This review is for the lab and imaging center. The pharmacy staff is AWESOME!!…read more I was please with the care I received from the X-Ray technician. However, I was not happy with the two ladies at the front window. It's like every time my son go up to throw something away or get a tissue for his runny nose especially during this Corona-virus outbreak they where quick to tell him to sit down. I did not appreciate that not one bit. He wasn't doing anything wrong for them to be on top on him. He has every right to throw tissue away and get tissues for his nose. The where not very nice at all. I was getting my labs done and I heard them from the the back SIT DOWN! Like WTH. My 12 yr old daughter was like mom they are not very nice they where telling to sit down when he was not doing anything wrong just getting tissues for his runny nose. Sounds like racism to me or they just don't like children!

I have been going here for years now and have never had a problem. Would have rated them as…read moreGOOD/Great until they hired Sandra. The very first time I came in she was rude for no reason. Today I go in to pick up medications after Cancer Surgery and ask for consultation on a new Rx that was prescribed by a Dr. in the hospital that I did not know. Sandra took it and removed it and came back to ring me up for just the one Rx. When I told her I wanted to know what the other Rx was and why I needed it she snapped at me. I am not the one to snap at! Turns out the Rx was prescribed back on the 9th! The day I was released from the hospital and should have been taking it 3x a day, but today is the day I was notified! Something has happened and I am not sure I will be using Harrison's anymore. They offered to deliver my meds to my home so I don't have to deal with Sandra, but still why was I just notified today about a Rx that I should have been taking 3 x a day since the 9th!??? This type of negligence can not go on when people are fighting life threatening cancer and other illnesses! I am so disappointed in this mix up, but the uncaring customer service from Sandra is unacceptable and she should be ashamed of herself!
