We had stopped by before on another day but the business was closed. Unfortunately there are no posted hours of operation. I got off early on a Friday afternoon and decided to drive by to see if the business was open. I was pleased to see the lights were on and the pharmacy open. Apopka Care Pharmacy shares a parking lot with other businesses so parking may be a bit challenging. I entered and waited in line has a customer was at the counter being tended to. The staff were attentive to the customer and engaged in friendly banter. When it was my turn, I approached the counter and explained the reason I was there. I was able to return the items without any issues.

Today I go in to pick up medications after Cancer Surgery and ask for consultation on a new Rx that was prescribed by a Dr. in the hospital that I did not know. Sandra took it and removed it and came back to ring me up for just the one Rx. When I told her I wanted to know what the other Rx was and why I needed it she snapped at me. I am not the one to snap at! Turns out the Rx was prescribed back on the 9th! The day I was released from the hospital and should have been taking it 3x a day, but today is the day I was notified! Something has happened and I am not sure I will be using Harrison's anymore. They offered to deliver my meds to my home so I don't have to deal with Sandra, but still why was I just notified today about a Rx that I should have been taking 3 x a day since the 9th!??? This type of negligence can not go on when people are fighting life threatening cancer and other illnesses! I am so disappointed in this mix up, but the uncaring customer service from Sandra is unacceptable and she should be ashamed of herself!

There was only one person working but she was very nice, and also helpful. She was checking out another customer but greeted me on my arrival. When that client had left she immediately helped me and knew exactly where what I was looking for was. Checkout was speedy and I was able to save 10% for joining their rewards club. I believe they have a driver that does this on Saturday. However I wasn't sure if we as the customer need to call them on the 28th, 29/30th day of our refills or if they automatically know and deliver them without you requesting the refills? I have one day of medication left, so I called because it wasn't showing up. So my medication will be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday I believe. I still give them 5 stars. They will do anything for the customer that they can, and that is worth bringing their rating up. People are so picky and entitled these days, and it causes unnecessary negative reviews. Pharmacists work very hard despite them not carrying a shovel and pick are. Thank you Angel's, for bending over backwards for this guy... (me lol).
