Since COVID, we have stopped shopping at the larger stores such as Walmart and stick more to smaller stores. Prices are higher on things like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc., but it's worth it to feel like we're in a safer environment. As I mentioned, this is a very clean store. The employees all wear masks and they enforce this with customers as well. They also practice social distancing. I've had photos developed here several times. I downloaded their app and uploaded photos. Within 20 minutes, the store had the prints ready to be picked up. It was very easy and I have been very pleased with the photos. I'be only had one prescription filled here and it was a nice experience. The pharmacist also came out in the store to help me choose a splint when I broke my fingers. She was so friendly and helpful. Love that this store is so close to my home and we'll continue shopping here.

I'll note that I had a wireless portable battery that worked with his phone, and our son we were traveling to visit also has a similar phone, so hubs didn't HAVE to stop for a new charging cable at this moment. But, I would have wanted a new cord ASAP, too. Initially, hubs thought he'd spotted an office supply store across the street from our hotel, so we could get extra cc points for this purchase, but once he realized it was a grocery store, we pivoted to try another store in the same plaza. Shelves were barren, though, and we found no charging cords. Then hubs remembered seeing Walgreens by our hotel so we drove back across the street. After hubs bought what he needed, he decided he wanted to take advantage of a BOGO half-off deal. So he went back inside & bought another cord for half price. I'm not sure exactly how that transaction went, but I know hubs returned to the car happy with his purchases. We'd definitely shop here again!

Unfortunately, that's exactly what I've come to expect from the pharmacy at this location of Walgreens. I come here to refill my script every 1 or 2 months and it's ALWAYS something. The customer service in the drive thru regularly falls between frosty cold to phony and contrived. Prepare to be treated like an annoyance. This would be a one star review if not for what occurred during my last visit to pick up my refill (which took several hours to fill). I decided to bypass the drive thru and come inside for a change. The store is attractive, clean and offers a wide variety of products to purchase, but what impressed me most was Marvin, the polite young man who rang up my transaction. He smiled, made eye contact and took the time to make genuinely friendly conversation. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with and thanked me for my business at the conclusion of our interaction. If Marvin isn't the manager of this store, he should be and if the current manager reads this, I hope he has Marvin re-train the pharmacy employees because they SUCK. Way to go, Marvin!
