Nice clean neighborhood Walgreens with a 24 hour pharmacy. All is great, but the pharmacy itself can be hit or miss with stock for some reason. Also, they messed up my medications by only refilling 1/3 a prescription for a recalled medication (pretty sure recall means replacement of all medication, not just the ones left). Had to go back in and resolve it which was a bit annoying. Drive thru is pretty awesome and quick for pickups though! read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My Dr. called in a new prescription for me last night around 7p.m after waiting on hold for 20 min she opt'd to leave a voicemail. I still hadn't heard anything from the pharmacy and my prescription was not showing up online so I called them at 11am the next morning. the lady who answered the phone said she didn't have a prescription for me and I informed her I physically heard my DVM leave a voicemail to which the tech responded" oh I see we do have a VM here. let me listen to it and call you back" ... guess what. never called back and I ended up calling FIVE MORE TIMES and waiting on hold for a total of 68 minutes. never got through to a real person again. I give u. I guess I'll just suffer with this ear infection until I can get it called in to a new pharmacy. - also I was there two days prior shopping in the store and the cashier was open mouth eating while checking people out with dirty food covered fingers touching everyone's stuff.... vomit. read more

We had to go urgent to get a commode as we were planning to discharge.. Kathy or Mary the manager was super helpful..One of the person came out of the way to help my wife.. Very nice guy... They all should be recognized. Always amazes me when a store provides substandard service and their pricing is premium. While a Diet Coke here is more expensive than the Mobil gas station across the street they cannot answer the phone when you call the Pharmacy. gave up after 15 mins, called back a bit later and on hold again. I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot for 7:30pm on a Monday. Who knew it would take so long for a simple flu shot? The pharmacy was really busy when I got here a little before 7:30. It finally died down a little after 8pm, but I didn't get called back to get my flu shot until 8:10pm:. Sheesh! That was way too long to wait for a flu shot. On thing I did want to mention is that they have a bin where you can get rid of old prescriptions and OTC medications. The only problem is that there are different markings on the bin which are contradictory. One sign says they accept inhalers, buy the other sign says they don't accept inhalers. Just left Walgreens after the manager spent at least 15 minutes checking each item I received and coupon codes are actually applicable and correct. But he couldn't enter the coupon code correctly so he said he has to void the transaction and re ring them in (mind you this would be the 3rd time, but okay) then he said I would need to wait for him to go help another customer and come back .... Really? I was first in the line waited for you to come and help but since you didn't ring up the items properly, I would need to wait for you yo help other people and come back? Reason... he said they are short staffed. This is amazing customer service and helpful staff. Really knowledgeable. I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to the area 2/2010. I love the fact they are open 24/7; It makes picking up prescriptions easy because of my personal crazy hours. I have talked to a couple of different pharmacists about my prescriptions and I was pleased with their knowledge and assistance. I was also pleased by the fact they didn't rush me and make me feel as if I was being a nuisance with my questions. They seem genuinely concerned with my health. They also have a wonderful, easy to use automated phone system. I punch in my prescription number and the system informs me the time I will be able to pick it up. They have also been extremely fast at filling new prescriptions. The longest I've had to wait thus far has been 10 minutes. read more

Stopping into Walgreens for a few items is so much quicker than going to the grocery store. This trip, I spent less than 5 minutes in the store and was able to grab vitamins, toilet paper and a pre-made sandwich (dinner!). There was no wait at the check out counter and more than one sales associate asked me if I needed help. Furthermore, I received a discount on the vitamins I purchased because I used my Balance Rewards card (which is free to sign up for). Also, this store and pharmacy department is open 24 hours, is well-stocked and organized and very clean. I went to the walk in clinic and got my prescription filled up at the pharmacy and had I was charged about 60 bucks which I found strange since I had insurance.. the prescription should've been a few bucks but I paid since I was sick and I was hurting. After I paid I asked her why was the prescription so expensive.. she said that it was because i didn't have insurance. I told her I had just handed over my insurance to the clinic two feet away and why didn't she asked me if I had insurance before charging me? I wanted to get the difference and she said she couldn't and I had to come back tomorrow. I later found out this was a lie and since this location is too far to drive back I never got my money back. This Walgreens is larger than average with a produce and sandwich and fruit section which is nice. Very clean store. We have used the clinic numerous times over the years. Took my daughter to the clinic Walgreens this time it was the same nurse practitioner we have same in the past. She is good however she is somewhat slow. But she is nice. But slow... the appointments are supposed to be 20 min long and we were there an hour so I would be surprised if they are not constantly running behind if you are a walk in or don't have an early appt. otherwise positive experience read more

