could've hung out for hours looking at glass! I was greeted immediately and both people working went out of their way to fulfill my needs. They have an incredible selection, top quality glass and GREAT customer service! HIDDEN GLASS ORLANDO GIVES CLIMAX 2 THUMBS UP! I will definitely be visiting this store again! read more

I parked behind the shop and was greeted by a homeless man singing and going to bed in an alley. What a great start. I went to pick up some flavored papers and the selection was much less than other places I've been to. On top of that, when the person behind the counter asked what I needed, instead of suggesting papers like I wanted, he was endlessly pushing me to get these premade blunt cones. When I clarified they weren't papers, he insisted they were so much better. I ended up buying both papers and the blunt because he wouldn't take no for an answer and I'm not happy with the blunt cone he pushed me so hard to get. So I never really want to stop here again. read more

I always come to this shop whenever I'm out of anything! The staff is always so awesome, especially Alex. They take their time explaining new products to me, and their prices are competitive. Inventory is also great-I always buy way more than what I planned too! read more

I needed to buy a new battery for my husband's vape and decided to go to Climax since we always eat next door. Well I was totally surprised when I went in because the shop is pretty damn cool! Everything was organized, the store was clean and had a little bit of everything from Kratom to adult toys lol. But what made it even better was the very knowledgeable worker named Alaina. Right away she greeted me and answered any questions I had. She even gave a great some great recommendations as well. I highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone in the area! read more
