Something has changed with the employees working in the pharmacy at CVS. Being courteous and friendly have left their profile. In my shopping experience today, I saw on the checkout that what I was buying was part of a buy one get one half off. I quickly asked if I could add another of the same product to get the savings because I had not paid yet. Her response to me, quite simply "nope". So to go a bit further, are you sure? I haven't paid yet? No, I would have to void the order. So, CVS, if your staff cannot accommodate add ons, why do you show it in the checkout screen to irritate your customers? If so, it worked. If not, your staff could use some customer service training. read more

I'm new to Winter Park and have visited this pharmacy twice now. All the pharmacy techs and pharmacists have been delightful, smile, have been helpful and knowledgeable. I'm happy they are the pharmacy I get to use. read more

Typical CVS Pharmacy store - all your typical cosmetics, drinks/snacks, over the counter medicines, holiday knick-knacks, passport photos, and a pharmacy. Located on the corner of Aloma Avenue and Lakemont in Winter Park, the convenience of this location is the primary reason I find myself here for holidays cards and prescriptions. They have a large lot that wraps around the side of the building with plenty of parking. I also appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy window. Luckily I am not filling medication often, but they always seem to move fairly quickly when I am there. Staff has always been friendly, even greeting regular customers by name. read more

I'm so glad I go to a pharmacy where the pharmacists and their staff really genuinely care about their customers. My daughter and I have gotten to know them and they have gotten to know us. Being treated like a person who matters matters most to us! They go above and way beyond. They are always so so busy and under staffed it seems but somehow find a way to always help us. Customers and patients need to learn to be more patient with them. They are all doing the best they can. read more

This CVS is one of the very best. They keep the store well stocked and clean. The restrooms are meant for employee use as well, and they keep them stocked with amenities. The staff is so friendly and caring, it's been months since I've been in here and they still remember my name. They have a really low turnover so most of the employees I have been here for a while, and it makes the store run really smoothly. read more

Having to wait here for the prescription to be ready? No problem since I'm sitting in a free massage chair! Ahhh. Uh... Take all the time you need Ms Pharmacist. I also like the drive up window. I refill prescriptions using the app & drive thru to pick up. Fast & easy! Nice, friendly staff too. read more

They do a great job of taking care of customers here. They pay attention to people and their needs one at a time. This might mean waiting an extra minute while the pharmacist calls their supplier to make sure your needs are in stock, or while the cashier makes sure all the BOGOs are done, but that's the kind of service I appreciate. read more

I'm giving this ONE star for the horrible scene that took place before me the day before Valentine's Day. I was picking up pictures (which not all of them were printed correctly and even cut off in parts which didn't happen at another cvs I used for pictures). HOWEVER THATS NOT WHY THEY GOT ONE STAR, the woman working the cash at the time was ringing up a black family infront of me (I'm including race due to prejudice that unfolded) then woman's card kept getting declined and she was with two children, one which she was holding and obviously ill. This woman was trying to buy cough syrup, nasal spray, milk and water (it rang up to $15.06) the woman working the cash loudly announced her card got declined and then said try again it's only $15 which then announced loudly it got declined I need to help my other customers please get out of the way it's obviously not going to work you don't have money.... to which I stepped forward and paid for the woman's stuff after she said thank you and apologized for no reason, to which I told her it was no problem at all because let's be honest we've all been there. Right when I stepped up the woman changed her tone to a sweeter one and was kind to me (I am a white female and am aware of my privilege, this being an example) I then got my pictures informed the woman of how rude I believed she was and that was not an acceptable way to treat a customer (I would know I've work in retail and the food industry). I will never revisit this location, 110% unacceptable behavior and should be frowned upon by all. read more