When I moved, I switched to this pharmacy and they have been fantastic. Several times during covid they have brought sodas and photos to the pharmacy so I could buy those items without going in to the store when I picked up my prescriptions in the drive through. I like that there is a 24-hour Walgreens in the area, so it gets three stars for that and the fact that this location has a liquor store as well. All very convenient, as Walgreens should be. But I always seem to have a problem whenever I visit this location. Once I went to grab some school supplies, which they were out of (and it wasn't in the late summer/early fall school supply "season") and my register rewards never to print when I buy something that is supposed to have them. Employees never seem to know what's on sale in the ad for the week. It isn't as clean as other locations. 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru lane only to have some person pull in next to me get help before me. There were SEVEN cars in the drive-thru behind me. They asked me to call back to check on my prescription. I was sent to a national line and the person was able to help me. The pharmist at this location are not helpful if it is insurance that is the problem with the prescription they will not tell you they will let you make 6 phone calls back and forth with the Dr till you find out it's Walgreens that needs to do their job. This Walgreen's is open 24 hours, it's clean, well-stocked, and it is fairly obvious where items are going to be. Other chain stores try to cleverly maneuver and confuse customers through their endless shelves and aisles, and suddenly one has a cart full of items that were not intended for purchase on that visit, or really any visit ever. Or you can spend up to 22 minutes trying to find toothpaste. This makes me appreciate this store's more consumer friendly layout even more. The prices are very good overall, the times when I do end up overpaying on an item, I know I am definitely making up for the increased expenditure with savings on the other items I'm picking up that visit. The grocery selection is just right, and the fresh foods, and on-the-go type meals are good. The Beauty Department staff are usually very helpful and generous with sharing of both Walgreens and newspaper/ magazine coupons. If Walgreen's was going for the feel of a community pharmacy in the back of the store, they have succeeded. Again, a very consumer friendly layout. Jerry is an excellent concierge and greeter for the wellness services and pharmacy area. There are screens to let you know the status of your prescriptions or the waiting time to see the practitioners. The seating is generous, and there is room to stand as well, if the people near you seem too infectious. There is always plenty of free hand sanitizer. I have used the Take Care Clinic for various vaccinations, urgent care, and general illness resolution. Very happy with the practitioners, level of care, price, and follow-up that I have received from the clinic. Was in the clinic last Tuesday after work, and didn't realize until just now that the practitioner stayed over an hour late to finish up with me. The Take Care Clinic hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00-7:30 pm and on Saturday/ Sunday, they are open from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Pharmacists Alicia, Mark, and the entire Pharmacy crew are pro-active, thoughtful, and thorough. I like that the pharmacists are very easy to interact with, if you do have questions. The balance rewards program is a nice bonus, I go ahead and let the points accrue over time to a highest reward rather than cashing them in at the lower level of $10.00. If you are cashing in balance reward points you have collected on a purchase that day, do not plan to purchase items with additional bonus points on that visit. You may not realize that you cannot accrue points during the same transaction when you are cashing your reward in. It seems as though Walgreen's takes care of their employees as the cashiers, the concierge, and pharmacy staff seem to stay with the store. They have a lot of patience to put up with the various types of traffic that comes through their door and drive-in 24 hours a day, and the lines during certain parts of the day and holidays can be daunting. The parking lot is a good size. A lot of entrances, exits, and distracted drivers cutting through the lot, or heading to Starbucks, or people driving with Sudafed head, can make this a parking lot one you have to pay attention to. Came back here to reprint my photos and this photo lady is still on the phone and being rude to her customers (was the same way when I came the first time). She was trying to decide lunch plans while helping me...which wasn't very much help at all. I really feel totally undervalued as a customer of walgreens right now. I don't understand how management can be okay with their employees doing this. I sincerely hope this isn't the norm, but after 2 visits in one day and getting the same treatment...I'm thinking this is the case. The staff is always very helpful and really friendly, the pharmacy is open 24/7 and has a very fast processing time, and best if all there's a Walgreen's liquor store attached to it..
