The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful and have also inspired me to juice at home too. One shout out I will say- if you have any sinus related issues or are sick with a cold, stop by (with a mask) and pick up a bottle of mini miracle. This shot of goodness has helped me many times when I have been under the weather!

My New Favorite Hideaway!…read more I'm so excited I found The Smoothie Room! I spent the afternoon there and it was exactly what I needed, a calm, cozy escape. I curled up in their hammock with a copy of The Artist's Way and sipped on their "Recovery" smoothie (which was delicious, refreshing, and perfect after a workout!). One thing I really loved was how health-conscious their menu is. Whether you're looking to refuel after hitting the gym, need a boost before a workout, or just want something clean and nourishing, they've got you covered. So many great options that cater to fitness and wellness goals. The vibe is peaceful, the staff was super sweet, and everything felt so thoughtfully put together. I'll definitely be back, it's officially my new little self-care spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

This place has been a hit-or-miss experience for me. I've been coming here 2-3 times a week for the…read morepast two months, and the smoothies are usually delicious, with the flavor and consistency I love--except when they're made by the blonde employee. Every time she's prepared my smoothie, it has tasted more like watered-down juice than an actual smoothie. Today was the first time I finally said something because it was almost entirely liquid. She immediately apologized and offered to remake it, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, even after it was remade, it still lacked the flavor and consistency I normally expect. I'm disappointed because I really enjoy this place and have been a regular customer. Going forward, I'll probably check who's making the smoothie before ordering because if it's her, I'll unfortunately pass.

Orlando Nutrition is not your regular health food spot. This place has smoothies, energizing teas,…read moreprotein coffees, waffles and doughnuts! I was surprised to see the varieties they had. I have been looking for a healthy replacement for coffee to keep me energized and these teas always do the trick. Made with green tea, vitamins and low on sugar. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and the energy it gave me. I was running on a few hours of sleep, took two workout classes, went to a festival and cooked dinner. No nap needed lol. Besides the quality of the products this place always has a welcoming vibe as if you are visiting friends. The staff is always super nice and makes a point of remembering you when you return. There are a lot of healthy spots but this place is definitely one of a kind. You can tell they really care about the health of the community as they have free community workouts during the week. This spot is a must visit in the Orlando area. Not only for the food and drinks but for the sense of community this establishment creates for everyone that comes in.

AVOID. I gave this place TWO chances because I really wanted to like it. Big mistake…read more First visit: bland food, they were "out" of half the stuff, and the service was terrible. Extremely overpriced for what you're getting. I asked what they recommended and was told they hadn't tried anything on the menu. I went back with friends thinking maybe it was just an off day. Nope. We walked in and the two girls behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. No hello, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. We were the only customers and I literally had to ask if someone could help us. I asked basic questions about the menu and they couldn't answer a single one. They acted like we were bothering them just by being there. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I'm not going to keep spending money somewhere that clearly doesn't care about its customers. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

A lot of really cute little shops and restaurants are nearby. The menu is limited, but to the point. I would've loved a lot more topping selections like almond butter, peanut butter, different kinds of nuts, coconut oil, hemp seeds, etc. There is definitely a lot more variety needed. There was only one employee that day. She was helpful but definitely not a friendly face. The cafe was super cute and very clean. I made my own bowl and then my husband got the Real Brazilian. They pretty much look exactly alike. Our bowls were both delicious, but again, needed a lot more variety of toppings. Also, for the size of the bowl, the pricing was pretty high. This is probably not someplace I would return, but definitely give it a shot if you are craving açai and you are near Winter Springs.
