Walgreens has full service health and beauty care products. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. Takes up to 3 days to get a refill now while the store on Lake Mary Blvd & International can refill in 30 minutes. The pharmacist is rude to customers & to the staff. There's always an insurance delay and after years of getting the same Rx's, now they're telling me they can't fill them all because they shoukdnt be taken together. I know this and I don't. I don't want to but I think I'm going back to using the one by Nottinghill. read more

This Walgreens is located up the street from my home so it's convenient . However, The pharmacy always lacks enough staff and the same applies to the general checkout. There is a line anytime you walk in this store. In spite of that, the employees are friendly and try to help as best they can. It's clean, parking is always available and you always find what you need. They even have a small market section for foods. read more

Well the pharmacist erika is very rude is not a humble person she thinks she is the big kahuna there, she don't have any patience with costumers I don't know why Walgreens don't fire her , she thinks because she beig work for years we need to tolerate her bad attitude and that is not right she need to retire soon , I don't know why the manager Jose don't take this situation more seriously cause her attitude say alot about him and the store . read more

I just had the most disappointing horrible experience this morning at this Walgreens in the the pharmacy drive thru. I was just released from the hospital yesterday and went to pick up my prescriptions this morning and the women at the window was very rude and short with me and also had no patience. I am a veteran so usually I go to the VA for my medication so this was my first time actually picking up prescriptions from a civilian pharmacy and I'm completely shaken up on how I was treated. I arrived at 10 am to pick up my order and she informs me that she needed my insurance pharmacy card which I did not have so she told me to call my insurance company to get certain information she needed in order to get my insurance information. I call in the parking lot and get the information as she requested. I get back in the line then she tells me Walgreens is not in contract with my insurance that I need to call CVS, Walmart, or Publix at this point I'm very confused on what is going on still and asked her again who do I call and what do I say. This is when she rolled her eyes and clearly on her expression on her face she was annoyed with me for asking her to clarify what she needs me to do. She then briefly explains to me again with a mean tone to call those three companies so I ask her again what exactly do I say to these companies when I call still confused because she won't tell me what she needs them to do. She then just repeats call them this entire time she has an angry annoyed look on her face and she is continuing rolling her eyes. I drive around and call CVS and completely have a meltdown on the phone to that representative explaining to her I have no idea what they need me to do the cvs rep was very nice and explained to me to get my scripts back and to just go directly to them. I go back in line and collect my scripts and take them to cvs. This was completely unacceptable Walgreens you should not treat people this way especially when people are sick and need medication. Patience and compassion is needed especially working in a pharmacy setting. I will never come back to this Walgreens Again. I didn't get the name of the women there this morning but I hope something is said to her about how she can better assist people. read more

Walgreens and I have had MANY issues. Well, THEY have issues. They had no fucking CLUE how to coordinate my benefits until my main pharmacy (CVS) instructed them how to do so. Of course, I had to tell the Pharmacist at Walgreens to call CVS and do this. So, for ages, they were overcharging me for my scripts since they were not billing my insurance companies properly. Why do I continue to go here? Because one of my doctors prefers the maker of one the generic prescriptions that they offer which no other pharmacy offers. I finally got everything sorted out, but not with help from anyone at Walgreens. Nonono, with help from me, myself and I. I am thoroughly convinced that they are all inept at every location. This has happened at the following Walgreens locations: 2501 S. French Ave. Sanford, FL 32773 Store #: 3107 3803 S. Orlando Dr. Sanford, FL 32773 Store #: 6970 One drive-thru for the pharmacy here and it is S. L. O. W. as fuck. If I could walk to the back of the store by myself, I would, but that's what the drive-thru is for, right? One of their Pharmacist's at this location, Susan V., is an uppity, unhelpful piece of work. Waits until I come to pick up my med to tell me about possible interactions (already know about them) instead of calling me. No wonder the drive-thru wait is so long (over 30 minutes that day). I hate Walgreens with the passion of a million choo-choo trains! I stopped using their pharmacy because they overcharge their customers & will try to convince you that they are not. My brother was accused of shoplifting by a cashier. She asked him to take the item out of his pocket or she was calling the police. He told her to call the police. And while she does that, he plans on calling WFTV. Apparently, her eyesight was wrong & the police were not called. I did enjoy my last visit at Walgreens though. A lady cussed my entire time there, loudly. It was beautiful. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. At this point, it's impressive how terribly the pharmacy does their job. It's mission impossible for them to fill a prescription correctly. Every month it's a nightmare there. They billed my insurance 3 months of a medication instead of putting it down as an emergency supply of 3 days when I didn't even have an up-to-date aka not expired prescription for this medication so when i transferred over my meds to CVS, Medicare didn't pay for it because of the simple but stupid error Walgreens made. I take 4 meds and there is never ever a month I go where they don't mess something up. These people at the pharmacy have no idea what they are doing but I think that's just Walgreens and their inability to hire people to do their job right. I've been taking the same medication for over 2 decades and this is by far the worst Walgreens I've been to as far as pharmacy goes. read more

