If I was looking solely at reviews for Angel's Pharmacy I would be a bit concerned. However, just this past week my provider recommend that I work with this pharmacy because they do great deals on a new prescription I have been prescribed AND they deliver. I want to leave a positive review because humans tend to only leave reviews after a negative experience and I don't want some person to be deterred like I may have been. The service I received was amazing and quick compared to the big retail pharmacies I have gone to in the past. Within the same day I was contacted by Lily who got all the information she needed for my insurance, and she was super kind and patient with all of my questions. Secondly, my medication was delivered in three days which is far sooner than I would have expected and I am very pleased with my experience. Moral of the story, please don't let all of the negative reviews deter you from giving this great pharmacy a try because people like myself have nothing but great things to say. read more

Quite frankly the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. While the fact that they deliver prescriptions is convenient (I work office hours so I'm unable to pick it up,) it's almost always several days late and sometimes not available at all. When asked about the holdup, the excuse is always "we just received the shipment today" or "they just sent the prescription over" which is false, as my healthcare provider always makes sure the prescriptions of their patients are up-to-date. As far as the other reviews about pharmacy techs being unpleasant to deal with and the doors always being locked are concerned... that has been my experience as well. Needless to say, I'm desperately awaiting the day my provider takes their business to another pharmacy so I'll no longer have to deal with the headache that is Angel's Pharmacy. read more

They do not answer the phone. You cannot leave a message. They do not respond to text. This is the only pharmacy that Dr. Pinero refered me to, so it makes one wonder what type of self-dealing or other impropriety exists. Usually when I professional makes a referral, he gives two or three choices to the client. read more

I started with Angels through Bliss Health, They are attentive and punctual about delivering my prescriptions and are accommodating in every fashion. This IS NOT a pharmacy like CVS where you can just walk in. They keep the door locked at all times for their safety (they have a lot of highly desirable and expensive drugs in there!). I did not know this the first time I stopped by, and I was a little lost as how to pick up my prescriptions in person. But they are easily reached by phone and will come out in the rare case that you need to show them something. Call when you get there and they will walk your medicine out to your car. I love this pharmacy. I've been using them for 3 years now. Whenever I have had any interaction with the staff they are always friendly and seem to know me by name. I also love that they deliver to my house so I don't even have to go by and pick up my prescriptions! If I'm not home when they deliver, I've given them permission to leave it in my mailbox. This pharmacy incorrectly billed our HRA account for a full-year without permission. When we called and asked about how prescription was getting paid we were told it was free and not to worry about it, even when we asked them to stop delivering it. Fast forward over a year, I noticed the HRA account had an incorrect balance and now company will not fix the issue and never properly billed our insurance. We never provided our HRA account info, they acquired this on their own and basically stole from our account instead of billing our insurance or telling us how much the prescription cost. Most unethical pharmacy experience I have ever had. read more

Most horrific experience with a pharmacy by far. Their delivery with their own courier was a nighmare! every month he would hang the prescription on the front door of MY BUILDING NOT MY APARTMENT. Sad since theres only 2 apartments in the building and he couldn't get it right, month after month until my prescriptions were stolen off the front door of my building. Instead of correcting the courier i was forced to now pick up my prescriptions due to his incompetents. The doors were locked for Covid and have stayed that way. Ive had my prescriptions brought out to me and have had to argue with the guy because there was a female name on the scripts but he insisted they were mine. Ive picked my scripts up and had the manager Kinjel blowing up my phone a few minutes later, i needed to return to Angels as I was given the wrong prescriptions once again. When i rounded the corner I saw the woman standing there heated as i had been given her meds. A tech ran out and grabbed the bag out of my hand and the upset customer said," let me guess you were given my prescriptions." the pharmacy tech," No these are not yours ." Boldface Lie. they're always out or the item is on back order. Simple, up what you order from the previous month and you wont be out. Every month it was the same. The final straw and i moved to a new pharmacy, of course they refused to send over the scripts my Dr wrote to the new pharmacy so i was forced to call the Dr and have new scripts sent in. These are serious HIPAA violations. Starting from having a controlled substance delivered to an address without being signed for to the 2 times i was given wrong medication with other patients personal information on it. read more

Just discovered this awesome pharmacy/group of sincere and very helpful people today. I have been seriously struggling with a large grocery store pharmacy as well as other chain pharmacies in having a certain medication in stock. Due partly to government oversight and over regulation as well as unreasonable corporate order points, I had been told consistently that once I hand delivered the prescription it would take up to a week to receive my meds. This meant that I must do without needed pain meds for days. No help from the manufacturer either.... Raj and the rest of the staff were able to offer suggestions as well as solutions in ensuring that I would not have to deal with this in the future. Thank God for independent businesses and people who genuinely care about their customers !! They even deliver. Free! Needless to say, I am moving my account ( 12 plus prescriptions total )from big grocery store chain to a company who understands and is proactive in dealing with issues. Thanks again! read more
