Shawn was very helpful, courteous, and professional without being overly pushy. After trying a number of juices, he offered to help me out with my new box mod that just came in the mail. It's not one of the more complicated devices, but I took him up on it anyway. I'm glad I did as he discovered my new tank had been shipped with a burnt out wick somehow. Having had nothing to do with the factory defect, and in spite of not having seen a tank in the particular configuration mine was in, he replaced the wick for free. Outstanding place & the penultimate in customer service locally.

Even better if the bags were labeled with clear stickers or something. It just feels good in their, except the mannequin always freaks me out. Always.
