My experience with the pharmacy was also disappointing. I arrived around 8:20 p.m. to pick up an antibiotic prescription, only to be told nothing was ready. When I explained that it was an antibiotic and time-sensitive, I was told I would have to wait until sometime over the weekend or even during the following week because they were closing at 9 p.m. I was also told that no other pharmacy would be able to fill it any sooner and that there were no after-hours pharmacies in the area. Concerned about delaying treatment, I asked if the prescription could be transferred elsewhere. Both staff members responded with noticeable attitude and seemed inconvenienced by my questions rather than trying to help. Ironically, after I requested the transfer, the prescription was filled and ready in about five minutes. I later noticed that the prescription had been designated as a "Priority Acute" medication in the pharmacy system, indicating it was recognized as time-sensitive. That made the initial interaction even more frustrating because it showed the medication could be prepared before closing despite being told I would likely have to wait days. I wasn't expecting special treatment, just accurate information, empathy, and a willingness to help with a time-sensitive prescription.

It's a Filipino grocery store that also cooks hot food at the back of the store. The store has lots of your Filipino favorites, spices, sauces and snacks. However it seems the real MVP is the food. There are no indoor seating, grab n go! Everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was so friendly, there were three people in there working and we were all chatting as if we've known each other forever, I can't wait to go back! Great atmosphere!!

I will say that now, especially the men working the meat counter. They either ignore you, glare, or tell you to go get what you need from the pre-packaged area instead. We stopped getting meat there a while ago because the meat is either expired or rancid. We ended up throwing away a Thanksgiving turkey and several packages of hamburger, steak, etc. We still liked the produce, baked goods, and some of the cooked items. We haven't been in a while because we've found other stores that we liked better. We went a few days ago and was absolutely blown away by the new prices. They have skyrocketed. I've never seen a store jack up the prices this high before. Some of the prices are double to triple what they were a year ago. Could not justify the price, knowing that I could literally drive two minutes down the road and get everything for a lot less. We watched several other customers take in the prices, shake their heads in disgust and walk out the door as well.

This one does not have a meat counter, they pre-package the meat and seafood and put them in the freezer/cooler sections. I do miss the seafood counter but there are a few in Orlando that still have that option. They also have a prepared food counter, and the prices are pretty reasonable. They have good service. Check them out if you're looking for some items you can't find in a regular grocery store.

This location also has a few more ethnic choices (other than Hispanic): you can get king mushrooms here, for instance. The only thing that I don't like is the check-out lines, which feel more cramped. I've only visited during non-peak hours; I can't imagine how chaotic it could get when they're busy!

I would want to order their Chicken Tikka Sandwich next time though because that looks like insanity in a handheld sandwich! They also make their own pasta salads.