This is by far the best pharmacy staff around. They are always nice and courteous. I have been going to this location for 7 years and they treat you like family. They know me by face and name. Theyare all wonderful workers and people but I am partial to my favorite ladies Susan and Karla. I never have any issues with the staff and they are always willing to go the extra mile. This local Walgreen's received a well needed facelift! They have a new and improved beauty section, groceries and a new fresh food section. The beauty section is pretty amazing with some great OTC products. I would suggest that if you are going to grab some of the fresh food items that you find out how fresh they are. The other day they looked fresh but today - not so much. I have to credit where credit is due though because this particular location was not very pleasant prior to their overhaul. read more

This Walgreens got a brand new facelift, but don't let that fool you. It's still a crappy location. The pharmacy is slow, and the employees at the pharmacy are typically unhelpful and unmotivated. I will say that the cashiers at the front are at least nice, but they don't go above and beyond, as do the cashiers at other locations I've been to. But I think my biggest complaint here is going to be the amount of people that they allow to hang out around the front of the store after dark and their lack of security pertaining to them. I had just finished purchasing two bottles of soda from this location and was walking out to my car. I put the soda in through my driver's door, then I walked around to check my trunk because I had noticed it was rattling on the ride there and I wanted to make sure it was fully closed. I then walked back around to the front of the car and started to get in. As I was getting in, I felt somebody grab my arm and pull me the rest of the way into my car. Yeah, somebody had entered my car from the passenger side without me knowing or noticing. I will admit that this was partially my own fault, as I keep my interior lights set so that they don't come on when a door is opened, but regardless, it happened. I was then forced at gunpoint to drive this man a decent distance down the road, before he attempted to make me turn into some apartment complexes. At this point I fought with the man, forcing him to jump out of my car. When I filed a police report immediately afterwards, they told me that there was nothing they could really do, as stuff like this happens regularly at this particular location, and the only cameras they have on the outside of the store point towards the pharmacy or towards the immediate front door. Apparently, there is nothing pointing towards where my car was parked at the time of the incident. In essence, their lack of lighting and security cameras in the parking lot area is not only what allowed this crime to happen, but is the reason I was unable to prosecute or even ID the perp. The only reason I continue to come back to this location is because my mother-in-law gets her prescriptions filled here, and I pick them up for her. If it wasn't for that, I would start going to CVS up the road. This is a very trashy Walgreens, filled with and constantly surrounded by just as trashy people. read more

***This review is for the pharmacy only.*** My insurance changed to,Walgreens, I've used Walgreens before but not this location . By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. When taking my info the pharmacist and other employee were so busy talking amongst themselves that she entered all my information wrong accept for my phone number. I got the text my prescription was ready I called to check on price and it was insane so I knew something was wrong. I called to talk to the pharmacy and was given to the pharmacist to speak to. She simply said your not in our system I dont see your prescription and started to hang up I'm like wait a min I was in yesterday handed you my ins and license and watched the employee scan and enter my info. She replies I don't see you in the computer or that we have a prescription ready for you. And she again started to hang up! I said look I got a call from this branch and a text that it was ready, I was in there yesterday. I asked can you look it up by my number so she reluctantly did. It pulled up with the wrong name , wrong address and no insurance entered. She abruptly said bring your license and insurance card in and have your dr call us. I said I'm not calling my dr I did what I was suppose to do to get a prescription , you can call my dr since this was your error. So I went in when they opened and had to have them redo the prescription enter my info again and stand there and wait 20 min . During this whole process I was polite and I never received one apology or owning up to there mistake. They were goofing off chatting while filling a prescription, not paying attention and some how it was my problem and fault. read more
