Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Ive been going to Walgreens for many years and this is the only location Ive ever had a problem with. Every single time I need to pick up a medication there are issues. They either have the wrong prescription ready or there's a delay with a prescription that has been sent over previously. They then blame the issues on either you or the doctors office. horrible - but unspurisingly the normal treatment from Walgreeens pharmacy insurance showed rejected - pharmacy manager lied about calling me no calls before 7PM whcih was a call I made to Walgreens - made a big deal about insurance- wouldn't offer a cash price -once I fixed insurance myself because same couldnt- then she told me to go somewhere else because insurance wouldnt pay (which was a lie) do her job-- then she finally confessed that they did't have the medicine at 750pm which prevented getting the meds for the sick child.... read more

This is the worst pharmacy and I willing drive 30 minutes out of my way normally to avoid using this location. I've been trying to fill my focalin script for a week and a half and they've cancelled it twice for no reason. Told me it would be ready at 11, it's 2pm now and they called me to tell me they don't have the full script but I can pay double the price for only 10?¿ not to mention they're SO rude every single time you call to ask why they cancelled the prescription AGAIN. Would give 0 stars if I could. Not only this location but wallgreens pharmacy in general. I have used at least 6 different locations to try and fix the problem and unfortunately my insurance only covered at wallgreens. They never have my prescriptions. I show up they didn't get it even though i called to make sure they did. Or they give me the wrong prescription. Or they give me the wrong amount. Or I have to wait 2 hours and i show up and they still have to order it. It's just absolutely ridiculous. I have used Walgreens Pharmacy for many years as it is part of my Medicare RX plan. Every time I order a prescription on their app I get the response it is ready or there is an issue. Then I call and they say it is ready but when I pick it up it is not ready and this has gone on for years. Not to mention they rarely have the same person at the window. Their system is with numerous flaws and glitches and people who do not take the time to read the requests and just do not care about the customer. I have changed plans to allow me to go to other Pharmacies that care and provide the proper service. If you value your time and integrity then you would be smart to avoid Walgreens at all costs. Not to mention their prices are not very good. They just do not care or are able to give the customer what they deserve. I rate them as a minus 10 or lower. read more

I just drove 30 minutes after work to find a location open and this location says it's open till midnight, I got here 5 till midnight and as I got out of my car an employee gestured to me that they're closed. I only needed one item, and would have been out of there in 2 seconds. I'm not sure what that early 5 minute close meant to them, but I went out of my way to come here for one thing I really needed tonight, and am leaving without it and was able to leave this review by the time they're actually supposed to close. read more

Pharmacist gave me the incorrect information for using insulin for the first time in a needle regarding dosage. I could tell he have zero Fs when asking him vital life saving questions so I went home to that internet and double checked him. He was wrong. I went back to the store because internet is suspect and I told him what I found and he confirmed the internet was correct and that is what be told me. I repeated what he told me and the questions that I asked him. My biggest red flag is every time I asked him a question he said "I think". He was super pisses I dared question him even though his wrong information could have been fatal. This is not a Walgreens issue as far as I know, never had a issue with them before and using them for decades. I will not be dropping this, this guy is going to kilo someone and reading the other reviews of this pharmacy they are either all about him because this has happen web often and before or they have issues with people following rules. Obviously you love whoever your picking medication up for. Don't go here, it's incompetence issue as well as one of not caring. They don't care if they could kill you, they are annoyed at any questions. What's worse is he said "your doctor should have told you this" this is someone's first time using a needle! this is the absolute worst pharmacy around. Every time there is an issue the store is horrible. I have contacted Walgreens corporate to let them know. I had contacted Barbara Price the store manager Barbara price could not have been any less concerned with anybody but Barbara price. A store run. I would give the zero stars if I could the store manger Maria is the worst manager I have ever spoke with. I sat on hold an hour to find out the pharmacy was closed at 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon I have been calling since 9:00 to get my medication filled and shipped to me and it has been one issue after another this is the most incompetent store I have ever dealt with and corp could care less about resolving the issue it's not like I don't need this lifesaving medication and can't seem to get anyone to understand I can't survive without it and I can't seem to find anyone in Walgreens to understand the importance of me getting my medication. Service and quality of what I use to receive from Walgreens is totally gone and now so is my loyalty to Walgreens it has been for years the only place I got my prescriptions filled and now I will never step foot in another Walgreens. I am leaving a 5 Star for the current Pharmacy Mgr. Sukaina Virani and the staff. I don't know who the negative comments prior to mine were referring to....all I know is that since moving to Florida a year ago and getting my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens I have never had a problem! Pharm. Mgr. Sukaina V. has been nothing but pleasant to me....helpful and every time I had a question standing under "consult" she has answered my questions without questioning herself. While I do wait sometimes for my script to be filled (which is natural) I see how she interacts with other customers and always very helpful, never puts anyone on hold and always has a smile on her face. I have also seen her interact with her employees and I only wish she were my manager in some jobs I've had....she is very calming to talk to. She doen't judge you on the medication your taking when some Pharmacies don't know your long history .I only hope you give this store and her and her staff a chance. I am beyond thankful I found Pharm. Mgr. Sukaina Virani and I hope Walgreens Coporate knows how lucky they are! Thanks for being so kind - Kristin A. read more

