I love Trader Joe's and this location is super convenient for me! Everything is always so well organized in the store and the staff is amazing. I will warn on the parking though that if you are going on a weekend, the lot will be packed and parking can be difficult to find. There are also a few one way turns in the parking lot so watch out for those. This TJ's is next to the beautiful lake and some other shops:)

A local national chain has a motto, "where shopping is a pleasure." Not taking anything away from that chain. I do most of my grocery shopping there. But Trader Joe's is actually fun! Don't know what that says about my life, but I make no apologies. Store is bright. There is a fresh active vibe somehow accomplished in a grocery experience. Everything I purchase here is always just as you would expect looking at the packaging. Fruit and veggies are fresh. Meats are very good, almost to butcher level. And what a selection if everything else. And, of course, you can't leave without a bag of Mandarin Orange Chicken!! Service is consistently helpful and friendly. Prices are ALWAYS exceptional.

Love the easy to cook plantains, they're always tasty and ready to go.

When it comes to finding fruits, snacks, sweets or meats, I venture down to TJ's. I get the whole bean coffee and keep it stocked up, the waffles which come in prepacked bags are the snack that gets me through my work day when I need a sugar boost. The trail mix also gives me a healthy snack help during the day. Something I've really loved is the bag of plantains from the freezer area that are so tasty and easy to heat up for meals. Thr Winter Park TJ team is always friendly and helpful every time I need help.

Writing an updated review 10 years later just to say that not much has changed: I'm still having a love affair with Trader Joe's AND the parking here is still terrible...horrible even...but that doesn't keep me from shopping here. Carry-on.

I started coming here for their groceries (their frozen foods and canned drinks are sooooo good btw!! Esp their okonomiyaki and coconut yuzu sparkling water). When I went to pick out flowers, esp for the peonies, the staff here are very helpful and gave me tips on how to pick the right flowers.

I love shopping here. I wish I lived closer to this store. Better yet I hope they build one in the Lake Nona area. They great looking fresh produce and quite a variety too. I enjoyed exploring the wine department. On more than one occasion I have taken the suggestions from one of the employees who really knows his wines. Checking out of the stores is always a breeze even though Trader Joe's is usually very busy.

I'm really weak when it comes to Trader Joes. I'm telling myself over and over again as I walk towards the store: "I'm only going to get 3 things that I need, and then out! It should take no more than 10 minutes, 10 minutes tops!" 10 minutes later I'm exchanging the basket for a shopping cart; true story. Where else can I find organic rainbow radishes for under $3? Or raspberry petit fours that I know I don't need but look so cute and I never see at any other store so obviously I have to have it especially since it's a seasonal item. I at least had the self control to avoid the frozen section completely, but I think what makes Trader Joe's different from your average grocery is their unique items, and whoever is doing their marketing is a genius/geniuses. To have various items that you can't find anywhere else but also make it a limited time item or "seasonal". Now the consumer feels obligated right then and there to buy it, otherwise they wont find it anymore. I think we've all fallen madly in love with an item we've gotten there only to discover that you have to wait till next year to buy it again or they've discontinued it altogether. Aldi also does this with some of their items but my understanding is that they're sister stores. This is why people will still travel long distances, and deal with the crappy parking lot situation to shop here. I still find what I mentioned in my initial review to be true. Come during the week in the evenings or early when they first open and usually you'll find plentiful parking and the store itself wont be packed like a sardine can. (speaking of sardines, their smoked sardines are fire)

I love this trader Joes but honestly this parking lot is a WAR ZONE. That is the only reason I'm not going 5 stars. There is not enough parking for the amount of businesses that are there. The entrance is at a very busy intersection as well so it get backed up on the street and is just mayhem. I recommend going really early in the morning or late before close on week days to avoid the madness. Weekends are a NO. Highly suggest backing your car into spots as people are whipping in and out of there looking for parking or leaving. Parking aside, Trader Joes is awesome, the offerings a really unique, the shelves are always stocked beautifully and the staff here are incredible. They had fun music playing and the employees were bopping around and its just a nice environment. This location is pretty small considering the demand and it can make shopping a challenge. Pricing is on par if not cheaper than Publix, but not as large a store or as vast a variety as traditional grocery stores so keep that in mind when looking for staple items. This is more of a specialty store for unique finds with the essential staples as well. They even have a very cute print newsletter at the registers that has recipes and stories in them. Have fun and good luck leaving, because it's just as hard as fighting your way in LOL.

Trader Joe's - yeah, we've been a thing since the 90s. I'm there every weekend, and - frankly - so is the rest of Winter Park. My advice - get there when they open (8a). I once went on a Sunday evening (why, I have no idea) and so much tasty was sold out. Also, that parking lot - well, IYKYK. Recent favorites (RIP Tempting Trail Mix - you were my everything) include: Soft & Juicy Mango slices, Atlantic Salmon w/ Lemon Herb Butter, the blueberry lemon pies (2-pk) and madeleines, Apple Blossoms, Ube Mochi, Blueberry Dream Dessert Bars, Mushroom & Black Truffle pizza, Pickle Pups, and just about anything slathered in dark chocolate and sea salt. And now, a word about croissants: those 4-pk almond or chocolate croissants are the best thing since best things. You have to leave them out overnight, but I dare you to try one and not fall madly in love. And you have to pay $4 for one croissant at most bakeries - these are less than $5 for a 4-pk. Do the math. It's a sweet torture the number of seasonal items Trader Joe's offers. That "When Life Gives You Lemons Make Lemon Ice Cream" is - hands down - one of the best ice creams I will ever have. I've polished off pints of that stuff, and me with high cholesterol! I do not care - that stuff is the GOAT. Do not skip out on some of the other products as well - for example, their Daily Facial Sunscreen. It's a total dupe for SuperGoop and at a better price point. I'm also loving their Brazil Nut Body Butter, although I don't see why they didn't make that stuff edible and, thereby, my life better. : )

I just love Trader Joe's. I usually go to buy peanut butter or something random that I like specifically from them and then I end up buying a bunch of stuff, most recently they had some really good eggplants. And if I ever need flowers, this is my go to spot. What I would change about this place is the parking

The big deal about Wild Fork is their selection of meats that go through a "blast freeze" at the beginning of their sourcing in Nebraska and Colorado. The store is rectangular and not large. However, I was both surprised and impressed with the sizable selection of meats, veggies, desserts, seasonings and other food amenities. My go to so far has been the grass-fed, organic hamburger patties which are convenient and affordable. They cook up well with only a salt and pepper seasoning needed at the minimum. The help I receive each time is easy to find and the expertise is appreciated. Side notes: Delivery is available. Sign up for the specials and promos with your email address. If that was the case each time, I'd bring the toppings myself since they hold up a line or question management how to make it, read their paper, etc. When we went to the Publix by Lake Eola, the worker who prepared my sub was much quicker and efficient. Vegan cheese, the meatless deli slices, etc. and it came out fantastic. We also arrived near closing and they gave us excellent service. My family ordered their own sandwiches and enjoyed them, but I usually expect difficulty when it comes to placing my vegan sandwich order. This Publix was different and I appreciate how hip they are with the times. They knew what vegan meant, they knew which sandwich I was referring to (Meatless Turkey Club). Even if not everyone orders the sandwich, why advertise it / have on the menu if your workers aren't going to keep the ingredients ready? Well done Publix by Lake Eola! Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge.
