I ran inside Publix early this morning to pick up some milk, hoagie rolls, and buy one get one bakery cookies. I really appreciate the Publix bakery goods especially when the heat index is close to 100 degrees outside. I love to bake cookies but not in this heat. This Publix has, by far the very nicest employees and staff. The manager here has obviously set and led by example the highest standards for how to properly treat customers. Although the store is smaller and they don't carry everything that the larger stores carry, the space is used well and it is always very clean. It is a joy to shop here. read more

Excellent Publix location. I walked past two sets of managers and both acknowledged me and said "Hello Sir" But the highlight was SUSANA in the Deli/Sub Station!!! We had her make her first Spicy Falafel sub and she was just a bright light with a radiant smile! Publix is lucky to have her! Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

I went here Thursday evening, my checkout lady was rude the minute she saw me (I am a Hispanic woman) she was a Caucasian woman older with blonde hair and black glasses. She was very nice to the previous customer and for some reason when she spoke to me it was in a yelling manner just very rude tone as well and I had everyone staring at me because she was so loud. I felt very uncomfortable and the vibe here was really off I felt like every worker was watching me while I was shopping. I would never come back here, I was uncomfortable the whole time and I rushed to get out. read more

I am super impressed with this Publix. Everyone was so friendly and greeted my family with a smile and a hello. As soon as we walked in, there were samples galore. First up was the Ganesh Cake, then an array of cheeses, fruits, meats and condiments. There was also sampling of their Publix BBQ Chips, which were pretty impressive for the cost. The worst deli of any Publix I've ever experienced anywhere. Do not order subs online. Subs are never ready in time. And deli workers continue to help walk up customers or stock the sub station rather than ensure your order is being filled. Half the time they didn't even make the order correctly. Today the low light of my experience was a cold Cuban sub! Was not even toasted. When I asked why it was cold the response was " oh do you want me to toast it again?" Frustrating. This time there was a manager on duty that listened to my complaint and even would not let me pay for the two subs. That was nice but how about you correct the deli service so you don't have to do that?? Other Publix employees here commented " we don't order online from here cuz it's always wrong you're better off just walking up. I hope this store figures out their deli service soon!! read more

After one year and over a half a million people dead, this Publix allows people to walk in without masks. I had to ask if it was allowed or not because so many people were walking around without one. There is no sign saying Mask wearing is mandatory. When I told the manager he went out looking for them carrying a box of masks. He walked by a group of four that had no mask on. I thought Publix was serious about the safety of it shoppers and employees. I guess I was wrong. read more

Publix is a quality grocery store with awesome subs and off the charts fried chicken. Whenever I am not up for cooking it is Publix chicken and some southern potato salad. My favorite soup is the sausage and kale and a close 2nd is the lobster bisque. All of the stores do not carry the same items with the larger stores having a wider variety of items. So in occasion you may need to visit a couple of stores. I love the fresh fish and sushi choices which is in the larger stores. The staff and management is friendly and often ask you in the aisle if they can help you find anything or just to say hello. There is always something on sale and BOGOs are great deals. There are often good coupon deals and Publix has an app and the coupons selected can be redeemed at the register. They will also order items for you that you saw at another store. Today was just a few pick up items to finish my dinner. read more

Holy Moly! Can't believe don't have a review for this Publix as have been here quite often. This is a small Publix, but well stocked with grocery essentials. There are 6 checkouts and depending on time of day, it can be fairly long wait but the on-duty Manager is very good about opening up new checkouts if the line gets too long. Lots of Neighborhood kids seem to work here, so it's nice community feel. Sometimes also hard to find parking as the plaza also has lots of other active businesses. This is my neighborhood Publix when I go home to visit my family and I love every time I go. Maybe it's because of it's neighborhood feel or it's due to their high quality and service. This location is smaller than most Publix's, but it's quality makes up for it's size. Being a bit smaller...it has a Whole Foods or Fresh Market feel to it. Their bakery and deli sections are great and their produce is fresh and always fully stocked. This location also has a great wine section for those vino lovers out there. Lastly...service is great here from the management to the cashiers. Overall...I've been a fan of this Publix for years. If you live close...I'm sure you are too. read more

I like this Publix in that it is convenient, clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This particular Publix is also super good about taking coupons, including competitors. I wasn't into the whole coupon thing until recently when finances got squeezed and I realized with a little effort I could save big bucks. I have one thing to say about Publix stores and that is, "they are always top notch quality". I can't ever remember going into their stores and saying, "this place is scum" or "the employees are rude". I almost always find what I am looking for or they can check to see if it can be ordered. Prices vary depending on the item, for example you will find lower prices at Target for almost anything, but when an item is on sale, Publix can even beat Target. Not all Publix are giant stores, like the one back in Wekiva of Hunt Club and Wekiva Springs Rd. This particular store is smaller and has less items. Think of it as a giant convenience store with out the gas pumps and the freeze brain machines. My number one reason for going to a Publix? Their subs/sandwiches/lunch and dinner specials! Each store is going to be different but each will serve the hot meals, the roasted chickens, the custom made subs and the hot soups. All which kick butt and take names for their low prices and quality items. What's that? The in-laws are coming over and you have no food other than that week old pizza? Then go over to you nearest Publix and get every thing you need including cheese, crackers, wine and beer! Or pick up a pre-made snack tray. Have a last minute Super Bowl party? Go get wings, subs, chips, soda and chili to make your party memorable! read more
