Today was kind of a pumpkin day with the pumpkin spice almond milk, pumpkin seed protein and pumpkin seeds. There is alot of merchandise in a relatively small store. There is some fresh produce, breads, soup, crackers, cookies, detergents and some frozen items. This is a good place for special organic items. They have a great selection and good prices, but the best part is having knowledgeable people giving you advice on newest trends, laws, banned substances, etc. Give them a try and shop local!
