I'll note that I had a wireless portable battery that worked with his phone, and our son we were traveling to visit also has a similar phone, so hubs didn't HAVE to stop for a new charging cable at this moment. But, I would have wanted a new cord ASAP, too. Initially, hubs thought he'd spotted an office supply store across the street from our hotel, so we could get extra cc points for this purchase, but once he realized it was a grocery store, we pivoted to try another store in the same plaza. Shelves were barren, though, and we found no charging cords. Then hubs remembered seeing Walgreens by our hotel so we drove back across the street. After hubs bought what he needed, he decided he wanted to take advantage of a BOGO half-off deal. So he went back inside & bought another cord for half price. I'm not sure exactly how that transaction went, but I know hubs returned to the car happy with his purchases. We'd definitely shop here again!

I have yet to have reason to utilize the pharmacy, but I have never seen delayed lines or unhappy customers here. I do think coupons and apps are better with other pharmacies, but, in a pinch, I'm happy to visit Walgreens because their prices are still a bit better. I'm also a fan of the Nice! brand they offer. This Walgreens location in Lake Mary is definitely ideal - there are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as a Publix, McDonald's, and easy highway access. I would definitely revisit and recommend this location to anyone.

Then, less than 5 minutes after they opened, my medication was ready! She even apologized for the short wait. This was honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a CVS. I fully expected to be waiting an hour, but they were fast, friendly, and efficient. Hands down the best CVS in town!

They told me they would fill the prescription today and it would be ready by 5:30. At 5:30, they called to tell me they didn't have what they needed to fill it. They are closed tomorrow for Christmas Eve as most businesses are and I am left without the medicine I need. Had they told me this morning, they would not be able to fill the prescription until after Christmas, I would have had time to find an alternative solution. This is just unacceptable and careless as a business owner. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unremorseful. I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy, but was giving them another chance because the pharmacist called me and asked for another chance. They have entirely too many issues and now leaving me for 4 days without the medication I need, I'm just done. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a more reputable pharmacy.
