Having been to this Walgreens several times now, I'm happy to report that it is clean and well-stocked, easily accessible, and the staff on-site are competent enough to make any visit pleasant. I have yet to have reason to utilize the pharmacy, but I have never seen delayed lines or unhappy customers here. I do think coupons and apps are better with other pharmacies, but, in a pinch, I'm happy to visit Walgreens because their prices are still a bit better. I'm also a fan of the Nice! brand they offer. This Walgreens location in Lake Mary is definitely ideal - there are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as a Publix, McDonald's, and easy highway access. I would definitely revisit and recommend this location to anyone. read more

This is a convenient location that carries almost everything that a drugstore should. They often have stuff on clearance so I usually take advantage of that. The employees are nice and help you out. The most accurate way to describe this store is frustrating. I've had issues every single time I've visited--whether it's for online pickups, print orders, FedEx services, or regular in-store purchases. The photo and document printers rarely work, yet the system still sends out "print complete" confirmations, which leads to confusion when you arrive. I once placed an online order for in-store pickup, only to be told by an employee that they couldn't fulfill it--forcing me to come back another day, and then they overcharged me. I've also had a FedEx pickup take over 20 minutes because the staff didn't know how to handle it. Nothing seems to run smoothly here, and during my four visits, I've witnessed several other customers frustrated and speaking to the manager. Not thrilled with my experience today. Walked in to pick up photos this evening. There were about 3 customers in the store at the time. I walked past the cashier and straight to the counter as I know someone should be attentive when you stand there. Near that area I did past someone in a Walgreens shirt who was having a conversation with a customer. After about 5 minutes realizing that personal conversation had NOTHING to do with assisting them. I asked the cashier who should be assisting me at that counter and they pointed to the woman who was having the conversation. I definitely interrupted their conversation to get the assistance I needed. She barely looked at me and said she'd be over there and CONTINUED her chatter. I go to this store a lot because it is near my work. Most of the staff is really nice. Today I had to pick up 2 prescriptions at the pharmacy and had 3 items in my cart and asked if I could pay for them as well and while the girl waiting on me said yes, a very rude man from behind the counter and around the corner said NO we are going to close for lunch. This guy has zero customer service, there are many ways he could have said this and been professional and polite but he chose to be little and rude. I know ringing up the 3 items in my cart may have taken a whole minute, I was the only customer there. Customer service and politeness is beyond the reach of this guy and I hope he is treated the same way he treats others when he goes out to shop and run his errands. Being polite does not cost you anything and it certainly is good for business. read more

Okay. So I really love this Walgreens. This is the closest Walgreens in proximity to my job. Sometimes when I'm bored, I spend time going up and down the aisles seeing what I can spend my money on. Their cosmetics section is pretty awesome. The new products are always easy to find. They also carry my favorite Essie nail polish line (gel couture). They almost always have good deals on vitamins as well. When I come, I always take a peek at their makeup, vitamins... pick up a nice cold drink and a small snack! I also love doing their same day photo print pickup service. I can't say much about their pharmacy since I use CVS. I've never had a bad interaction with any of the employees. I always get greeted when I enter. When I check out, I love how they say "Be well". read more

Pharmacist had me on hold while she fought my insurance to get me a better price. She could have easily just let it ride. Instead she "inconvenienced" me by keeping me on hold for a few minutes. Very nice of them to do that. I went into the store and had the pleasure of working with Tyeishie. She was handling all of the customers in the pharmacy line and all of the drive through folks. One of the drive through folks was a bit displeased they had to wait a grueling 7 minutes in their air conditioned car while Ty was handling business. It's a perfect microcosm of life. The customer in the drive through didn't see what was going on behind the glass. But they got a bit snippy. Perhaps if they could see they'd know she is working her tail off? Even so, Tyeishie wasn't phased and was still pleasant with everyone. Thank you for the incredible service! read more

Every single time my husband or I come to this Walgreens location We have issues. This time my prescription that has 3 refills. The pharmacist chooses to fill my prescription for 90 days. I asked her why did she fill my prescription this way. She lied to me and my husband face by telling us that is how I prefer to have my prescription filled in their system... I ask when was this change made. She advised she has no idea. I just think she has a problem with us for some odd reason... I guess we remind her of someone that she doesn't like. This pharmacy is close to our home and I absolutely love coming here. But she did fix it and I do appreciate that. read more

I don't know why they have such low stars. When our insurance changed, we had to use a different pharmacy and it was a NIGHTMARE. Walgreens always has the medication we need or calls to find out who does. The other three-lettered pharmacy, I couldn't get our prescriptions from in three neighboring cities. And it's a common medication! I'm so glad we got new insurance and can use Walgreens again. Oh, how we missed you!!! read more

Walked in at 8:50 and was yelled at by a female cashier "better hurry up and get what you need, cause we're closing! Very loud and rude! If you check the hours on the website, it says that they close @ 10 pm, or I never would have pulled in. Just had surgery, and needed supplies, and meds. I was on a tiny break from work and decided to stop off and get peanut butter pretzels. I found everything I wanted however I am all about customer service and my experience was lacking of it. I assume the young lady at the counter was upset that I interrupted her eating session (which I understand if it's slow) but she was obviously annoyed. She was just rushing and wasn't pleasant at all. I avoid experiences like this at all cost which is why I will most likely avoid stopping here unless absolutely necessary. read more

Went to buy a bottle of expensive conditioner, there was only one left in stock and it had clearly been used (there was product all over the bottle). I asked to speak to a manager for a discount but only an assistant manager was there. She claimed she was not authorized to make a decision like that and asked me to pay full price. This is my third time reviewing this pharmacy, once 5 years ago, once 3 years ago and now once again. Whoever runs Walgreens is a degenerate. They could careless about the people that use their pharmacy because despite terrible reviews they do nothing to fix it. I'm a disabled Vet and I pick up my prescriptions here because it's right outside my neighborhood. However, the incompetence is so overwhelming that I won't be able to ever shop here again. They don't have medicines and take forever to get them in even when they are controlled substances which means you go through withdrawals. You can tell by the smug look on their face that they could careless about the pain their incompetence will cause. Two months in a row I've been treated with the utmost disrespect and again treated like I'm some kind of drug addict that they are forced to put up with. This location is conveniently located. It is hands down cleaner and nicer than all the convenience stores off of Airport Blvd nearby. The girls that work at night are always helpful. This location labels their sales better than any other. The biggest disappointment is no coke flavor on the icee machine. read more

This location is terrible! The pharmacist is rude and very unprofessional. They called me to tell me my prescription was ready and when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me $500 for it when it should have been covered under my insurance. This has happened several times at this location. When I approached the pharmacist she ignored me and wouldn't even call the doctors office to find out why I had to pay $500 when it should have been $40. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix or CVS where they appreciate your business! read more
