While, I do prefer the Winter Park location (as it is also near some other eateries and shopping areas), this location is also good. There's ample parking. It does get pretty busy but for the most part, you can usually always find parking. The staff are kind and helpful (when and if needed). The food options / varieties are great! They offer various cuisine types for just about everyone. This is also inclusive of their dining options (ie their hot and cold bars, bakery and the like). They have a range of household items, personal care items, toiletries, groceries, and so forth. So, again, you can usually find most of what you need. As far as their dining options go, I've gotten a hot lunch from Whole Foods on numerous occasions. I never eat there - but you can if you'd like as they have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. I'm usually not disappointed with the options. I also really enjoy a number of their soup options. The bakery is probably my favorite section! I'm always leaving Whole Foods with something sweet. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is a great shopping experience. Again, they are pricey and are usually pretty busy, but it's usually always worth it.

I've been going to our neighborhood Sam's club for over 2 years. Not once have. I had a bad trip…read morewhen needing groceries or gas. I love that I can buy certain things in bulk, especially our favorite go-to foods. The prices are always reasonable compared to regular retail grocery stores. The app makes it easy to get in and get out of the store since I am scanning my food as I'm grabbing it. Once my trip is done I easily pay through the app and walk out. I can even buy food from the concession stand while I'm shopping so as I'm leaving it's conveniently ready for me to go. Paying for gas through the app is also quick. All I do is scan in the QR code and the pump is ready to go within a few seconds. The store is always kept clean. Ios are clear. Shelves are always stocked. What I really like is that they have a sample box in the store and depending on the sample you could get a nice serving size of a dry item. Or cleaning supplies. One other samples were the fabric beads and they gave a nice size mini bottle which could do three to four loads of clothes depending on how much beads you use. Honestly, Sam's club is a savior for groceries in toiletries. And I like that it's near our house.

They only things I like to buy here is stuff I can get elsewhere or big quantities of drinks. The lines to pay can also be very long but if you have the Sam's app you can scan your items and then pay after you are done, show your receipt to the employee at the exit line and snack on some goodies while you wait in another long line.

I used to live and work nearby and would frequent this location. Now I'm out in Clermont. Night and day difference between the 2 locations. Altamonte is a zoo, from the parking, food court outside to everywhere inside. They do have more of a selection here though but I was missing the tamer Clermont location. Don't get me wrong, its busy at Clermont but Altamonte is a whole 'nother level of crazy busy. Ended up purchasing a pair of inexpensive shoes I really didn't need and the salmon ceviche. It was past lunchtime and I was hungry. Also picked up some seaweed to wrap the ceviche for an on the go meal. The salmon was very good with the seaweed or maybe I was just hungry. Sweet and savory with a little kick. Since I was out and about and had leftovers in this huge container, I got creative and used my 2 empty seaweed containers so it would fit in my backpack cooler. Worked perfectly and kept it cold until I finally made it home later that evening. Overall, I survived the Saturday chaos, left with shoes that I didn't need, discovered a pretty tasty salmon ceviche meal and of course enjoyed a few samples along the way.

This review is specifically for Costco Optometry. I purchased a pair of glasses that I had to…read morereturn with 6-8 times to have adjusted due to optical distortion, glare, weight, migraines, discomfort and facial bruising caused by wearing the new RayBan frames and prescription. I have lost days of work commuting to Costco instead of work for the day, then having to make the hours up. Not only would Costco Optical Department not simply honor the warranty and replace the lenses or even the frames with something usable day to day, but they kept encouraging me to try to adjust to the new prescription and frames, and just bring them back in for adjustment if the discomfort continued. The team even had me visit RayBan separately for replacement nose pads on the frames they sold me, when one fell off after an adjustment that same day. I am stuck with a pair of heavy, uncomfortable frames with a prescription so strong they cause fatigue and migraines from short periods of wear, and seem to amplify glare, despite the antiglare coating, as Costco Optical kept having me try adjustments until the return period ran out, and will not replace the frames and lenses to resolve the issue without a completely new purchase. This has been a phenomenal waste of time, and I can't recommend the Optical team at Costco, despite some of them being thoroughly helpful and knowledgeable--except when it comes to replacing eyeglasses that just do not work for the wearer.
