I have been going to the CVS Pharmacy in Lake Mary in the Target for many years. They have consistently provided excellent service. The friendly employees are helpful and work hard to provide good service. All that being said, I don't like the constant reminders to pick up prescriptions, so I turned off notifications. read more

Very unprofessional. One of the pharmacy techs (Dylan W) kept repeating out loud ( very loudly) the medication that I was picking up. While sometimes it is good to verify with the customer discreetly what medication they are picking up it , I think it's absolutely unprofessional , disrespectful and unsafe to repeatedly call the name of the medication especially after revealing the customer personally identifiers. Do the other customers (possible friends or neighbors) need to know I have diabetes or vaginal infection or some other disorder that is sensitive?! They really need to work on this. read more

Very dismissive and impatient... I'm sure the pharmacists deal with a lot because of awful insurance companies, but it shouldn't be taken out on the customers. My doctor -- right in front of me -- approved a prescription, showed me her message to the insurance company AND the approved message from insurance for my medication. This CVS is trying to bill me $1000 for something and then is just telling me I need to start calling insurance. It seems like they have an outdated system or something, and expect me to do all the chasing. It's tough to work with them. read more

I walked in this location to grab a pickup order. I happily gave the last four digits of my order number the cashier Dawn stated she could not find it in her system, I opened my app to make sure I was at the correct location and the order showed canceled. I asked why, and she stated that it was due to the items being out of stock. I go and grab the exact items and bring them to the counter. The exact ones. She stares at me blankly and proceeds to ring them up. She gives me the total and I let her know I've used my coupons that are no longer there (also it's important to note that she stated they will go back on the card and they have not) I asked her to call a manager and which she did, Hector. He comes to the register she explains the situation and starts to modify the prices with my coupons herself! I was stunned. She didn't even need his help. She started to speak down but I remained polite as she stated she did not fill the order. When leaving they both stared. Neither of them apologized for being in the wrong and the whole experience showed me how hateful people are. I was absolutely disgusted with them both. People like this should not be in customer service or around people at all. The entire experience was chilling and left my head spinning. Currently waiting on the callback from corporate. Note: This review is strictly based on customer service. I needed a few things from CVS yesterday and this is the one I usually go to since it's near my house. Usually the store associates are all friendly and I've never had an issue with them. Yesterday when I entered the store, I think there was a new girl (or at least someone that I haven't seen before). Well I was not greeted by her when I went inside. She was stocking some stuff near the entrance so maybe she was busy. Anyway I did my usual shopping and after a few minutes, I proceeded to the checkout where I was the only person on line. That same girl noticed I was on line, walked over and instead of just asking if I was all set or ready to checkout, she said "You know we have a self-checkout". And then she said something like "on top of everything else we do". I didn't know what to say and was a little taken aback and just said "oh ok". She proceeded to ring my stuff and and I walked out after I paid. It was a very weird transaction since no one there has been rude to me like that before. I understand that for them the self checkout is easier esp during this pandemic, but sometimes I've had issues in the past ringing up stuff on my own so I prefer having a human being ring up my stuff. read more

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and have never had any issues. I love the texts that alert me my prescription is ready. The pharmacist technicians are always very helpful and great me with a smile every visit. read more

Been using the pharmacy for years, they are always very helpful and quick. They know me by name even with my mask, always say Hi Mr S----. They are much faster for prescriptions than anyone else I've used. The cashiers up front are nice too. read more

I always use CVS and this one in particular and now that I think of it I am going to start using the CVS on 46 instead because there is a particular pharmacist that is always just plain rude. She is young and at first I thought it was just her having a bad day but I have been there once a week for the past month and always go inside to pick up my prescription and EVERY single time I have gone she has either been rude directly and even indirectly by talking to her coworkers. She seems like she either really hates her job or she just really hates people to be completely honest. Maybe it's just me but this is what I've seen every week for the past 4 weeks. My insurance is not covering an expensive medication so I've been having to buy 10 pills at a time which is every 5 days and just her attitude alone makes me feel like crap because I can't afford to buy the whole script. All of the other staff are super friendly and helpful, but as an outside perspective it looks like she makes every other person working with her walk on egg shells. read more

The first cvs I've dealt with that hasn't been dumb about customer service. Had to go there twice and they had the prescription filled and ready within minutes and their attitudes are all so great that I will continue to use this pharmacy! read more

I love this pharmacy. I have a Saturday doctor's appointment once a month and I am giving a prescription for a certain medication that this pharmacy only has. It takes them less than 20 minutes and that's it. The pharmacy and store staff have always been so kind to me. I love their dollar items. read more

The Pharmacist is extremely rude and inconsiderate, she provides you with the wrong information and even felt the need to give me an attitude when asking simple questions. It will only make you feel worse and add to your stress. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I've been fighting cancer for over 6 years and this is by far the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. She has multiple other complaints on their reviews, so I'm definitely not the first individual to undergo such unprofessional treatment. She even had the audacity to ask if "my problem with her was due to me not having my Anxiety medicine!!!!!!" I was shocked and disappointed. Others do not deserve to be treated that way, especially when you need their help for very important prescriptions. She will lie to you and say you need to call the doctors for updates information (after you've already done so) and then when she finally does her JOB, realize that she was wrong and the information is up to date and completely accurate.. but not before giving you attitude and answering you with "mhmm's and yuhh". Literally sounded like I was talking to an angry 9th grader. The experience only enhanced my anxiety even worse. read more