I have had MANY issues with this pharmacy! I was severely injured and was prescribed Tramadol and Ibuprofen. I filled the tramadol which they only gave me 7pills and told me to come back in a week for the other 7!!! When I tried to later pick up my IBUPROFEN I was denied my RX because pharmacist said I had Tramadol! Then recently I was prescribed naproxen and 2 Valiums for an upcoming procedure and got the freaking run around on that! I work in the medical field and I understand the issues surrounding hard narcotics BUT this is beyond ridiculous! PHARMACISTS are NOT DOCTOR'S!!!! Fill the RX's that you are given and STFU! Walgreens is a great place for all those things you can't find at another store or if you need a last minute gift. They have photo services, pharmacy, a large variety of candies, cards, food (milk, cheese, cookies, cereal, ect), travelling items, hygiene, show inserts, christmas lights (along with all the other holiday items), cook out/bbq, etc. Prices are always good and if you keep an eye open they are always running some sort of special. I was very impressed! I am from out of town and went in to refill a script forgetting it was Sunday. My home pharmacy is in a very conservative area and is closed Sunday. This Walgreens couldn't fill my prescription without being able to contact my home pharmacy. I was expecting to sit ( today, Monday) as they tried to contact my busy home pharmacy. I have most of my prescriptions filled here & have never really had an issue with the pharmacy, pharmacist, or techs (although the drive through can get a bit backed up). This is also my go-to when I have to grab a last minute birthday, Christmas, or special occasion card. They have plenty to choose from & I always find something fitting. Whenever I go in for something, especially pain or allergy medications, I check to see if they have the Walgreens brand because it almost always works just as well & I save a few bucks. I also make sure to swipe my rewards card or enter my number with each transaction so I can rack up my points! read more

This is the absolute worst walgreens in the Seminole County area. They take forever and a day to fill ANY prescription. I once called in advance to make sure my prescription was filled, they said it was, & I STILL waited 20 minutes at the window. Then if you are out of town & don't pick up your prescription that day they leave you nasty voicemails saying "please come pick up your prescription for your child" I am moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

Went to their pharmacy to get a flu shot. WHAT A FIASCO. I was told they would give me some paperwork to fill out in 5 min, and it would be another 5 before I got the shot. A gentleman ahead of me was waiting for a flu shot, and he told me he had been waiting 20 minutes. After 10 more minutes he finally got his shot. After I had waited 25 minutes, a pharmacist's assistant called me to the counter and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I asked how much longer, and he told me it would be an additional 5-10 minutes before the pharmacist could give me the shot. I told him that I had been told that before, and I had waited 25 minutes. He responded rudely, no apology, no explanation; basically his attitude was the wait was my problem. Not wanting to perhaps wait another 25 minutes, I told him to forget it and walked out. During the time I was there, I had an opportunity to observe the pharmacist and three assistants deal with several other walk-in or drive-thru customers. Other than folks simply dropping off a prescription or picking up one, there was a problem with every customer. The staff seemed terribly disorganized and unable to use the computer system efficiently. After walking out of Walgreens, I drove to a nearby Publix pharmacy. Unlike Walgreens, I had never used a Publix pharmacy, so they needed to enter my insurance info, etc. However, from the time I walked up to the counter until the time I received the shot, including the time for me to complete the waiver paperwork was 10 MINUTES, and Publix gave me a $10 gift card. read more

