I preformed a quick test with her in the drive way prior and it seemed fine. The next morning we left early for the airport and upon wheeling into the terminal the front left tire started vibrating. I slowed and it started again. I mentioned it to the Delta Airlines agent and she attempted to fix the issue but to little surprise, wasn't able and went out of her way and offered us a wheelchair as we were just going to be back that night. Upon returning, I mentioned to the clerk and I asked for a refund. She refused and I even offered to push her but she insisted on pushing me, a whole 145 pounds. The chair wheel started to slightly vibrate but not as terrible as when my mother was in it but she refused to acknowledge it. I pointed out the wheel and she slowed and told me to put my head up and completely ignored the situation. She continued to refuse my refund. She insisted it was a brand new chair. Horrible customer service and I hope they fix that chair before somebody else rents it and has a terrible experience!

Another time they didn't show up to fix the breaks and my father ended up falling due to the breaks not working. When I was on the phone with the branch manager she was very rude and and told me that she's never heard of this happening and that they would come out today and fix the breaks again. In the middle of my sentence they ended up hanging up on me because I guess they were tired of hearing me state that he needed more and that wasn't good enough anymore. I will be retuning his chair next week and going with another medical company.

Also, they messed up my medications by only refilling 1/3 a prescription for a recalled medication (pretty sure recall means replacement of all medication, not just the ones left). Had to go back in and resolve it which was a bit annoying. Drive thru is pretty awesome and quick for pickups though!

I still hadn't heard anything from the pharmacy and my prescription was not showing up online so I called them at 11am the next morning. the lady who answered the phone said she didn't have a prescription for me and I informed her I physically heard my DVM leave a voicemail to which the tech responded" oh I see we do have a VM here. let me listen to it and call you back" ... guess what. never called back and I ended up calling FIVE MORE TIMES and waiting on hold for a total of 68 minutes. never got through to a real person again. I give u. I guess I'll just suffer with this ear infection until I can get it called in to a new pharmacy. - also I was there two days prior shopping in the store and the cashier was open mouth eating while checking people out with dirty food covered fingers touching everyone's stuff.... vomit.
