DON'T FILL IMPORTANT MEDICATION AT CVS! I agree that the pharmacy is garbage. I had life and death medication needing to be picked up, and after 5 days of it being called in, they told me they don't have any prescriptions for me. I waited around for the doctor to call it again and they told me they don't have the medication. What are the odds for that?! Not having both? After all the medication was done and risking a seizure without. The pharmacist had the audacity to ask me if it's ok for her to order it and have it ready by tomorrow when I already told her I ran out waiting for CVS. Never had that happen at Publix. I truly believe they did that on purpose, because they are that incompetent. Garbage! read more

Recommend for medicine, antibiotics, sweet treats. Do not recommend printing pictures at this location. I placed an order and received a confirmation and when I went to pick them up, no pictures. They had nothing in their system, nothing on record, NOTHING. I showed them my confirmation order for their location and they said they had not received it. Customer service had no idea what they were doing and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Will not give them a second chance on pictures. read more

Hello I just wanted to explain my experience Last night around 7pm I went to the store to get diapers and melatonin. Her name was Lisbeth I remember what she looked like she was working the front register #2 and had short blonde hair and was Hispanic like me. I've worked in hospitality. For many years and I understand there are days we don't want to be at work but I made sure to never make my customers feel that. She's definitely had an attitude and made you feel uncomfortable like if you didn't want to be there. Nor did she say hello welcome to cvs nothing. Which is extremely important because you want customers to return. The only reason I go to this cvs is because it's close to my residence if not I would not go there because of her. I hope management sees this and just reminds her that this isn't how we should behave and if you are having an off day then just call off but don't take it out on the customers. read more

This was a nice location. Staff was a little off but it's hard to tell these particular days if it's just because they are being overworked or because they are just like that normally. The store was as clean and organized as it could be. CVS has some good sales if you pay attention. And being part of their pharmacy reward and beauty reward programs, I earn a lot of extra bucks. I'm not sure about the value of their carepass program yet, I haven't joined, and would be interested to know how others who have joined feel about it. read more

Pretty run of the mill as far as CVS stores go. The staff was nice, layout is easy to navigate. No complaints.

As a store in general there is no complaints! As a pharmacy they are the worst. They constantly loose prescriptions, which if you take any medication of any significance this is a big deal!!! Let's paint a scenario. prescription comes through, it needs to be ordered. CVS will not order it. They wait until you come to pick your prescription up that says is ready for pick up, to tell you that's it's not available and it needs to be ordered. (for me personally I can't come the same day I get the text because of my work schedule) so I can have a delay in treatment for a week or better if that person ordered the med. There have been times it had to be ordered on multiple occasions. Or I don't get to pick up my prescription in the time frame allotted (which on a positive note a decent amount of time) but if it gets put back; guess what the prescription is gone! Yeah Gone! Like your refill is used or your prescription is used! You need a new script if it's a narc or a new refill if it was your last refill. Listen I have worked in the health care field for a very very long time. Long enough to know, that if you hire people that have No idea on the medicine that they are dealing with behind the counter then they shouldn't be behind the counter. Not messing with my med profile and definitely not messing with my meds!! I'm done with CVS. I'm changing pharmacies all together because I can. For all you that have to use CVS use the one up the street in Lake Mary they are a little better! read more

I like this CVS,friendly staff and good selection of product. What I liked the most the staff is friendly and knows there product,I went to the pharmacy to ask them a question and I was helped and they even walked me to the product. Check out is not to bad and even when the lines get Long they call for help and they come immediately. Good place for quick things or medicine,friendly staff and easy to get in and out. I will definitely be back here again soon. read more

It's already fun enough to not have insurance, but they like to make it more difficult. The CVS I used to go to found RX coupons for me AT pick-up and applied it and I was able to walk away right when with prescription. This location took the coupon I found on my own (which is fine) but they're making me come back in an hour so they can process it. I know for a fact that doesn't have to be the case based on my experience at another CVS location. read more

This has been my pharmacy for years now and the only one I'll ever go to. My healthcare plan isn't the best, and it doesn't cover any prescriptions besides birth control. The woman who cashed me out went out of her way to find me further discounts to cheapen the cost of my medicine, which not every pharmacist has done for me in the past. I like going to this CVS Pharmacy because both the front and pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. I think their corporate office needs to address the shabby exterior and interior. The parking lot always has trash all over, and it looks run down. So many CVS stores look like this one all over Orlando. read more

Please don't waste your time here. We just moved to Sanford this year from Orlando. Before moving, I was a huge CVS shopper and visited there every week for deals in the weekly ad. However, since we moved this is now our closest CVS location. So unfortunately, I never shop CVS anymore. I tried to give this location several chances, but every time I was disappointed. They never have the current sale items in stock. When I would bring it up to the cashier seemed disinterested and couldn't even be bothered to offer me a raincheck. The lines are always insanely long and they are understaffed and the staff that is there works at snail speed. This is the only CVS I have ever been to that repeatedly, on every occasion I went, did not stock any of the sale items in the current weekly ad. How can you even call yourself CVS! read more