The Pharmacy Manager at Store Number 9016, My brother went to have a script filled for my 93 yr. father who is physically unable to pick up his script and currently residing at senior living care facility. Walgreen's pharmacy manager Sukaina, refused to take his credit card information over the phone to pay for script. When I asked to speak to her manager, I was told she was gone for the day. I then requested to speak to her manager's manager, she stated it was after hours. She proceeded to tell me in a crass tone, "She did not have time for this" and discontinued the phone conversation. My father has been getting his scripts filled at Walgreens for many years. Now that will stop, if this is the attitude of their pharmacy has toward the elderly. read more

Every single time I come to this Walgreens I wait forever for my prescriptions. The pharmacy must be understaffed because there is never anyone readily available at the window. They always sound annoyed when I pull up and ring the call button because I don't see anyone. I gave one attendant my son's insurance information the other day when I dropped off a prescription and got a notification later that day that there was an issue with insurance. Delayed the prescription and was a mistake on his part. So frustrating every time I come here it's a major chore. read more

Excellent Tech: After calling he set up my Flu & Pneumonia Vaccinations paperwork before I arrived. Pharmacist administered the shot without having to wait very long and answered all the question I asked. read more

I am truly appalled at the lack of consideration that this pharmacy showed my father today. (11/6/2015). My father who is about to turn 73 had surgery to have two (2) cancerous tumors from his bladder at Florida Hospital Altamonte. My father was in a great deal of pain and a his doctor left a prescription for a pain medication to assist him. However, he happened to write on the bottom of the narcotic prescription that the other prescriptions had been faxed to Publix. Those would be the antibiotics he will have to take for the next 2 weeks. Walgreens has an agreement with the hospital called bed side service; they accept faxed narcotic prescriptions from the hospital and deliver them to the patient and then they are given the hard copy for the files. When the pharmacist who would only provide her name as Ally B read the doctors note on the bottom of the page that the other scripts were sent to Publix she refused to fill the pain medication. She informed the nurse that I could cancel the Publix prescriptions and have them transferred over to them and they would then fill them all and bring to my father. REALLY???!!!!.... Walgreens does not accept my fathers insurance (Tri Care for Life) which means I have to pay cash and full price. Publix on the other hand not only accepts the insurance the 1 antibiotic would have been FREE... So basically I was going to have to come out of pocket with over $50.00 (not a whole lot of money) because the insurance would not be accepted. So let's consider this...... I can pay $10.00 for the pain medication from Publix (insurance co-pay) get 1 antibiotic for free and the other was only $3.00 or I can transfer ALL medications to Walgreens and pay more than $50.00... the narcotic alone was $30 + dollars... Needless to say I declined and took the prescription to Publix on my way home while my father waited in the car.... Of course as the day would have it... they did not have it in stock. So now I am stuck having to cancel the other prescriptions to bring to the Walgreens to have them filled. All because they wanted money... Yes that is the only thing that sounds plausible. Why else would they force such a situation. How sad that a store who when you leave says "Be Well" only came across as inconsiderate and money hungry. Even more of a shame for them is now they will get no future money from me or my family. I have removed myself, my husband and my daughter from the pharmacy for any future medications.... I have no interest in contributing to the lack of regard, concern and inconsiderate actions that your store has provided to my family, I will no longer stop there for a soda as I would rather drink from the reclaimed water spout than give you a dime..... I hope that your store is proud of itself and the actions you chose to take. I also hope that anyone that reads this makes sure if you have a script from a surgery being sent over to make sure the doctor does not write there are other prescriptions elsewhere otherwise this Walgreens will have no desire to help you unless they get ALL OF YOUR MONEY read more

Pharmacy is very slow every time I go here, regardless of the time of day. I literally only fill prescriptions here because it is close to work. Good luck finding a pharmacist to aid you with over the counter medicine questions too, I felt like I ruined their day by asking a question about Benadryl lotion. read more

I used to abhor going to this Walgreen's Pharmacy until about a year ago when they changed the Pharmacy staff and some of the Techs,and Pharmacists, no longer work there. It was awful and certain Techs would treat every customer like a criminal. I am very happy with the service I receive when Janet is there - she is so caring and sincerely kind, she is such a joy! And the new Pharmacists - Stephanie and I cannot remember the other gentleman's name - are also well informed and helpful. I have been a Walgreens customer for over 15yrs and it feels good to know that that isn't overlooked. The Pharmacy staff appreciates my business and they let me know it each time I visit! read more
