Today was kind of a pumpkin day with the pumpkin spice almond milk, pumpkin seed protein and pumpkin seeds. There is alot of merchandise in a relatively small store. There is some fresh produce, breads, soup, crackers, cookies, detergents and some frozen items. This is a good place for special organic items. I buy Raw Dark Chocolate Maca & Cacao and it doesn't affect my arthritis at all. I have maybe one bar with a can of Zevia or Nixie twice a week.
