I love this place, they moved to this much larger Altamonte Spring location, from their Winter Park location. It is located right beside the Golden Coral, where the furniture store used to be. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are CLOSED on Saturdays. The deli is located in the middle of the store. They serve smoothies, salads, sandwiches and wraps, burgers, pizza and rice bowls. Everything is vegetarian and most things can be made vegan. They have a nice dinning area, or you can take it to go. Besides the deli they have a great health market, where they sell vegan/vegetarian meats, canned and frozen, they also have a bulk foods section with nuts, grains, and dried veggie meats. You can also buy the veggie meats by the case, and you know that there are great savings in buying by the case. You can sign up for their e-newsletter or follow them on Facebook to get the sales advertisements. They have books, gifts and children's section as well. They have children's story time as well.

Whole Foods Market is always a solid marketplace. While, I do prefer the Winter Park location (as it is also near some other eateries and shopping areas), this location is also good. There's ample parking. It does get pretty busy but for the most part, you can usually always find parking. The staff are kind and helpful (when and if needed). The food options / varieties are great! They offer various cuisine types for just about everyone. This is also inclusive of their dining options (ie their hot and cold bars, bakery and the like). They have a range of household items, personal care items, toiletries, groceries, and so forth. So, again, you can usually find most of what you need. As far as their dining options go, I've gotten a hot lunch from Whole Foods on numerous occasions. I never eat there - but you can if you'd like as they have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. I'm usually not disappointed with the options. I also really enjoy a number of their soup options. The bakery is probably my favorite section! I'm always leaving Whole Foods with something sweet. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is a great shopping experience. Again, they are pricey and are usually pretty busy, but it's usually always worth it.

This is a family owned business that has been operating for years. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful making suggestions on products. Today they helped me save $40 showing me how I could achieve the same goal by using a product a little differently. That's service!! They have a pretty nice selection and their prices are very reasonable. Much cheaper than Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. They are about equivalent with an online store once you consider shipping and the wait time. Just a note that they have moved over Christmas week from their old spot on Aloma and 436. Their new spot is at 1555 Semoran Blvd in Winter Park. That is just south of Howell Branch Rd on the southbound side of 436 across from LA Fitness.

The owner (I think) is extremely knowledgeable and will talk to you about the specifics of any product. When I asked for a recommendation, he quickly pointed out several options and gave me the run-down on pros and cons of each. The new location is in the "20/20 Supercenter" next to the gas station on the southwest corner of Semoran and Howell Branch (from the listed location on Aloma, just head north on Semoran, and it's on your left). They have a great selection and good prices, but the best part is having knowledgeable people giving you advice on newest trends, laws, banned substances, etc. Give them a try and shop local!

I physically was putting a house up with blocks of wood that were very heavy and my nail gun well, I will say I was scared of it. Don't get me wrong I love doing the hard stuff but I don't think I was physically fit enough to really do a good job. So next time I need to be like inside the house painting the walls and air-conditioning.
